I've been shopping here for around 20 years since the place was poppin' in the late 90's. I used to go with my older sisters and shopped until my feet hurt. Haha It's sad to see just how different it is now and how many stores have come and gone. Either way this mall brings me memories, all good ones....well except one. My daughter got lost here when she was 2 years old. I'll never forget that day. They shut the whole mall down for about 3 minutes until she was found. (Don't judge, I was a teen mom) So you can say security here is excellent because unless the person next to me isn't my kid, they didn't do their job well. ::looks at kid and scratches head:: jk Food has always been a variety which is cool. The only unique thing I will say about this mall, is that there's a trampoline/bounce center located in it called Urban Air. The food court only offers a few places to eat, the one standing out would be Crab it while it's hot, however it's a little spendy. Obviously because it's crab! Overall, this mall is a good place to pass the time in a small town I suppose. But, I wouldn't go out of my way to come here! The person doing returns was a little rude when she told me my return would…read morestay inside right there until morning when I told her that was fine she said well no it's not that's why we tell Amazon returns to bring more than 15 minutes before store closes because it won't go to the truck or loading dock (somewhere) until morning. The way I see it is that all of that information given to me was irrelevant and uncalled for. None of that matters to me when they take to loading dock or why. All that matters is that I did my return and it would get to where it needs to go. Also never have I did a return where it matters which position I carry my phone for them to scan the QR code and no one's ever made a statement about me needing to lift my phone up and carry it facing forward due to the light glaring off the phone and not being able to scan. Like I said not once ever have we had that issue and maybe she was just lazy and didn't want to twist her hands in a different position because it would be more work for her. All that matters is I was there 15 minutes before store closed and I understand that people want to go home. I have a full time job too I get it. However if you don't want customers there at 15min before store scheduled time then change your store hours to 15 minutes earlier or change the times people can do returns. Either way get some associates who have better customer service and don't act like customers (the reason they have a job) are an inconvenience to them. Now with that being said I usually have a very good experience at this store! Kohls is one of my favorite places to shop and they have great deals, offer coupons that are stackable, usually friendly service and a clean store almost every time I have been there. I love getting Kohls cash and my last visit my $10 Kohls cash was expired by a day and the lady was still able to honor it and it happened to actually be $20 which saved me even more!! The parking lot is clean and I noticed they have way more shopping buggies then they used to have on the store front entrance! Over all this is a great store just forgetting my experience today and I would def. Recommend to anyone who hasn't been there before!

I'm 57 and she seriously picked out Jean's for me to "just try them on"....and I was telling her "eewww no, I don't ware that style"....so 8 pair of try ons...Lisa was right, I left with 2 pair and even a blouse she actually picked out.
