They are amazing and good prices. Service is great and value for your money staff is very caring and they take pride of their merchandise

I had called to ask about their inventory and the worker was very nice and helpful! I think she was the daughter of the owner? But either way they didn't have what I actually needed but their over the phone customer service was very helpful. read more

Gosh I love Surplus Stores. There seem to be less of them, so I was glad I found this one. Tons of things from new items (holographic scopes, plate carriers, pins, gifts, knives, M4 upper receivers) to the surplus uniforms, military shirts, boots, training manuals, patches, and MREs I've come to expect from Surplus Stores. The service was excellent, and I appreciated the 15% military discount (wasn't expecting it). I could have easily spent $$$$ here, but I kept it under $100 somehow. Incredible discipline on my part. read more

TopsMilitarySupply is such a wonderful store with caring employees and staff, the items they have available for sale are mostly new and some vintage are tremendous! I have found mini military surplus items I was looking for, and they even ordered me things special order and that was very easy. If you or a loved, one was a Military active duty or veteran this is the place to get some amazing gifts. I encourage you to try them. You will like them just as much as I do! read more

They've got you covered, in Camo! Boots, jackets, hats, insignia, American pride in plenty. I entered a sexy T-Rex. I exited a sexy American Eagle....Kaw Kaw!!!! read more

Top's Military Supply - America! - Military Surplus Near Me - Clovis, California

Fantastic spot. The opener is a true patriot. Don't buy a knife or outdoor gear from Dicks or some other big box spot go here first and see if they have it. You'll be supporting one of the last genuine American small businesses in fresno read more

Really great customer service and they actually had all the military ribbons I needed! :) Saved me from having to wait from ordering online. They have a good variety of supplies. read more

This place is awesome. Great prices on good quality stuff. The two people working there were friendly also, which was a plus. I went in for an ammo can and came out with an awesome flare can, which was even better! I will definitely be going back and would recommend this place for anyone looking for ammo cans. read more

Staff does not comply with COVID guidelines. They don't wear masks. I would recommend going to another local store to protect yourself, your family, and your community members. They have bad customer service too with very rude employees who will not help you look for anything. read more

Very friendly people, the stuff they sell is quality and has lasted even in the field, If they don't have what your looking for they will find it for you. read more

I was a little hesitant about going here because of some of the negative reviews. After going there, I thought the place was well stocked and Chris was very knowledgeable about military supplies! Chris seems to be a "no nonsense" type of guy that will try to get you whatever he does'nt have in the store!! Will continue to shop here!!! James Y read more

In my opinion, they have very bad customer service. I bought front and rear sights, made by a private company, that were defective and the gentleman wouldn't take them back. He stated they are surplus and he doesn't return military surplus. These are not something any military branch would have on their rifles. I would know, I was in the military. Stay away from this store. Not a local shop who cares about its local customers. read more

Stopped in yesterday, not a bad selection. Owner was decent, over heard the younger kid behind the counter, doing the typical BS I would have joined but... maybe it's just me but that frickin bugs the shit out of me. His excuse was a neck tattoo! Everyone that was to big of a pussy to join, has a lame ass excuse! All in all if you don't mind listening to some BS...not a bad place to get small items. read more

The staff were great and friendly the minute we walked in. They didn't let us ask them for help first, they extended the offer first which is something small but makes a huge difference in customer service. Friend and i for dog tags and she did it right then and there. Super convenient! read more

Recently decided to give Tops a try again. It had been a couple years since I had been in there. My previous experience had been the same as the other reviewer. Since my last time in, they have moved to a new, larger space, and added a lot of product. More importantly, the young guy I dealt with at the front counter was 180deg different from the person I had to endure on my original visit. This new guy was respectful and helpful. I'm glad I gave it another shot. Ill be back again. I suggest you do the same. read more

I go here to buy all my .50 ammo cans. Good customer service. They give discounts for military, police, and EMS.

I would not recommend this place at all. You place an order and the very least is give me a courtesy call. I placed the order in March. Instead of them calling me to see where is the item, I had to call this place several times regarding the status of my order. They wrote my order in their book. Then the store manager says, "Show me your receipt." I have the items charged to my card. Very, very unprofessional. This store is run by a veteran. I don't recommend at all. You can order you military items through another vendor but DO NOT go to this place. This place told me in October that the supply was not available. Wow, it takes you 7 months to call back your customer. It is of no wonder the military doesn't recommend buying any items form your store! read more

I purchased a belt from Tops Military Supply in Clovis, it was to big and I first tried to exchange it at the store in Visalia. They wouldn't exchange it, so my next trip to Clovis I attempted to exchange it there, I was told by the employee; "belts are the one thing we don't do exchanges on" WTF? I said not even a store credit on these boots? (There price $139.99). He said "No". So for $38.99 your going to lose the business of repeat customer? This is the worst business practice I think I've ever experienced. They claim to support Military / Law Enforcement with their 10% discount but in my opinion failed miserably on customer service. They will never receive any my money for anything again. EVER. read more

this store has evrything you can think of and the pepole that work there are very friendly and helpful for example i had a drop leg holster and thye i had what i needed. to fix the problem and showed me how to fix the problem i recommend this place . read more

Love this place, quality merchandise and the front desk kid is hung as all hell. Gave good advice on which blades are easiest to wash blood off of. 10/10 will return read more

It's a good place to buy MRE's and the gear is pretty good when your size is in stock, but they'll get you pretty much anything that day or the next day. The staff is pleasant, and I highly recommend tops for all your tactical needs. Make sure to checkout my YouTube channel RN Alcantar where I do MRE reviews. Thanks Tops, I've shouted you out in my videos. read more

I had first bought a backpack here in 2013, backpack is still going strong. I have frequented this place quite often the last few weeks and I always have a pleasant experience. Staff is informative and not overbearing on pushing sales. I can wander around as long as I need to around and ask questions. They even had a coffee mug brought over from their other location for me because it wasnt in stock at the time. Great customer service. I will return here for all my needs! read more

Tops Military supply was an amazing help!! they helped us with 200 dog tags and they were very helpful and gave us a great price on camo hats! I would recommend them to anyone looking for military items and would use them again in the future! For Sure!! read more

As I explained to both the manager and now the owner also, I will never shop here again period. The owner in response to my review continued to throw his return policy in my face. They should have a sign on the door...shoppers beware...no returns allowed. They explained to me that they have signs posted on which items are non-returnable. I did not see those. Many other stores have more integrity and educate customers of the return policy in multiple ways including on the receipt or during checkout. The manager here tells me they cannot always inform every customer! What??? Many other stores have a much more flexible return policy on knives. Simply put...I will shop there instead. read more

6 dollars a patch for a purple heart recipient/veteran/active duty service member? 130 dollars just to have patches sewn on the bdu tops? you've gotta be kidding me! 2 other places in town are doing it for 2-3 times less! Stop screwing over our veterans. Thanks for showing your appreciation, Tops. How do you sleep at night? read more

Last week, I went to Top's to check out some of their gear. I had a nice conversation with one of their employees about the different knives that they offer. I left the store, then returned to purchase a shemagh. I went home and opened it, only to be greatly disappointed when I discovered a horrendous substance that resembled dried vomitus all over the cloth. I was upset to say the least. "Oh well, I'll just take it back and get another one" I thought. So I drove all the way back to Top's and walked in, only to be "greeted" by the owner. I showed him the damaged shemagh, which was in its original bag with the receipt, and explained to him that I would like another one. He simply replied that he had no way to tell that I wasn't the one that made the mess and that the package was sealed and he would not take it back. (The package was not sealed by the way, it was only stapled together.) I pointed out that the vomitus was dry and caked on and that it had been there for quite some time, but he replied that he could not take it back. I told him I should have just shopped on Amazon (it's cheaper there too). I like to support local businesses, but when they provide extremely substandard services, I have no choice but to buy online. I wasted over twelve dollars, and I also wasted time writing this stupid review. Mr. Owner, if you see this post, I'm sorry, but I'll never be back. My next purchase will be on Amazon.com read more
