I had a resent shoulder replacement on March 2025 i Lost an entire week of phy therapy due to a new staff worker Alicia who had forgotten to return my call back to schedule me in. another disappointment was being passed around with different phy therapist that are interns. My wife and I have had back issues. We both found the staff at the Summit Physical Therapy to be very professional yet personable and friendly working with us. Christian did our initial session, explaining clearly and thoroughly what was going on with our bodies and how the exercises would help. The other staff members would guide us through the exercise routines with Christian checking on our progress each week during the treatment period. The facility is small but has adequate equipment and space. We worked with several therapists during our treatment and felt like we got to know them well. Absolutely the best PT facility in Fresno County. The staff is outstanding and got me through two knee replacements. Their knowledge of my rehab strengthened both my knees to a point where I'm pain free for the first time in 15 years. Very accommodating and personal sincere caring service Very easy to reschedule ánd everyone very friendly also easy location to get to Glad I could get insurance to finally approve me now 12 visits to help but more important issues need addressed(many more severe work injuries) as these only 12 visits helped but i suffered 17 years before State Fund work comp ins approved these visits however only 12 not enough but measurements proved improvements after so long they still helped!!! read more

I went to Sierra Pacific Ortho. Physical Therapy. I had a horrible and creepy experience. So I called my doctor and said I wasn't going back. They them referred me here. I do NOT recommend this facility!!!! I called Nielson Physical Therapy to schedule an appointment for an evaluation on my injury. The person that answered the phone was the physical therapist. He was very unwelcoming, had a rude tone, & unprofessional. After speaking to him about scheduling and getting started with treatment, I realized I did not want to do my physical therapy in a negative environment and with someone so unprofessional. I told him I would go somewhere else. He asked why and my response was because he was being rude. He repeatedly asked, "How am I being rude?" and he did not offer an apology or reassurance that his practice is a place for great treatment. Instead, he said, "Okay, bye!!!" and hung up the phone on me. Such an unpleasant experience. Think twice before coming here. read more

Love love love the doctor and staff here.. it's a cozy office where they tend to remember your name as soon as you walk in.. my husband broke his arm from a fall off a ladder and after his surgery we started coming here for his therapy.. we both feel like he gets the one on one attention he needs and the encouragement from the staff has been amazing.. don't be fooled sometimes bigger is not always better and this small office has made us feel like he is getting the treatment and attention he needs to help him on his way to recovery.. thank you all! read more

I was referred here for an on the job injury. At first glance, the office looks outdated and old, as well as all of the equipment. It looks like an old dentist office from the early 80s. I still gave it a chance because the main physical therapist seemed to know what he was talking about. However, I knew right away that this place was not good. Whenever the staff would work with me, I found it strange that they weren't specific to how many reps of exercises I was doing. They would just say to keep going while the staff sat around, talked, and laughed. The old equipment started getting on my nerves. They allowed an intern to massage my injury and he had no idea what he was doing. As the sessions wore on, I was not getting better and I rarely worked with the main physical therapist. Overall, it was a complete waste of time and I disliked that the staff made me feel as if it was my fault that I wasn't improving. I am now going to a much better place (Thompson's physical therapy) and I feel so much better in such a short period of time. I do not recommend Nielson's at all. read more
