I want to start this review by highlighting the representative who helped me tremendously. His name…read morewas Hudson. At first, I got there and I didn't know my ass from my elbow. I walked in and immediately went to the firearm purchase lane. During the 5-10 minutes I sat there, nobody stopped me. It wasn't until I asked another associate who was in the ammo section if he could help me with ammo. He looked at me puzzled and said, "No." Of course I thought to myself, "Okay, maybe I should leave," but then he told me to go into the ammo line. Once I was in the ammo line, I didn't wait long before I was signaled over by another associate. This associate's name was Hudson. Long story short, we started chatting, developed a good rapport, and he ended up saving me a ton of money on range ammunition. What could have been a bad experience turned out to be a positive one, and like I said, I ended up going easy on my wallet, which was great. I highly recommend going to Sportsman's Warehouse for any ammunition or firearm needs, given the knowledge that Hudson had after speaking with him.

I went to my local Sportsman Warehouse to select and pick out a firearm. Customers be aware have your patience got on because you're gonna need it because if you either gonna pick up Ammo or starting a paperwork will be your right arm. You will be waiting in a line. They have this new system now where we have a kiosk barcode and you have to scan the barcode and check yourself in and put yourself online currently I've been reading almost 2 hours and barely budged. I'm just here to start the paperwork on my Firearm order. I strongly suggest that they hire some more people or qualify some more people to certified and doing the firearm paperwork process and distribution that is much needed. I rarely ever have to do a 3 to 4 hour wait to start paperwork for the firearm I purchase online. Btw i'm still online waiting to be her fingers crossed.

The shoe selection here is pretty extensive... it's hard not to be able to find something that does not interest. I like a little elbow room when I'm shopping. I get that here... I really wish they had another level of quality on their gym shorts. Definitely need something with a liner in it, but also would like a pocket or two with a zipper... Obviously, no walls can hold the vast selection that is available online, but you can also get this stuff ordering through the store.. I take a size 14 on my shoe. Needless to say most places do not carry that large size. ...they did here. Some can be ordered up to size 15. Cool. I ordered a pair of Meton 9 workout shoes here. The breathability and stability of the shoe is fantastic! The next best thing to micro fans placed on the interior of the shoe to cool your foot off... :) The app let me check in for in-store pick up... and once I went to the proper area, I don't think I waited more than 30 seconds! Not bad, for spoiling people even further! I imagine many people find themselves trying to avoid the following language: "I like Dick's." so, let me say it like this... this place rocks! -G

These people have no idea who their customer base is. Wandered in after The Range. Was asked to leave because I wasn't wearing a mask. Forget no other gun related business in town is adhering to the nonsense. Forget the business next door, which probably creates all of 5.11's walk-ins, isn't adhering. Mostly, forget that 90% of people who would shop here are conservative/libertarian minded and don't like appreciate the authoritarian mask garbage. They greeted us as soon as we came in and asked if they can help us look for anything in particular. We were asking them about their buying terms and conditions. There are specific shoes that may qualify for customers to sell their shoes there. That's a good way for someone to make some cash back on their shoes as long as it wasn't beat up. They have a team of people that would authenticate the shoes and clean them before selling the used shoes. They also have a large selection of brand new shoes and clothing as well. I'm not a big fan of sneakers so paying hundreds of dollars on a pair of shoes is not for me. However, my husband definitely wears a lot of different sneakers and takes really good care of his shoes. He really liked the idea that he can wear his shoes a couple of times and then sell them. So, when we got home, who was in their closet going through his shoes to sell? I guess we are going back this evening or tomorrow morning! Better that it's cash back in my pocket instead of them sitting in the closet in a box to collect dust.
