TMI review... be prepared…read more.. Sooo, I've been wanting to do this for years now and regret I didn't do it sooner. I was scared and didn't know much about it. I would look it up here and there and read other people's experiences and watch their videos. We started eating healthier and wanted to do a detox. From juicing to teas and diets we never felt that full cleanse in our body. Finally, I felt that I had enough knowledge in my research and felt brave. I called the number listed on Yelp and I spoke with Marisa. She seemed very friendly and her schedule was very flexible. She asked for the day and time I wanted and she gave me a few options of her opened days and times. I was going to set it one week out, but luckily she had an open the day after I called. Her office was easy to find and it was very clean. It smelled like there was a diffuser on with an essential oil in it. It was very soothing. When I walked in, I was greeted by a very friendly hello. She had me fill out some forms while I took a seat. She went to the back to clean and set up. After I was done with the forms, she brought me to the back. She explained what I was going to lay on and what was going to be hooked up and how the whole process was going to work. I went to the restroom and undressed from the waist down and put on a folded gown. The restroom was clean and plenty of room. Once I was undressed, I laid on the bed. She had left a heating pad on so I wouldn't be cold. Told me step by step what she was doing so I wouldn't have any surprises. The whole process was so crazy to me. To see the stuff that was passing through. After around 10-15 mins. I felt like my bloating had flattened. I'm pretty regular and I don't have problems going to the restroom, but to still see all that nasty stuff come out was shocking! She gave a lot of information and was very patient with me. She didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all!! She was attentive and with her calming voice it made me feel more relaxed. The process didn't hurt, I had only a little bit of cramping and a little bit of chills. It was tolerable. You will feel the fullness when warm water goes in and relieved when it gets flushed. She is in the room with you the entire time. She controls the water, but you are the one that tells her when your are ready and when to stop. She also tells you when something passes through. After being done, I feel such relief releasing everything! I felt like I had more energy. I usually come home moody because of work and because I'm hungry. I usually eat a snack before dinner. I came home full of energy, more relaxed and was craving a salad! I feel super relaxed right now. I'm usually on the go and write my reviews when I'm in the passenger seat in a car. I'm actually sitting on my couch relaxing!! I'm waiting to see how I feel tomorrow to see when to schedule another session. I'm actually pretty excited because now I know what to expect. I even lost 6 pounds! She has magnet therapy and ear candling that I would love to try soon! Can't wait to go back! I've already referred 7 people!!

My allergist…read morereferred me to Dr. George Hsu after having an MRI that showed I had enlarged turbinates that was causing the obstruction. I had been dealing with this for more than 3 years hoping that OTC meds would help and I feared having surgery. I ended up accepting my fate and the necessity of the surgery. Making the appointment was easy over the phone. When I arrived they had a tablet that you fill out your intake which was so convenient and user friendly. Dr. Hsu was very thorough with his examination and explained everything to help me understand the risks and benefits. He administered Afrin so I could breathe better and then sent out my information to schedule for surgery at Saint Agnes. I had my preop appointment with him to discuss what the surgery will entail and post op recovery care. When I arrived for my surgery Dr. Hsu came to preop to go over the surgery again and answered all the questions I had. He reassured me that I'll be okay and I'll be able to breathe much better after I heal from surgery. Today (1 week postop appointment) he explained and prepared me for when he removes the splints in my nose. I asked if someone can record it and his sweet assistant came in to do it for me. It wasn't painful when it was removed it was a very odd feeling. Immediately after I was able to breathe from my nose which was such an amazing feeling. There's not enough words to describe how amazing Dr. Hsu is. I highly recommend him to anyone who has ENT needs. Thank you so much Dr. Hsu, truly changed my life for the better.

The staff member who called me to schedule an appt was pleasant to talk to and scheduling was easy. They were also able to accommodate the soonest date and time of my request. Few days prior to my appointment they sent out text reminders. The day of my appointment I was told to arrive 10mins early. There's plenty of parking. They are located on the 3rd floor of 6121 N Thesta. The lobby/waiting area is clean and there's plenty of seats. You check in by writing your name on the clip board and the lady at the front will call you. Once I was called she provided me with an iPad to fill out/ verify financial, history and demographics. Upon check in I had trouble finding my insurance card and she was very understanding, thankfully I found it and provided it to her to scan. Few mins later I was called back to the examination room. The lady who helped me was welcoming and she listened. Dr. Kerr shortly came in after her and he was very thorough, professional, friendly and kind he too listened and was able to help me in minutes. He checked my ear and was able to get the obstruction out quickly and gently. I was in and out of my appointment in 20mins. Overall I had a great experience, the staff and Dr. Kerr were all amazing! I do recommend and if ever needing any ENT support I would love to return here.
