I had a fantastic experience with Drysdale Physical Therapy over the 14-15 appointments I had over…read morean almost five month span. I had a lower back injury/disc issue with immense pain that was so bad it actually resulted in my going to the hospital, and culminating with a referral to Drysdale Physical Therapy. I am so glad I did. Dr. Drysdale is a personable, kind man who really cares about his patients and sincerely wants to get to know them and help get them back on track and pain free. You can see his sincerity and rapport with his patients in how they greet him when they walk in for their appointments (and I noticed some repeat patients like myself on multiple occasions). There's a feeling of genuineness and sincerity in his interactions with his patients and his staff; they all seem to genuinely enjoy working together and with their patients. His staff is very friendly, and I love how they are an energetic and motivated team--especially at 7:00 am! His team of PTs, massage therapists, and assistants were so helpful in getting me back to a "0" pain level and being able to walk, exercise, lift objects, work, etc as I did before I was injured. You won't regret going to Drysdale PT. A couple of things to note: First, you won't see Dr. Drysdale at every single appointment because of the number of patients and staff he has to supervise, which is completely reasonable. I have met some people who are kind of entitled and only ever want to be seen by the guy whose name is on the building, which in my opinion is an unreasonable expectation for a patient to have. However, this was never a problem because his other therapists are amazing! Also, Dr. Drysdale will see you during intermittent progress checks that you have after a certain number of appointments. So you'll never feel "neglected." Second, Dr. Drysdale warned me at the first appt that there would be an initial period where the pain would likely increase after treatment started, and then slowly get better. This was true for me. So if you don't see improvement immediately, I really recommend you trust the process and not get frustrated or think it isn't working. I had very tangible positive results after about a month, started to feel better and reduced my appointments, then had a recurrence of pain, and went back for another two months and am now pain free. Thank you Dr. Drysdale, and all of your staff for your help! I would trust you and your staff with taking care of me and my family without hesitation!

Their PTAs, especially Miriam, make you feel understood and well cared for. They consider what will best improve their patient's lives not only short-term, but long-term. Even their massage therapist, Nessi, provides personalized care. Their aides are also always alert and attentive, assisting with exercises or setting up modalities. PT George and PT Lee have loads of experience and prioritize their patients. They can evaluate your symptoms and provide education to help you improve. Everyone here is so welcoming even when it is busy. Even though I have never been referred to the PT, the providers and staff have adjusted to me. I will forever recommend anyone in need of chiropractic or rehabilitation care there! I spent 8 months exercising and strengthening my body after the knee replacements. Chris took excellent care of me during this time both selecting and adapting different exercises during my recovery as my strength and flexibility improved. Chris is a very pleasant person to be around and talk with. We engaged in many conversations during our one on one time regarding the things we both share an interest in. The office staff was always very accommodating and eager to help me even when I had to change several of my appointments due to conflicts etc. All of the PT techs were very attentive and professional in their treatment of me as well. I knew every exercise I needed to do every day but they still made sure I did all of them and I did all of them correctly. Tarin, Alex, Caesar, Allena, Ryan, and all the rest (I apologize if I left anyone off) took excellent care of me. Each of them will all become excellent physical therapists in the future. And if they are pursing something else in the medical field I know they will be well prepared because of their experience here at Rebound Physical Therapy. Even though he wasn't my physical therapist I also interacted with Rolando whenever I was there. He too is a very knowledgeable physical therapist and I enjoyed talking to him about his philosophy regarding physical therapy and the whole body approach to personal health and fitness. The equipment was in great condition and in good working order. During the COVID pandemic they made certain to clean everything every time anyone finished with a piece of equipment. I don't know what else I can add to the review to convince you what a great place Rebound Physical Therapy but I won't consider going anywhere else.

My orthopedic doctor found I have developed arthritis in one of my hands. I learned about my hands and apparently this condition is common among women. I went through the evaluation and assessment procedure. It was great because I learned a lot about my hands. As a professor, I taught and trained students for 22 years. I always wanted to give students feedback to ensure they understood the material I was teaching. As a Supervisor of student teaching I worked hard to give written comments about their teaching. All that handwriting impacted my hands. Anyway, this is a great place to get physical therapy for my hands. More later.

When…read moreI first started, I was honestly very discouraged and wasn't sure if I would ever get back to where I was before surgery. From the moment I walked in, Kory welcomed me and gave me reassurance that I would eventually regain my mobility as long as I continued to push forward. She created a plan of action for my two sessions each week, and every 1-2 weeks we would introduce new exercises and reassess my progress. I really appreciated the progressive approach because I could actually see and feel myself getting stronger and gaining mobility back. One of my biggest goals was simply being able to put my socks on without assistance. I'm very happy to say that I can do that now, which is something I wasn't sure would be possible when I first started. One thing I would emphasize about this physical therapy facility is that it's not a place where you can expect the therapist to do all the work for you. **You have to put in the work yourself.** You will be challenged and asked to do things that are difficult, but you have to keep pushing and believe that you can get better. I like to live by the quote, **"Nothing works unless you do."** That mindset really applies here. I also want to give credit to the front desk staff. They are always welcoming, helpful with scheduling, understanding, and never judgmental. The overall atmosphere is great as well. Being surrounded by other people who are working hard toward improving themselves is motivating and makes you feel like you're part of a community that is focused on getting better. I would definitely recommend this physical therapy facility to anyone recovering from an injury or surgery and looking to improve their strength, mobility, and quality of life. You have to be willing to put in the effort, but if you do, the progress can be incredibly rewarding. I'm grateful for the help and encouragement I received throughout my recovery.
