The staff here is amazing! Nick is the therapist that has been working with me. He is thorough and created a plan that has helped me post surgery. My therapy has given my foot the movement and strength it was lacking post surgery. I appreciated the attentiveness of all the assistants, especially Tessa. Facility is new, staff is excellent, and you will see improvement day after day. Phil and the staff take time to sit with you and discuss the issue you're having. I just finished up a 24 session treatment plan at Plan PT. Throughout my plan, I saw Dr. Steve and Dr. Nick with Lauren being my most frequent PT assistant. From beginning to end, the staff was friendly and professional. I appreciated that everyone wore a PPE and each item was sanitized after use. The exercises were easy to understand and were demonstrated if I had questions. Both the PTs and the assistants were encouraging and most times I left in a better mood than I started with. I loved bantering with Lauren about any and everything. We had lots of great discussions! When my treatment plan was almost over, both of the PTs sat with me and discussed how to transition to only home exercising and took the time to discuss potential modifications and tools. I just want to say thank you to @plan_pt ! Especially Steve and Thomas! I was out of commission for much of October -May. I developed tennis elbow from my obstacle course training , developed runners knee from racing all the downhills in Tahoe and twisted my ankle while playing basketball with some students. I went to Plan PT for it all on and off during that time trying to get back into @spartanrace level ability .. I just did an 8.5 mile race in the hills of Monterey ,2200 total elevation gain with about 30 obstacles last weekend ,and did not have any issues ! I am a bit sore, but all the previous issues I went to @plan_pt for (tennis elbow , runners knee and twisted ankle) I felt nothing and I'm still feeling good ! I appreciate you all! Thank you! Getting close to 90 years of age I have the "aches and pains" that go with old age. I have used the services of many PT organizations over the years. Mostly with little success with my physical needs at the time I started each new PT organization. My Doctor recommended The Plan for my needs most recently. I was hesitant to try a new PT organization; but having been with my Doctor for over 30 years I was willing to trying The Plan. I post reviews ONLY for those organizations that I have had an EXCEPTIONAL good relationship with. The Plan is one such organization! A detailed plan was setup, which was lacking in so many other PT encounters, that covered the exact problems I was having. You can ride a bicycle, walk on a moving mat, etc. only so many times. These two procedures were of little value for my needs. I inquired to what additional procedures were available, needed, for helping me overcome my "aches and pains" successfully. The usual answer was; these are the main solutions to help you improve. After two or three sessions I stopped any additional visits. The members of the staff at The Plan I worked with were/are EXPERTS in providing the necessary assistance I needed to improve my mobility from a "14" on the usual "scale of 1 to 10"--yes, the 14 is NOT an error, too often I feel there is a need to increase the numbers for pain from this 1 to 10 scale--to a more tolerant 4 to 5 on the 1 to 10 scale. I will be able to use most of the procedures used at the PT organization at home and will be able to continue improving those old "aches and pains" in the future. I have been a patient of Plan Physical Therapy for different injuries and a recovery from knee replacement surgery. Presently I am in physical therapy for an injured Achilles' tendon. I am always impressed with the professionalism and experienced physical therapists. They are friendly, down to earth and friendly at this center. All physical therapists are highly trained. They also offer group fitness training twice a week for $99.00 a month. If you have to go through physical therapy this is definitely the place to go to. It is great! read more

Plan Physical Therapy is one of the best PT clinics in the valley. I have been to 4 other clinics in the Fresno area and Plan PT is by far my favorite. They have a very friendly, welcoming, clean, and fun environment that makes you feel very comfortable the moment you walk in. There is never a wait. Your time at the clinic is valued and maximized so you are never wasting time waiting around for a staff member or therapist. The staff is well trained and the therapists are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to get to know you and make sure all your needs are met. I am so pleased with the care I am receiving at Plan Physical Therapy. I broke my humorous and at week three I began my rehab at Plan. Nick, my physical therapist took the time to explain to me the plan of action. He is knowledgeable and explains things in a way that is understandable. His assistant is wonderful and she helps with the exercises and keeps me moving through my workout. My orthopedic doctor is amazed at the progress I have made in my range of motion. Did I like therapy here? Not really. They are open earlier and later than most to cater to people's schedules and the front office staff was so very friendly. However, after your initial visit, you are lucky if you get 3 min with the actual therapist and I saw some patients get 15-20 min of being worked on. There are better places to go for therapy. The therapists are mostly there pArt time as they also work elsewhere and most of what I did could be done at home. When I had a different therapist he went about my injury a different way, however, back to the first therapist nothing like that was ever die again. Unless no on one in the area is avaiLable, I wouldn't personally return. I attempted to ask about services they do and provide as it plays on a video but they didn't want to seem to help me. read more

I'm very pleased with Plan Physical Therapy. The office has a good complement of equipment, which they keep very clean. The environment is comfortable, and cold bottled water is available. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and have been positive, supportive and encouraging as I've worked through my PT program. Therapy equipment for my shoulder injury includes rope & pulley, dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight exercises, with warm-ups on a stationary bike. My therapy regimen also includes passive stretching and range of motion by my PT, and ice packs at the end of my appointment. My overall experience has been very good, and I can definitely recommend this PT facility. read more

It's more of a 10 star rating! I absolutely LOVE every single thing about plan Physical Therapy to there staff, location, cleanliness, ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! Every time I've had to call for anything Danielle (front desk) very polite, very friendly, always in a good mood was very helpful I have never seen her without a smile! She has even answered on her lunch break happy to assist me. Every single therapist there has a smile on there face and warm welcomes very friendly. My daughters therapist phill was beyond amazing! Very good with my daughter she was always happy never cried note she 10 months when we started with him he was always good with her! The team is highly integrated and focused on excellence whether it pertains to the medical interventions or customer service on the phone and at the reception desk. Former injuries that caused a broken tailbone, broken ankles and feet, knee-tracking issues, torn meniscus, etc. were managed in addition to the primary presenting problem of a recently slipped disc in the L-4 and L-5 sections of the back. This is evidence of their holistic approach and philosophy for healing. Although I have not scheduled a session with their nutritionist, it is something that will be pursued based upon my level of trust in and respect for this organization. read more
