I had a lower back injury/disc issue with immense pain that was so bad it actually resulted in my going to the hospital, and culminating with a referral to Drysdale Physical Therapy. I am so glad I did. Dr. Drysdale is a personable, kind man who really cares about his patients and sincerely wants to get to know them and help get them back on track and pain free. You can see his sincerity and rapport with his patients in how they greet him when they walk in for their appointments (and I noticed some repeat patients like myself on multiple occasions). There's a feeling of genuineness and sincerity in his interactions with his patients and his staff; they all seem to genuinely enjoy working together and with their patients. His staff is very friendly, and I love how they are an energetic and motivated team--especially at 7:00 am! His team of PTs, massage therapists, and assistants were so helpful in getting me back to a "0" pain level and being able to walk, exercise, lift objects, work, etc as I did before I was injured. You won't regret going to Drysdale PT. A couple of things to note: First, you won't see Dr. Drysdale at every single appointment because of the number of patients and staff he has to supervise, which is completely reasonable. I have met some people who are kind of entitled and only ever want to be seen by the guy whose name is on the building, which in my opinion is an unreasonable expectation for a patient to have. However, this was never a problem because his other therapists are amazing! Also, Dr. Drysdale will see you during intermittent progress checks that you have after a certain number of appointments. So you'll never feel "neglected." Second, Dr. Drysdale warned me at the first appt that there would be an initial period where the pain would likely increase after treatment started, and then slowly get better. This was true for me. So if you don't see improvement immediately, I really recommend you trust the process and not get frustrated or think it isn't working. I had very tangible positive results after about a month, started to feel better and reduced my appointments, then had a recurrence of pain, and went back for another two months and am now pain free. Thank you Dr. Drysdale, and all of your staff for your help! I would trust you and your staff with taking care of me and my family without hesitation!

The treatment rooms have cool themes (not just posters of skeletal structures, but themes that reflect on the owners). The therapists are all skilled and helpful and you actually see them a lot (some clinics you only see them at the very end). I have to say that Dr. Jason Gray seems more like an actual physician than just a physical therapist - he's easily the best in town at what he does. He figures out precise ways to rehab your injury and it's almost like he can diagnose your problem just from his evaluation - like going in with a back problem and then he says it's actually your knee - and then it is! This place trains and rehabs all the big time soccer players, and I've been there when they were also teaching club kids on how to properly stretch and work out. The bottom line is all three times, from my torn calf to back problems from a car accident, I got better at Physmo. Plus you can tell how good a medical place is by the front office staff. The front office is clean but homey and the staff is incredibly welcoming and down to earth. I haven't been to other clinics, but hands down this has to be one of the best. Beware - physical therapists are great but the billing department is fraudulent. This "double collecting" is worrisome as a majority of the patients I saw there were elderly. They also keep your credit card on file to charge so there is no reason to not refund previously paid charges. It took 13 weeks, 4 phone calls and a visit to the office to get my refund. They also directly lied to me about mailing a refund check. Their phone calls say they are recorded so they would have proof of them telling me the date of a check being sent that never was.
