There were THREE sales associates working...or should I say standing around talking to each other very loudly i might add. Not ONE of them said anything to me the whole time we were in the store, which was about 10 to 15 minutes. I know they saw me. Not a hello, welcome in, can I help you find anything, NOTHING. It was so rude and horrible customer service. Torrid is very overpriced, so if you have customers in the store, how about trying to make it a good experience. They didnt even say bye when we left. Unfortunately, I was unable to find any Ralph Lauren merchandise. The store had been rearranged, and the area where those items were previously located now contained suits and other inventory. While I do appreciate the suit selection, the overall reorganization made it difficult to locate what I came in for. When I asked a cashier in the men's department, I was informed that all Polo Ralph Lauren items had been removed from this location. This was extremely disappointing and, frankly, confusing. Ralph Lauren is a well-known and trusted brand, and removing it from this store feels like a step in the wrong direction. Locations in nearby cities such as Fresno and Bakersfield continue to carry these products, which makes the inconsistency even more frustrating. Customers should not have to drive long distances to find items that were once readily available at their local store. I enjoy shopping at Macy's and would like to continue supporting this location. However, decisions like this make it difficult to do so. I strongly encourage your merchandising team to reconsider the removal of Ralph Lauren products and to better align inventory across locations to meet customer expectations. This is why more consumers shop online rather than inside the brick and mortar, we can only find what we are looking for online!
