Walked in looking for a pair of shoes. The pair I liked was not in stock, so the sales guy checked out their website. He made sure to check on every style & color I asked for in my size. Was so helpful and even made sure my shipping address (which is a PO Box) would be able to have the shoes shipped to. He even called customer service to double check for me! I did receive my shoes in 1 week. And they were exactly what I wanted, already received compliments on them, New Balance 327. Thanks to Tilly's awesome customer service!!!! tilly's is THE BEST!! i go here for school shopping during the summer and during mid term. staff is really nice, i never had a problem,and they have good clothes.also if your a parent i recommend you take your teen here instead of Claire's. read more

I come in here once in a while to buy birthday or Christmas gifts. While I like this store, I don't exactly fit the target demographic. This store is catered to teens and early 20s who are into the skate/ surf scene. The clothes here are casual with that beachy daytime vibe. I consider myself a good shopper, but since I hardly shop here I just pop in when need be. I think they do have good sales if you happen to catch them. I recognize the name brands on some of the clothing, but the prices seem a bit steep for what you get. They sell some cool knickknacks and stuff which I enjoy looking at like trendy iPhone cases, Boo the dog plushes and costume jewelry. They also have a pretty big backpack selection with various styles and every color imaginable. The employees here are nice and have always been helpful. read more

I give 3 stars because if my experience. I went to the tillys in River park Fresno, and the attendees/workers kept following me and asking if I was looking for something in a demeanor as if I was doing something wrong. Made me feel uncomfortable as all I was doing was browsing with my 12 years old for new pants. I will not go back to this particular store. I much rather go to the one in fashion fair mall. read more

Wow! I had the best experience at this store. I was shopping and ran into the nicest employee Lacie. She helped me find all kinds of clothes and when I tried things on she got me different sizes multiple times. She checked up on me a lot and made me feel so confident. I have never been treated so good by an employee! I went to check out and I had a lot of items, Kelly helped us check out. She was awesome too, she made sure that I got multiple coupons and did a few transactions to ensure that. This store is great and I really recommend stopping by!! read more

This is the place to go if you want "cool" clothes. It's so cool there, I wasn't sure I was qualified to be there! I had to run in to return a pair of shoes that were a gift. The shoes were great, but too small. Pay attention ladies! Evil has big feet! Draw whatever conclusions from that you feel appropriate. Anyhow, it took way too long. Way. Too. Long. Two open registers. 8 people in line. No good. PLUS: one of the registers experience technical difficulties. That's 25 minutes of my life I'll not get back. Ok...I can forgive the slow service. The clothes are awesome and the pricing isn't so bad. But here's why I'm only giving 3 stars: for a place that's supposed to be so cool, what's with the 19" monitors all over the store? The place isn't that old. The company couldn't spring for some flat screens to show the ultra-hip music videos? Instead, I felt like I was back in 1988. I was expecting this place to be more expensive. It has same brands as Pac Sun and Mainland, but other non-brand names too. Thus, making it cheaper! YEAH! Cute clothes for kids, girls and guys. The girls greet you right when you walk in, and are very friendly if you need any help. Try it out, I think you'll be surprised by the price. read more

I like coming to this Tilly's because they have a larger selection. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I've had to make a few returns with online orders and have never had any issues. That is a major plus! read more

Went shopping for my daughter today and VERY happy with the customer service! Sierra in particular was the best! Extremely friendly and went WAY out of her way to make sure we left happy!!! Will definitely be back as my girl loves the clothes, but being able to deal with friendly people is always an added plus!!! read more

Came here for some clothes/shoes. They had a sale going on during the summer and was able to buy 2 pair of Vans for like $50, not bad. They had tons of stuff that is related to like PacSun type clothing (skater/emo). Prices to me were the same as the other stores, just this day there were some clearance stuff. The service was ok everyone looked like they were there just to put their hours in. read more

I went in today with my friends. We love Tilly's but we probably wont go back after what happened. One of the employees, Samantha, insulted my friend who is 20 and rudely asked if she was my mother. After I said no she asked if she was my aunt insinuating she was old. My friend was in tears! We left the store right after. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. We won't be coming back and we will be telling others not to shop there. read more

I'm really not a fan of Tilly's. They talk to you way too much, and continue to follow you around the store. While they sell great clothes, the prices are very high, even the sale and clearance clothes. You could find very similar shirts (Hurley, Volcom, etc) at Macy's as cheap as $6 on clearance. However, they do sell actual skateboard stuff here too. read more

I went to the new Tillys out by herndon and highway 99. The employees follow you around and ask you every 10 minutes if you need help. When I finally saw a cute bralette I liked, it was hanging up high out of reach. It had a sale tag on it. I asked an employee how much it was on sale for. She said she would find out and walked away. When she came back, she tells me it is definitely on sale and would be cheaper than the normal price. She didnt offer to take it down, nor did she tell me the cost. For the employees to be so annoying but yet so unhelpful is not acceptable. I was interested in purchasing the bralette but after this experience, I had changed my mind and left. read more

One star is an over statement. I ordered a jacket in August and it's already almost October. The girl that placed the order in the store wrote the wrong address and I didn't know so I called the store almost a month later to tell them I never got the jacket. They told me they couldn't deal with orders so I had to call customer service. After being on hold forever the guy then confirmed it was the wrong address and it was marked as returned. I waited another 3 weeks to see if the warehouse would receive the return and then send it to the correct address. Just called and they said it was still in the process of getting returned. I've worked retail and this is terrible customer service. They should have kept me updated on my package because if I hadn't called and I forgot about my order I would have paid for a jacket I would have never seen. I am not happy with their ordering process and the fact that I had to deal with the employees mistake. I understand people make mistakes all the time but I think the store should have helped me out through the process instead of telling me to call customer service. That would have made for a more customer friendly interaction. read more

Went in there to by a gift. I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. The assistant manager of the store noticed my frustration and came over to help. They didn't carry exactly what I was looking for BUT did show me other options they had that were similar to what I wanted. Eventually she assisted me with selecting the perfect gift. read more

I'm giving this store 1 star because of its LOUSY return policy. We bought a pair of jeans, and paid for it with my credit card. My wife tried to return it today. She took in the jeans and the receipt, looked in Riverpark for 20 minutes for a parking spot, and then waited 10 minutes in line, only to be told that she could not return them because I was not there with the original credit card. They would not even credit it to the card, unless the card was there. Needless to say, I will have to make one more trip into Tilly's -- to do the return -- but then it will be my last trip. Pitty -- they lost a good customer who had spent a lot of money there. read more
