8/3/23 Checking it out! Really, really nice Old Navy! Greeted as soon as I walked in. Very clean and organized! Great music playing too! Great clearance section as well! They still had the dress on clearance that I loved at a different Old Navy. Tried it on and didn't really like it. Super cute, but too "boxy" for me. Lol! Oh well! They still have a bunch of other great clearance items. Plus, their other clothing items great too . Also have a bunch of sweets and goodies to grab in line if you want. Ended up getting stress gummies. Love! The line was long and moved quickly. The worker was very kind at checkout! Even gave me a coupon to use next time and good day wishes! Stopped by to pick up a pair of jeans I had ordered online. Walked in and there was a line of people waiting to check out. I noticed a lady at the end of the counter and she told me I didn't need to stand in that line for a pickup. Great prices on their jeans and clothes. Something is on sale everyday! read more

Went into Old Navy to kill some time and to see what they have in the store. They had such a great variety and selection of different things from dresses to jeans to shirts in my size. I am a plus size woman and it is so great that Old Navy carries in-store, so many plus size options. When I got in the store, I was greeted by a super friendly employee that asked if I have any questions. I had no questions I was just looking around trying to find something so I didn't need her help. The store was clean, had a great atmosphere, it was really nice just to get out the house and walk around. I did find a few things that I really liked that I purchased. I will totally come back to this Old Navy in the future. I'd like the feel and the vibe more than the other Old Navy's that I visited in Fresno. read more

My husband is a big fan of Old Navy for men's clothing. I also like to shop her for my daughter. They usually have great deals and most of the time clothes are on sale. We earn their super cash for spending a certain amount. Their super cash is used for future purchases to receive a certain amount of dollars off after you spend a certain amount. The clothes there do not fit my body right. I've only found a couple of dresses and jeans. I do find that their shirts do shrink to fit me shorter and wider most of the time. So, I don't buy their shirts. Staff are really nice and helpful. Sometimes it can be a mess due to customer just throwing clothes all over the place. Sometimes their price checkers do not work I wouldn't know if that particular piece of clothing is on sale or regular price. The lines can be long and staff usually tries to work the front counters to get the line moving. So I do appreciate that they try to use all of their staff at the cash registers when there's a line. read more

I like this old navy a lot better than the river park one. The staff here is friendlier and a lot more helpful. The store can be messy at times which can be frustrating. I noticed they run out of sizes pretty fast here. The lines to check out are outrageous. Most of the staff is on the floor rather than at the register. read more

Did you know that 'GAP' and 'Old Navy' are actually sibling stores? neither did I at first, but here is the thing, just like "real" siblings, although blood related, and probably fostered by the same parent- is usually different in character, look and also aspirations. And thats the case with Old Navy, its completely different from GAP, yes it offers the same chic and trendy styles like its store sibling, but it is also more affordable (perfect for lower and medium income), and the store offers a wide variety of men, women, boys, girls, and babies apparel in one store. Furthermore, there is even an affordable activewear line, accessories, gadgets and even snazzy shoes. Im truly magnetized to old navy not for the cost factor alone, because believe me if I want cost, I could go to TJ maxx or marshalls, but rather the varied styles, perfect for both smart casual, casual-comfortable wear (think lounging at home) and light-elegance (garden weddings and functions). Their color variations, and tones is both classy and trendy, which I love. Im also able to mix and match styles, since they have such a huge variety. One unique aspect of this Old Navy is the new fast changing rooms with the blue curvature curtains, located not only in the middle, but all around the store, this highly impacts the convenience factor when shopping for clothes- since I don't have to walk back and forth, now I can just try it as I wonder around the store. I also particularly love the styles on the mannequin here- very trendy, simple, yet stylish, giving me simple and adorable ideas on mix-matching styles and colors, somewhat similar to those in a GQ magazine. Especially for men styles. Service wise, old navy employees at this location seems to be hands off, which is perfect for me, since Im left alone to shop, touch and explore. Yet at the checkout they are friendly and efficient. Oh talking about checkout, I just love the set up of the line, filled with impulse shelf, such as mini gadgetry and accessories, curing that boring sensation while waiting in line, because now I can browse through and look through products while waiting. read more

Hardly any discounts. Also very misleading. I was paying and they asked if I'd like to apply for credit card and I would get 30% off. After applying I was informed as soon as I was notified of approval I could return for the 30% off. I would t have applied had I known I wouldn't know right away. Employees need to learn store policies especially during the holidays! I meant to write this review a few weeks ago but here it goes, I went into this location to make a return of an item that was purchase during their extended return period. The cashier kept on insisting that I was trying to return back an item that was expired which clearly I was not because I had looked into the return policy before I even drove to the store! After awhile of back and fourth she finally called her manager. While speaking to her manager she kept saying she doesn't understand the item can't be return and laughing and If I was stupid!? The manager read my receipt which I clearly had with me and told her employee that yes what I was saying was accurate and I was allowed to do the return with no issues. So really who is the stupid one here?! (Her) which I regret not getting her name!!! read more

This is not my store of choice I must say. My daughter likes their clothing. I prefer not to shop here due to their child labor issues. That being said although they have a large supply of clothing, the staff was non-existent and very unhelpful. I was in the store all of 15 minutes and could not find anybody who worked there. When I finally decided to leave with a pair of very cheaply made flip flops, I almost was under the impression I could just walk out of the store and get them for free because there was no one at the cash register. The cash register is set up in an obscure way almost in the middle of the store. It was difficult to find any employees. I most definitely won't be back they only got one star for me because I can't give it a lower star rating. read more

Top-notch service from Jasmin and Jenny and another employee. They were seriously so helpful and so sweet. There were some price discrepancies with some of the things that I bought and they were more than willing to price adjust it for me. Sometimes the managers at Old Navy, depending on the location, will not price adjust and will make you order it online instead. However, they were super accommodating and so incredibly kind. This is why I shop only at this location! I love shopping here and I will continue to do so! Great job Jenny and Jasmin! I will be coming back! read more

When I'm in need of certain items like tanks and jeans I usually come to Old Navy. Sometimes I get lucky and find good deals. I like the different selection on pants and find them to fit me well. The rewards points are definitely a bonus. read more

I go to Old Navy on a regular basis. I generally go to locations around the south Bay Area and here in the Fresno Clovis area. Obviously I'm a fan of Old Navy. So be careful when you read reviews because sometimes people base their rating on the brand alone and not the location. If you like a brand or don't that's up to you. So this review is mostly about the location. I find that Old Navy has done a really good job to make all their stores very similar. They want to make sure the brand familiarity can be seen across all their stores. With that said, I find the same vibe and operations in this store along with old Navy Stores. Some people like it, other people don't. There are times that it's hectic and you will see clothes everywhere because there was a recent sale and rush, then there are times where it is immaculate and all organized. You go to any Old Navy enough times you will see. Anyways, this particular store has always had competent employees. Never had any attitude issues and everyone has always been nice and helpful. The setup, features, of the store as I mentioned is what you find in other stores and no difference if any sticks out from the other stores for me to mention it. So overall, if you like Old Navy, this is as Old Navy of a store as it can get. Bonus points here because there is plenty of parking, and the store never gets as packed as say an old Navy in the mall like at Great Mall in Milpitas, CA. That is probably my most hated Old Navy store, there is always a long line, and more often than others messy. read more

I was waiting in a long line to pay and one of the side cashiers asked the person in front of me if she was going to pay with a credit card and said yes therefore she helped her. I then asked her if she could also help me since i was paying with a credit card and said no and that i had to wait in line. I found it extremely rude and unprofessional for the side cashier to pick and choose who she wanted to help instead of asking people in order. And ofcourse she skipped me and helped 2-3 people behind me . I dont get it read more

Gave this store one last shot and can say I'm officially never going back. Let's start with the first impression, walking in... I was immediately greeted by a very tall man, who then proceeded to seem to 'watch me' for a bit. Reading some of the reviews here turns out he was the manager (?). I was never asked if i needed help, there were plenty of employees around but they were too busy in their own conversations, not to mention they looked nothing like employees as far as attire so i really didnt know who to ask. After finding some jeans to try on I head to the dressing room... where I find a rather large amount of dust bunnies, a hole in the jeans and a dead 'roach on the floor, hey, at least it was dead! At this point I put everything back and just left. The clothes racks were overflowing with items, everywhere you looked there were PILES of clothes, nothing was organized, the register counter looked like it had experienced a Black Friday event and the experience has been the same the last 3 times I've been there! read more

I love old navy! They have great clothes at great prices. Every employee I've seen here has been awesome. This store is 1000% better than the one on shaw by kohls that closed, I think this was a good move for them. Always check the clearance area as I've gotten shirts for as low as $2. Every time I have came to this store I was treated poorly , all the employees there have a bad attitude and aren't helpful . I recently couldn't find my size in Pants so I ordered online , ordered a size too small , received it , and then returned it to exchange for the next size up . When I exchanged it . I was not told that if these didn't work out I couldn't get my money backs and that it would have to go on a gift card . Fast Forward to Today (11/24/2020) I go into the store to return my exchanged pair and to get my money back . I was expecting cash since it was within the return time period . I was told I could only get a gift card and spoke to the manager on duty and she treated me very poorly . I told the manager that I would not be using the gift card and it's not fair and I'm. Or getting my money back but they are getting their pants back . She told me "Too bad" and then continued to tell her employee "give her a gift card " and walked away . No apology or anything even after I ha stood her that her employee didn't inform me that I couldn't get my money back only on a gift card . She then walked away and stared me down as I left the Register . I felt very unhappy and left the store extremely disappointed . I will be contacting corporate for this situation . read more

Went to pay for my clothes and I was floored by the amount of kindness and professionalism the manager on duty had with her staff and with me. PLEASE READ!! NEVER SHOPPING AT THIS OLD NAVY AGAIN. as my mother and i were shopping in this store a young girl and guy (who work there) were talking. Being as loud as they were and the close range we were in to them we could hear every word. The two named LISA and BRYSON were speaking ill of their district manager and about how she dresses. Whatever. .then they continue to use "gay" in derogatory ways. I decided i was going to bring this up to the manager. I believe that it was uncalled for and made us (my mother and i) very uncomfortable. As we get to the register i politely asked for the manager. ..BRYSON is the manager. I will be calling the district manager, the day management, and the corporate office. I will not let this go. UNCALLED FOR!!! As i bring it up while we are at the register. .Lisa comes up. I tell her she really needs to watch what she says and tell her that it was inappropriate. What happened to Old Navy? I used to shop here years ago and it was nice. Now its like a Walmart with stuff everywhere. I get anxiety just walking in. The rows are cramped so its hard to get through in areas. There are clothes all over the tables and not stacked nicely. People just throw stuff everywhere. They either need more employees or employees just to fold and straightnen the clothes. The day I went in the music was so loud too. The line to check out took forever and only 2 cashiers were helping. read more

Store was completely disorganized. It's July, but it looked like Black Friday. Asked the manager to turn down the screaming music, it never was. She checked us out and asked if music was better. Um no! My son tried on jeans. The fitting rooms were filthy and clumps of diet and hair balls were on the floor. He also bumped his head on the yellow hanger thing. I told the person working the fitting rooms and she didn't even offer an apology. Prices kept ringing up incorrectly. And they were out of large bags. The jeans we purchased were stuffed into itty bitty bags. Completely ridiculous especially since this store is fairly new. read more
