Christian did our initial session, explaining clearly and thoroughly what was going on with our bodies and how the exercises would help. The other staff members would guide us through the exercise routines with Christian checking on our progress each week during the treatment period. The facility is small but has adequate equipment and space. We worked with several therapists during our treatment and felt like we got to know them well. This "double collecting" is worrisome as a majority of the patients I saw there were elderly. They also keep your credit card on file to charge so there is no reason to not refund previously paid charges. It took 13 weeks, 4 phone calls and a visit to the office to get my refund. They also directly lied to me about mailing a refund check. Their phone calls say they are recorded so they would have proof of them telling me the date of a check being sent that never was.

My second appointment we went over my labs and she explained what everything meant and gave me her recommendations for my next steps. I'm now on hormones to help balance me out and I already feel better.
