Because of Covid they only allowed a max of 3 people in the store at all times with face masks, which I thought was nice of them to comply with social distancing but at the same time I thought it was unfortunate because I'm sure they can get busy and with all the products they are selling it's hard to limit your time there to find what you really like, to try things on etc... and those who happen to come in and know what they want would have to wait until someone leaves (which kind of sucks because I know on an average I take about 1 to 2 hours at these stores because I get so indecisive). I would say 4 to 5 individuals would be better than 3. Went yesterday around 4 pm I was greeted as I entered and there was already 2 people inside, so I was lucky enough to be that 3rd person and didn't have to wait. This place is jam packed with scrubs of all kinds, colors, brands, shoes, badge holders, medical supplies such as stethoscopes. I felt a little overwhelmed because I didn't know where to start. I originally came to check out the white coats and they had so many different options and I immediately found one in my size and the type of style I wanted and it was only $25 which was such a good deal for a great material. I didn't look at any other items they had in depth as I knew what I wanted and didn't have the hour to spend. When I found what I was looking for I paid and left. There was already a line of 3 people waiting to enter. I would definitely come back to this place to look at all their items when I'm needing to buy new scrubs. Customer service is great and they also have a rewards program.

My birthday had passed, & they offered a free tee with any purchase. Sadly, I couldn't make it. The store contains street fashion, (be aware this is men's clothing), & it's up to date. They carry graphic designed clothing & name brands such as "Cookies" & "Thrashers", if you're wondering what is in store. They also carry essentials such as hats & the latest shoes. I have been back twice ever since & doing my best not to go every week to break my own pockets. The measurements were way off, one of the leg was shorter than the other. Luckily, we know someone that knows about these things and she notice it right away. Another thing they don't tailor the jackets. So glad we got that tailored or else my husband would've been walking down the aisle with an oversize jacket.

I then noticed a small rip on the sleeve that I didn't notice in store. I took the hoodie back a few days later to exchange it for an undamaged one. The employee said that they couldn't exchange it and to call HR. So I did that and the HR person also told me they couldn't do anything for it because it was an in store purchase. They also told me the only resolution is to sell it and try to make some of my money back. That was odd to me. Overall, I'm not satisfied and pretty upset with my Hollister purchase.
