There were two employees in the store, both checking out two ladies who were shopping together and each had a big pile of stuff. Went to this establishment with my son to buy scrubs for his internship. The guy working there asked if we needed help seemed nice but then felt a little judgmental regarding the comments he made about what kind of scrubs my son and I we were wearing . The store is completely unorganized the gentleman stated the prices on the clearance and few others were not as marked and then followed us around the store. My son thought about buying a grey scrub pants that they had marked for $42 but Felt so uncomfortable and judged we just left. We didn't feel that place deserved our business. read more

Received the call to pick up uniforms. Verified if all my order was there, guy I spoke to said yes. Got to store and my order was never completed. Missing 2 scrub tops. I knew he forgot to order it but he starts blaming the embroidery facility first and than the very nice young lady that helped me last time. Said it was her responsibility to make sure everything was there. When I asked why he told me he had my complete order when in fact it wasn't there he accused me of having an attitude and threatened to call my employer. Will never be back. read more

Alexandra never Even bothered to check the inventory for my special size and just flippantly said there were many sizes across the brands they carried. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL ALEXANDRA! So I came to the store hoping the lazy retail female would be gone. Nope there she was. As I quickly breezed through the colors, sizes and brands, all of a sudden Alexandra Remembers how to go into her inventory and decides to LIE TO ME telling me they don't have the size I'm looking for!! I won't be able to buy from there and... As she is LYING to me I was carrying a beautiful green scrub top in my hand, IN MY SIZE! I told her she was no help and to please stop- I tried it on, it was a great fit. I purchased it and left! Unfortunately, I'm not sure where in CA I ordered from in September 14, 2024. I teach nursing and needed uniforms that had my name/credentials. Supposedly a 4 -6 day turn around time. I've still not received my order, and my semester is halfway through. I contacted Scrubs and Beyond the second week of October and was told "We're renovating - read the disclaimer on the payment page". The guy was quite rude. The writing was small and stated that they were renovating, but that orders would be sent out asap. Nothing has been received out of 4 custom items and 4 stock (un-custom) items. It is October 20. I've only been here twice and both times I've left with the feeling that me doing business with them was a complete burden to the associates. The customer service is bad, they put no effort in to even pretend that it "was a pleasure doing business with you" I had a return and while the woman was processing it I looked around a bit. The shopping atmosphere is very uncomfortable, there is no music, I was the sole person there, and associates didn't really speak. I was well aware I would be the topic of conversation after leaving. There was nothing else for them to do and they were very surely not speaking while I was in the building. Don't get me wrong. The are great, I love the quality and styles. One star for that however scrubs are scrubs; I will probably just pay for shipping on my return and go to Bullard Uniforms to avoid going in again. read more

I found this place to be helpful for my scrub needs. For precaution they are only letting about 3 people in the store at a time right now but I didn't mind waiting a few minutes. There were mix matched scrubs on sale for buy one get one 50% off and others marked down on the tag! They have a lot of classic scrub brands like Grey' Anatomy, Dickies, Koi, Cherokee, Sketchers, Med Couture, Barco, and more. I was happy to find several brands carrying jogger style scrubs and there are dressing rooms for trying before buying. They also have compression socks and a limited shoe selection. They need music here. Something to break the silence, I wanted out of there fast because it was not inviting. We were not greeted, we had to greet the girl that was the only one working. We were the only ones there for a bit. I needed to try some on and I nicely sled if it was open, she said "No" but just walked in before me and grabbed some hangers. So it WAS open, then she lingered around the clothing racks right outside the fitting room. I thought that was weird. I also over heard her being really short with the old lady that walked in, not very nice. She finally asked if I needed help after I was there 30 mins. They have a good variety of scrubs, prices are from good to pricey. I could have stayed longer but it just wasn't a pleasant place to be in. read more

Came in for Cherokee jackets at the Fresno store. The overweight lady was not helpful at all; when I asked her about the regular type of jackets not the newer styles, she said, "that's all we have" with indifferent attitude. Comes her coworker with starbucks drink and one for her, too. And she is all weee wowww hiiiii.... and not only that, the overweight one was gossiping about another co worker and how they are going to tell so and so. Also 2 other workers came in and why would they have 4 people coming in when there were no customers. Maybe change of shift at noon ish? Anyhow, when alone, the overweight one just does her work minimally. Terrible store. Bad vibes. Ugh. Zero stars. read more

I came here In search of scrubs for a class and the tall blonde lady working there had so much attitude with me the whole time. I asked her if she could help me find a specific color and size (I've never bought scrubs before and I was the only customer in the store) They only had 2 pants in my size with no matching top and I couldn't wait 2 weeks for them to be ordered here so when I told her id have to go somewhere else she said okay bye, rolled her eyes and walked away. Nicole was the associate who helped me today and she was AMAZING! The place was slammed but she made time for myself, the non-stop ringing of the phone, and all of the other customers in the store. All the while with an awesome attitude. The store is spotless, well organized, and has a huge selection. They also looked like they had a lot of great deals going on. I had to make a large order that took time to process, but Nicole, and the stores systems made that easy enough to deal with. I've done business with one other establishment in town, where I'll never walk into again, due to their horrible customer service. But this place made my shopping experience something to look forward to instead of dread. I had to purchase scrubs for a phlebotomy course and I had never worn/bought scrubs before. Right when I walked in I was greeted by both employees that were on the clock. Justine was the one that helped me the most. She told me which scrubs would work for my body type and she let me try on all types. Every time I go to Beyond Scrubs, the trip ends in disappointment. Besides high prices, there is a lack of customer service. Several weeks ago I arrived at the time they post as opening hour. No one arrived to open the store on time, so after 20 minutes past opening time I and other waiting customers left frustrated. Deciding to try again I realize they have limited styles in my size when open. No staff member greeted me, and when I was at the register counter ready to buy, the staff was too busy restocking shelves. Not receiving any acknowledgeme from them, I felt insulted and invisible. My husband who is also in healthcare was with me. He found the choices for men very limited, uncomfortable or overpriced. No staff member greeted or assisted him either. I will not be returning to Beyond Scrubs, but will be taking my money to Riverpark at the Nurse's Boutique. Their staff is awesome, their selection is good and they will order an item for you if not in stock. Don't waste your hard earn money or time at this place!!! read more

Went in ready to purchase some scrubs for work... I must say I was very unimpressed by the staffs lack of attention & help... I politely asked for help to find a matching set of Wonder Wink scrubs & was told by a staff member (that was too busy to help me because obviously her sweeping the floor was way more important than helping me) that they were over were the other Wonder Wink scrubs were... So I asked again could she help me find them because I could not find my size... so after she finally decided to help me, she realized that they did not have my size & then told me I could just go online... The reason I had went to the store was so that I could try the scrubs on to make sure I knew which size to buy in the first place!!! I then left very disappointed, disgusted & saddened by my whole experience at Scrubs & Beyond... I will never buy anything from their store again & will most definitely tell my friends & co-workers of my disappointing experience & hopefully they will not shop there again either. read more
