I had an epidural a couple of weeks ago, and had several unusual symptoms I had never experienced. I put THREE calls into his office regarding 3 unusual symptoms and got one call back handling only one of the symptoms. I called again at night so the medical assistant would call me first thing in the morning, saying I was still concerned about my symtpoms and wanting to see the doctor and NEVER got a call back! The medical assistant is the conduit between the patient and the doctor and his medical assistants is unprofessional and doesn't seem to care for Dr. Guinto's patients. I'm frustrated and disappointed.

They rescheduled me for a week after the priorly scheduled appointment. Then they called and left me a voicemail canceling that appointment. I called the office back and they said the next appointment was months out and they'd have 'Zoe' call me. Well I never got rescheduled and never got ahold of anyone. Still no follow up appointment months later. Honestly this place is the WORST office I've ever been to. I give up. You can BET they are calling me to pay my bill though, so that's lovely. Bottom line is they push hundreds of people in and out of this place and money is all they care about. ----------------------------------------------- I saw Dr. Guinto who seemed genuine and listened to my concerns. At my first visit I had to arrive an hour early where I then waited almost two hours to be called back into the room. I then got my MRI. MRI department was wonderful. No complaints there. I had some issues trying to determine why this doctor suddenly said out of network when a week earlier it said he was in network (my insurance ended up solving the issue). The office staff was of ZERO help. They have been so rude when I have called in. Now I'm trying to schedule a follow up appointment, and they are over a month and a half out AND do not care about working around your schedule. As much as I appreciated Dr. Guinto, I'm going to try to find another doctor and go here as an absolute last resort. I have a M-F job and cannot spend 3-4 hours total waiting to be seen by a doctor. It's very difficult to even get the time off for a visit as Is.

I have a bulge disc in my lower back and was fortunate to have Mike as my PT. Within three weeks I saw a huge improvement. Mike is AMAZING! He will spend the time to make sure you understand "why" you are in pain, and "how" to alleviate and correct the problem(s). He guided me, treated me, then provided me with easy-to-follow instructions on how to do the exercises and stretches at home. Mike has a great personality and truly cares about you as an individual and not a number. He gives you 100% of his attention and he spends a good 30-40 minutes working on you. Every session was personalized to how I was feeling that day. Both facilities are clean, updated and the equipment is all new. The patient rooms are very bright, large and have windows that look to the outside. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive to everyone. The atmosphere is fun, and you can immediately tell that everyone enjoys being there. The staff motivates you with each exercise and watches to make sure you are doing them correctly. Nick and Jacob are both EXCELLENT techs. I plan to see Mike whenever I'm in the area, and I'd highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking to overcome physical discomforts or chronic pain.

I had a fantastic experience with Drysdale Physical Therapy over the 14-15 appointments I had over…read morean almost five month span. I had a lower back injury/disc issue with immense pain that was so bad it actually resulted in my going to the hospital, and culminating with a referral to Drysdale Physical Therapy. I am so glad I did. Dr. Drysdale is a personable, kind man who really cares about his patients and sincerely wants to get to know them and help get them back on track and pain free. You can see his sincerity and rapport with his patients in how they greet him when they walk in for their appointments (and I noticed some repeat patients like myself on multiple occasions). There's a feeling of genuineness and sincerity in his interactions with his patients and his staff; they all seem to genuinely enjoy working together and with their patients. His staff is very friendly, and I love how they are an energetic and motivated team--especially at 7:00 am! His team of PTs, massage therapists, and assistants were so helpful in getting me back to a "0" pain level and being able to walk, exercise, lift objects, work, etc as I did before I was injured. You won't regret going to Drysdale PT. A couple of things to note: First, you won't see Dr. Drysdale at every single appointment because of the number of patients and staff he has to supervise, which is completely reasonable. I have met some people who are kind of entitled and only ever want to be seen by the guy whose name is on the building, which in my opinion is an unreasonable expectation for a patient to have. However, this was never a problem because his other therapists are amazing! Also, Dr. Drysdale will see you during intermittent progress checks that you have after a certain number of appointments. So you'll never feel "neglected." Second, Dr. Drysdale warned me at the first appt that there would be an initial period where the pain would likely increase after treatment started, and then slowly get better. This was true for me. So if you don't see improvement immediately, I really recommend you trust the process and not get frustrated or think it isn't working. I had very tangible positive results after about a month, started to feel better and reduced my appointments, then had a recurrence of pain, and went back for another two months and am now pain free. Thank you Dr. Drysdale, and all of your staff for your help! I would trust you and your staff with taking care of me and my family without hesitation!
