I absolutely fell in love with their blouses! We can dress them up for work or down to hang with the girls at brunch! Either way, you're getting compliments every time! What I love most about Maurices is the customer service! It truly gives you that boutique experience so from the moment you walk in, you're greeted and asked what you're shopping for that day so the stylist can get a better sense of how to assist you! Maurices has given me a sense of confidence and a new lease on fashion as I'm able to explore and experiment with pieces I wouldn't think to buy typically. Back to that boutique experience... let's say you came in wanting a pair of distressed jeans cuz you're going to a Jonas Brothers concert. Your stylist would then compile a fitting room for you with an outfit or two to help inspire you and think outside the box for a "concert" outfit! I also follow the #discovermaurices on Facebook and Instagram to help get some fashion inspo! And the best part about Maurices is it's so affordable! From the sales online and in store, to the secret deals (if you're signed up as a Maurices member to get the emails and text messages), to the 30% off a full priced item survey at the bottom of each receipt), all the way to their price match guarantee! You never have to pay full price for quality! Speaking of qualify, let me tell you! Everything at Maurices is wash and wear and it holds up! Even their shoes and heels are high quality! I'm finally having to replace my white and nude wedges after 8 years. Funny story, I actually signed up for their credit card that day I bought those heels! I got 20% off my purchase and I haven't looked back! There are perks and deals for cardholders exclusively AND the best part of having their credit card...FREE SHIPPING..wait for it...NO MINIMUM!! Plus 10% OFF when you use your card at checkout! Every time! Shopping at Maurices is a no brainer! They carry sizes 0-32 so everyone can feel included and beautiful! With Maurices you get great customer service, high quality fashionable clothes, amazing deals and sales, and most importantly you gain confidence! So stop by today, you won't regret it!

There were THREE sales associates working...or should I say standing around talking to each other very loudly i might add. Not ONE of them said anything to me the whole time we were in the store, which was about 10 to 15 minutes. I know they saw me. Not a hello, welcome in, can I help you find anything, NOTHING. It was so rude and horrible customer service. Torrid is very overpriced, so if you have customers in the store, how about trying to make it a good experience. They didnt even say bye when we left. Keep in mind, I have worked for two other big retailers with a way bigger and busier client base, and I still manage to help as many customers as I can. So disappointing.

I specifically stopped in to…read morepurchase a Ralph Lauren shirt, as it's a reliable, quality option I've come to expect your store to carry. Unfortunately, I was unable to find any Ralph Lauren merchandise. The store had been rearranged, and the area where those items were previously located now contained suits and other inventory. While I do appreciate the suit selection, the overall reorganization made it difficult to locate what I came in for. When I asked a cashier in the men's department, I was informed that all Polo Ralph Lauren items had been removed from this location. This was extremely disappointing and, frankly, confusing. Ralph Lauren is a well-known and trusted brand, and removing it from this store feels like a step in the wrong direction. Locations in nearby cities such as Fresno and Bakersfield continue to carry these products, which makes the inconsistency even more frustrating. Customers should not have to drive long distances to find items that were once readily available at their local store. I enjoy shopping at Macy's and would like to continue supporting this location. However, decisions like this make it difficult to do so. I strongly encourage your merchandising team to reconsider the removal of Ralph Lauren products and to better align inventory across locations to meet customer expectations. This is why more consumers shop online rather than inside the brick and mortar, we can only find what we are looking for online!
