Deceptive Sales and Unaccountable Business Practices: I purchased a Holosun 407K-X2 based on the owner's explicit claim that it was a "direct fit" for a Springfield Hellcat OSP. As a professional, he should know this is incorrect; the product does not fit that slide without an adapter plate. When confronted with the error, he blamed Google for the misinformation and attempted to upsell additional hardware (an adapter plate) to fix his mistake. Refused Return and Insulted Integrity: The owner refused a return despite the sale being based on his false information. He claimed that because I had left the store, he could not verify if I had swapped the optic for a "fake." I am a licensed Registered Nurse; I have no reason to scam a shop for $300. Had he been honest, I might have eaten the cost, but because this shop chose to insult my integrity to cover their technical incompetence, I am pursuing a chargeback and Small Claims court on principle. Hidden Charges and Price Gouging: The financial discrepancies are blatant. The item was listed at $265.00. After taxes and fees, the itemized receipt showed a total of $287.13. However, my bank statement shows a final charge of $297.18. That is a $10.05 unauthorized discrepancy above the signed receipt. Inconsistent Business Identity: The business card identifies the owner as "Ernesto Gonzalez, Sick Ass Firearms LLC," while the receipt lists "Tactical and Practical." Between the mismatching business names, the incorrect technical advice, and the fraudulent math, this establishment is highly questionable. Buyer Beware: Check your bank statements. If you see charges that do not match your itemized bill, or if your integrity is questioned to cover for their errors, report them immediately. * California Attorney General: oag.ca.gov/contact/consumer-complaint | (800) 952-5225 * Fresno County DA (Consumer Protection): (559) 600-3141 P.S. To the owner: California Civil Code § 1770 (Consumer Legal Remedies Act) and Business & Professions Code § 17500 make it illegal to misrepresent the characteristics or "fit" of a product to induce a sale. Your "No Refund" policy does not apply when the sale was based on misinformation and technical errors. Attempting to enforce a "No Refund" policy under these circumstances is a further violation of state consumer protection laws. read more

This place is hands down the best 2A place to purchase all accessories for your firearms and gain a lot of knowledge of firearms. This place will help anyone, by that I mean they will help the beginner to the expert level firearm owner. The owner personally helped me on how to hold my firearm correctly, breathe correctly and pull the trigger all at the same time. Many people think that owning a gun is simple as carrying a firearm and just pulling a trigger, but in fact it takes a lot more and these guys will hands down help you out with you your firearm knowledge and needs. Thanks again for all your help and I will continue to be a faithful customer for all my firearm needs. read more

Great, friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and eager to help. Prices are good, and there is a great selection of products.

Came in to see if I could find the confederate flag or swatzika flag that Erza mentioned in a previous comment that she couldn't find , but sadly all I found was great customer service and knowledgeable workers. I guess the First amendment only matters to her when people agree with her opinions. On a serious note this place has anything and everything you could possibly need for any of your builds. Not only do they have just about anything you need but they also don't rush you to get out if you aren't interested in buying. (I even unknowingly stayed 30 minutes past their closing time having a conversation on shotgun technique classes with one of the guys) They are informative and don't belittle anyone. True patriots in that store and I will gladly continue being a customer of theirs. read more

Best in town , good deals on parts for any of your needs good owner as well, recommend to come here

Very friendly and gentlemanly guys who have no problem helping out a lady who is relatively new to handguns. I came in the shop today looking for some advice (based on their positive Yelp reviews), and they were more than happy to talk with me even though I was not there to purchase anything right now. That's good customer service, because I'll definitely be back to purchase in the future. The shop seems to have everything anyone would need to compliment their firearms, and I didn't see anything offensive on the walls. Thanks for the good information, fellas! read more

Great store with very knowledgeable staff. I would recommend this store to you for all your needs. Also, locally owned and operated!

The folks here are great, and Chris is a stand up guy with tons of knowledge on their products. The prices here are cheaper than other stores who carry this type of gear and they have a good inventory on hand. Chris was kind enough to offer to program CHIRP software into my Baofeng radio and he doesn't even sell the radios, so that says a lot about his willingness to serve this community. I highly recommend Tactical and Practical for all your tactical and practical needs. read more

VERY knowledgeable and helpful staff. I believe it may have been the owner, but I appreciated his suggestions and help in picking out parts. He's not kidding, he had every single part for an AR that you could want to finish any lower or upper. I needed a roll pin, a detent, a spring, a bolt catch, and a couple other pieces that wandered away or I just flat out lost, and he had all of them. Yes, I could have saved 50 cents by purchasing them online here and there, but then you pay shipping and you have to wait. Seriously, who wants to wait when it comes to building or finishing your weapons? Plus, this is a good business, and I'm happy to support a small local business. I've seen some reviews about people complaining, meh... If you have absolutely no idea why you're in that shop, be honest and up front. Let people know that you're trying to get into a hobby (that's the most expensive thing you'll ever do) and people will be up front with you. Firearm enthusiasts are willing to share their knowledge, but are turned off by those who are pushy and snobby, let's be real. Give this place your business, I've purchased a few times from them and have always been happy with what I received. read more

#1 GREAT PRICES ! #2nd the owner will special order, or carry anything that you will come in and may need. The owner is always there and so helpful and knowledgeable! He doeS NOT SELL FIREARMS, but everything under the sun you may need as far as accessories! Magpul furniture, hand guards, pistol grips, knives, holsters, slings, ammo cases, cleaning kits, flashlights, hunting and tactical attire, and SO MUCH MORE. #3 did I say excellent prices ? Go in and see what you may need for your AR, or handgun ! Five stars ! read more

I love this place! The dude is super friendly and help full. I was looking for a specific barrel bushing for my 1911 and he had a great Wilson Combat one. There's all kinds of stuff there, and honestly I want it all. The prices are pretty great too! If you need something specific, he'll order it for you and won't charge an arm and a leg. This is my go to place for anything extra I need!! P.S. It's not a gun shop, so there aren't any firearms for sale. read more

I visited this shop a few months back while visiting friends in the area. I love to shop around and visit stores ( relating to my hobbies ) while I travel places. The place is real small, but organized and clean. There is quantities of what you may be looking for, but not a bunch to select from. The store is stocked up with everything tactical, but limited to one or two of everything. Not a wide selection of stuff, a good store to walk in and look around. THEY DO NOT SELL GUNS, NOT THAT I WENT FOR THAT BUT FOR ANY FUTURE PERSON/S THINKING ABOUT GOING FOR THAT. ITS A SUPPLY STORE. The only thing I could say is, the customer service is great but the store should be 3x bigger. Its about the size of a smoke shop. read more

Great shop. Owner is knowledgeable, customer friendly, and willing to share his knowledge even if he doesn't have what you're looking for. This is exactly the kind of place I like to shop at and will support with my business. read more

Nice selection and some good advice. Just because you've seen it on line doesn't means it's gonna work. I like some opinions on my purchase.

The owners are extremely knowledgeable about everything i.e. gun parts and hunting. There is also a huge selection of to choose from. Whatever they don't carry they can order and get cheaper than any other gun parts dealer in Fresno county. They have a good selection of knives, tactical gear, lower and upper parts kits etc. I ONLY go here when I need something gun related. the service is great and the hours are nice too. Always open (except Sundays). I would recommend Tactical and Practical over every place in the valley. I've been a loyal customer for 2 years now. Fred and Chris are great guys too! read more
