I have been going to her since high school and spent well over 3,000 dollars through out my life buying dresses with her but this time was horrible. She also charged me more expensive fee of 75 dollars on top of the dress to have it altered when she said she would do it for free. I have been taking my two girls to Claudia's for the last 4 years. We have all made purchases. All three of us love Gigi, she is so sweet and tries so hard to help with what you want. She knows us by name, has taken the time to get to know us, and cares about our desires (even mom's). She's ordered dresses with my girls in mind that they've loved, she has several books to look through in case you have something in mind that's not in the store, she's stayed late for us, allows the girls to try on whatever and however many that they desire. We've purchased many gowns from her and try our hardest to buy from her for all of our events. She carries dresses from young and fun to more mature and elegant. We've also found lovely jewelry, matching shoes, and adorable clutches. We would all recommend this store and Gigi to anyone. I have never seen or heard her be difficult or rude to anyone. I do believe that she tries to point people in a flattering direction and unfortunately not everyone appreciates that. Sometimes even a mirror doesn't deter someone from making poor choices. I would prefer honesty over wanting profit.
