Even though they said hi to everyone else that walked in. Went to where the shoe I was looking for was. They had about 15 of one size and then a couple other sizes. But none in my size. Idk why they would have 15 of size 11 in women's but ok. lol so I looked on Amazon real quick. Because I guess that will have to be my only option then. Not only did they have what I wanted but it was $10 cheaper. So I got to save too! They could have made a $60 sale off me. I would have asked them to see if there were any in the back or if they could order them for me.

If this parking lot weren't such a pain, I'd probably come more often. Store policy also is a plus here. We were told if her size was not in, we could get it sent to our house for free in 4-7 days. At the register area they have a nice selection of novelty items, socks, shoe inserts, I even saw lotions. For someone that does not like shopping, I enjoyed this visit.

Her primary care physician recommended that she can use insults to help her with her feet discomfort. The sales representative Alek all assisted us and actually listened to my mom. The shoes required and got the insoles that she needed for everything use. I was able to make this appointment ahead of time online via their website or their mobile app. The cost was fair for the area. The store was clean inside and also.

They had me in their system before and were able to get the same Inserts that I had purchased before. In case you're wondering, you need new insoles after the second shoe switch out. So it was time for me to get some new insoles. Be sure to follow them on Instagram as they are always having some fun run and raffles. I also like to volunteer my time for their runs and they usually have a end of the year party for the volunteers which is great. But my favorite part of their group runs is the coffee runs Saturday mornings during the winter time. Can't wait for the next one!

I also learned that if it fits in the tubs by the register, u can pick it up yourself but since my order was big they had to grab it in the back. While I was waiting I visited the Sephora in there. Absolutely love that they have a Sephora!! Kohls kind of reminds me of a JCPENNEY lowkey. Not a bad thing. U can find home goods there and clothes too. So we went and tried to get a refund and WSS said to contact Nike and we had already done that and they said to contact WSS so there's a whole argument in between this and so we cannot get a refund because it's been over 30 days.
