Vans - Window shopping ended up to a big purchase - Men's Clothing Near Me - Fresno, California

I ordered two pairs of shoes online but one of them wasn't comfortable so I had 30 days to return them and it was good cause I was able to go into the store. I dragged this on for about a week and finally I decided to go in. When we got there we were greeted by a guy who was the coolest guy they could have picked to work there. Not only was he cool but he knew his product, knew how to take care of his customers and he had a great attitude. I explained to him that I didn't get a receipt and he said no problem and was able to pull it up through my vans account order number. They didnt have the original shoe that we went in for but he was so quick to bring us another shoe that was cool and the right actual size. The dude and I took our niece to celebrate the start of the new school year for 2023 on 01/08/23. We entered and was greeted immediately and even asked if we needed assistance which appeared lovely. My niece was excited as she fell in love with the Sailor Moon and other looking skate boards. The niece was very happy exploring. However, it's kinda a small store as the kid section was packed . The niece didn't fit any of the little kid shoes so we had to look at the women / men sizes which was cool. They measured her feet. Customer service at this location was stellar. Anywho, the niece tried on 3 pairs of shoes which she loved all but she went with the anime shoes which is trending for her generation and all generations after ours these days. The store was clean. Organized. And staff was so friendly. Customers inside the store was friendly and they even had cute shoes for me but I really don't wear shoes. Mostly, heels, sandals, boots with heels and so on but I will be back to get me and the dude a pair of vans . Overall, great location , staff and products! Will be back to get more shoes for the niece and I and the dude too!!! read more

This store was awesome! I love that they carry so many different type and styles of Vans. My daughter has always been a fan of their shoes and was kind of into their clothes but not as much as their shoes. She had her last pair for over 3 years and she did everything in them. I'm surprised they even lasted her that long. We buy so many shoes for her and she would always just want to wear her vans. Plus, she grow out of her shoes so fast. The staff here were so incredibly friendly. They definitely knew their shoes. They helped my daughter find some shoes she would like. It was a difficult choice for her. She even asked if she can keep her old ones and get two new pairs. My husband had to make a deal with her. If she wanted new Vans she would have to get rid of her old pair. She thought about it for a long time and two employees were trying to encourage her to get news ones since her old ones were getting pretty old. No holes yet but pretty close. The employees were really friendly and very helpful. My husband was looking more for comfort and my daughter wanted style, comfort and the fastest one she can put on without the zipper in the back. Zeke hung around and helped us get correct sizing for the different shoes we tried on. We appreciate how patient and how nice he was. The shoes were a bit pricey, $100 for my daughter's Sponge Bob high top shoes. But it's her favorite brand and I know that she will keep them as long as she can so it's worth it. Yah, so I'm a Grandma in my 60's, so I wasn't at Vans shopping for myself. Lol. I went there the other day to get a gift card for my Grandson's birthday. It was mid day on a weekday, not busy there at all. There were two employees and one was helping a client with a skateboard. The other gentleman called me right over and took care of my purchase. He was super nice and mentioned a survey on the receipt. I wish I could remember his name, but I left the receipt with the gift card. Anyway, he was so nice, friendly and helpful. I called ahead of time and asked if they had the shoes I wanted available in my size and was told yes. The lady I spoke to asked for a name to set them aside. 10 minutes later when I show up to get them this dude "checked around" in the back for less than 30 seconds then comes back and says nothing was set aside. Told me I might have called the wrong store. I walked out, called the number again and the same guy that "helped us" in store answers my call. Said it must have been a miscommunication and that she must not have checked before telling me they were available. He didn't know because he "hadn't been there all day." Save your time and avoid this store at all costs. The employees don't do their jobs correctly and will then argue with you when you want to ask questions. read more

A new Vans shop! This is a nice new clean Vans store on the Westside of Fresno right off Highway 99 on Herndon. I am very glad to see more stores coming to this location as it makes it easier for Madera residents like me to get to this location. This store is stocked up with Vans goods- shoes, clothing and accessories. Vans does have the occasional sale going on so you might get a great deal. Well staffed store with friendly customer service. I would definitely recommend this location as this store is just about the same size as the one at the Fashion Fair mall. Haven't worn Vans since high school, but recently decided to buy a pair of Old Skool's this afternoon. Right when I walked in, I was greeted by I believe Caitlin (receipt says) and she was able to get me my size quickly and easily.
