I went for my first time and at first it was a little overwhelming with all the different brands and styles but I recommend letting See help. She knows all the great brands and what's in style so she was super helpful and kind. There's definitely options for every budget and she has catalogs on hand so you have the option to have her order colors or sizes but she did let me know there's a deposit needed. Ordered a uniform set here for school, which was recommended by the school to purchase from and was told it was the cheapest (because they gave a "15% discount code"). That was a lie. I found the uniform elsewhere cheaper for the same item and the same brand. When I had picked up my order, it was $53.39. I shouldn't have opened my mouth and handed her the invoice from the school; the total changed to $54.85. Ok, what's the big deal with a dollar & some change more...definitely thought something was up. Well, it's a family owned business, they have to make their money somehow. But the staff's excuse was "she entered the wrong code", while she stuttered and had shifty eyes. Eh, was in a rush so I paid and left. Aside from $$ experience. The store itself looked cluttered. If I was to come in to purchase scrubs, I didn't know where to begin. Although they had plenty of items to choose from, they needed at least one more staff member to assist their customers (they only had 1 to manage the register & to assist customers). Aside from the person I encountered with when I picked up and paid, there was a younger, Hispanic staff member that was very cordial with me. She went out of her way to assist me by pushing off her lunch to put in my order. There was two older Caucasian ladies who were putting back items and didn't notice me standing by the register for more than 5 mins. If it wasn't for her, my rating would have been 2 stars. I would come back here if it was my last resort but will definitely be looking for my items elsewhere first. read more

I have shopped at this store many times. I was not expecting to hear the political opinions and thoughts about covid-19 from the woman behind the counter when I stopped by today. The things she said were appalling. Making snide remarks about impeachment and flippantly stating, well everybody dies, shocked me so much that I just walked out. I bought one white lab coat there yesterday for about a whopping $36. Then I went back to get a credit on my credit card and kelly said no and said I could get a store exchange. Everything is expensive there for the store credit exchange so I kept my lab coat. I went to Life Uniforms on E. Shields and it costs half , about $20. Do not go to bullard uniform, refund policy is terrible and everything there is over priced since privately owned. read more

The pair that they ordered for me didn't come in by the time I needed the shoes so I went again to explore other options. I went in during the last 20 minutes they were open, which I usually try to avoid doing, and the lady working was VERY helpful. She greeted me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, AND in multiple styles to try on. I've been to other stores looking for the perfect scrubs, but they never have my size (petite), but they had so many options here that it made the whole thing so stress free! No returns! Although the store owners are two very sweet older ladies I have to give this store one star because they do not give money back for returns only store credit. It is the year 2014 it's not that hard to do a swipe return transaction. Not allowing money back returns is EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not only that but they should remind you at purchase that they don't allow returns, they have a paper on the counter but when u plop ur purse on the counter you miss the sign. I am extremely disappointed and will not return. Furthermore as a Fresno state mentor I will not recommend any new students make their uniform purchases here. read more

I have mixed feelings. Here's the good stuff: They are helpful, they can get almost anything, in any size, in any color (although you may have to wait for S.O) Bad: Overly helpful, you can't shop by yourself, some people want to be left alone. I understand that it is easier for them to keep the scrubs organized but I don't care. It's about customer convenience not your own. Returns: I made sure a return was possible before buying my items. I didn't think I would need to use it but unfortunately I did. The owner helped me and was very rude. She was super annoyed that I was returning. She condescendingly said to try and get the right things the first time, next time. I said "so you take returns but you don't like to?" (because that is exactly what she was saying) and then she changed her tune (I think only because someone else was in the store behind me in line) and was like "no it's fine." Super fake like. I am boiling but staying polite. In my head I am thinking "I did! [try to get the right thing the first time] I thought they would work, had no intention of returning, but now I need to." (also fyi I exchanged so they didn't even loose money.) If you accept exchange's, then don't berate the customer for needing to utilize your policy. Have the policy or don't, and if you have it, have it sans attitude. 2 of my items were messed up (by the manf. no B.U) but I was so turned off by the owner I didn't want to go back so I gave away expensive scrubs and just let it go) My new strategy is just to only go when the owner isn't there (old, tall, thin, white lady) The employees are easier to deal with. read more

I stopped by this morning prepared to spend at least $100. I stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes. The only sales person was helping other people which was not a problem. She and I made eye contact twice and I got nothing, no I'll be right with you, or It will be a few minutes but I will assist you. As I was pulling out of the parking spot I was in, the women opened the door and said something to me. Don't know if it was I can help yo now or I did not want to help you anyway. it was awkward.
