I have walked in here a couple different times and easily found unique gifts for between $10-$15. They have tons of jewelry and clothes as well-hence the name bauble & thread. They also sell a variety of accessories, and fun gifts. One part of their clothing selection is called "Salvaged", these are unique pieces that are either "pre-owned" or "gently used". We looked through them and they all looked in wonderful condition, and they are all very pretty. (If anyone knows what Poshmark is, that is how "Salvaged" got started and continues, in addition through the store. The owner of Salvaged is the daughter of the owner of bauble & thread. Approximately 15 minutes later, I returned to find that my vehicle had been towed. I was later informed that a neighboring business enforces towing for vehicles parked in their designated area. Unfortunately, the posted signage was unclear as to which parking spaces belonged to which business, which led to the misunderstanding. Despite this situation being completely out of Fresno Coin Gallery's control, the owner demonstrated exceptional kindness and professionalism. He personally drove me to the tow yard to retrieve my vehicle and then to the insurance office so I could obtain a copy of my registration, as I had recently renewed it and did not yet have the physical copy. In addition, he paid the $600 towing fee out of his own pocket. This experience speaks volumes about his integrity and commitment to customer service. I am extremely grateful for his help and generosity, and I will absolutely continue doing business with Fresno Coin Gallery. I highly recommend them to others.
