They greeted us as soon as we came in and asked if they can help us look for anything in particular. We were asking them about their buying terms and conditions. There are specific shoes that may qualify for customers to sell their shoes there. That's a good way for someone to make some cash back on their shoes as long as it wasn't beat up. They have a team of people that would authenticate the shoes and clean them before selling the used shoes. They also have a large selection of brand new shoes and clothing as well. I'm not a big fan of sneakers so paying hundreds of dollars on a pair of shoes is not for me. However, my husband definitely wears a lot of different sneakers and takes really good care of his shoes. He really liked the idea that he can wear his shoes a couple of times and then sell them. So, when we got home, who was in their closet going through his shoes to sell? I guess we are going back this evening or tomorrow morning! Better that it's cash back in my pocket instead of them sitting in the closet in a box to collect dust.

I needed insoles for a pair of Vans, and they let me try them. After giving feedback, they knew immediately which other insole would provide more comfort. I ordered a pair of Taos shoes, and I hope to buy a pair of formal wedges once I save up. As someone with nerve issues in one of my feet, this store is a breath of fresh air. No shoe can fix my feet issues, but I feel I could wear most of what they offer here. Highly recommend.

Her primary care physician recommended that she can use insults to help her with her feet discomfort. The sales representative Alek all assisted us and actually listened to my mom. The shoes required and got the insoles that she needed for everything use. They had me in their system before and were able to get the same Inserts that I had purchased before. In case you're wondering, you need new insoles after the second shoe switch out. I also like to volunteer my time for their runs and they usually have a end of the year party for the volunteers which is great.
