    Marshall's is a great store but the sore it's self really should look into installing a baby changing area for mother's.

That's one lady came walking towards me and she said what can I do for you and I said are there any handicap carts out here and she said no in a tone and I said OK could you bring me one and she said no we're closed. OK just cold and rude and OK. I thought you were open till 11 and she said no that's Walmart. We're only open till 10 so I apologized and got back in the car. I'm apologizing and made a joke about it, but I think about it. I am because you've got a customer. You don't know it's not yours and she said I'm 75 on my right side so you got a kid parking lot running a cart and he can't go. Seems like he's in charge of carts would be good. Customer service. I don't know. I just didn't like their Thing is in. That store is outrageously expensive I mean, outrageously expensive, and you can't find anything in those aisles because nothing is up in the air. All the numbers are on the end of the Rose and it's almost impossible to find anything so I'm not going back to target. I mean I wasn't running back to Target. I thought I was going to Walmart. Anyway, that's the end of my rant for the night.

    I hate to shop here. I used to love Kohls but this location has completely turned me off shopping…read morein store. Everyone that works at the return counter is so nasty with horrible attitudes. They complain about customers inconveniencing them and how much they hate doing Amazon returns or wasting bags wrapping every item for return. It's so unprofessional and disrespectful. After banning myself from this location for a year I decided to go back last week. I was hoping they employed new people but it's still the same people with bad attitudes. Back to only shopping online. I give them 2 stars because the store is always very organized which I guess isn't too difficult considering many people don't want to shop in there.

The person doing returns was a little rude when she told me my return would…read morestay inside right there until morning when I told her that was fine she said well no it's not that's why we tell Amazon returns to bring more than 15 minutes before store closes because it won't go to the truck or loading dock (somewhere) until morning. The way I see it is that all of that information given to me was irrelevant and uncalled for. None of that matters to me when they take to loading dock or why. All that matters is that I did my return and it would get to where it needs to go. Also never have I did a return where it matters which position I carry my phone for them to scan the QR code and no one's ever made a statement about me needing to lift my phone up and carry it facing forward due to the light glaring off the phone and not being able to scan. Like I said not once ever have we had that issue and maybe she was just lazy and didn't want to twist her hands in a different position because it would be more work for her. All that matters is I was there 15 minutes before store closed and I understand that people want to go home. I have a full time job too I get it. However if you don't want customers there at 15min before store scheduled time then change your store hours to 15 minutes earlier or change the times people can do returns. Either way get some associates who have better customer service and don't act like customers (the reason they have a job) are an inconvenience to them. Now with that being said I usually have a very good experience at this store! Kohls is one of my favorite places to shop and they have great deals, offer coupons that are stackable, usually friendly service and a clean store almost every time I have been there. I love getting Kohls cash and my last visit my $10 Kohls cash was expired by a day and the lady was still able to honor it and it happened to actually be $20 which saved me even more!! The parking lot is clean and I noticed they have way more shopping buggies then they used to have on the store front entrance! Over all this is a great store just forgetting my experience today and I would def. Recommend to anyone who hasn't been there before!

    I have no time to write everything that is so horrible about the store but right now what just…read morehappened to me is mind-boggling. I am handicapped; I have neuropathy pain in my feet and the severity comes and goes. I can hardly walk today I'm in so much pain. I pulled up in front of the sliding metal doors to the nursery to ask the guy sitting right at the door if they had Clematis vines. I was parked 6' away from him with my hazard lights blinking. I smiled and said hi and I asked him through my car window if they had Clematis vines. He was cold and unfriendly and works in the garden department but he didn't know what Clematis was and instead of opening his phone and looking it up, he said "what's that?" I explained and then he pulled out his phone and he asked me to spell it for him and I did, and then he showed me a picture and he said "is this it?" and I said "yes" Then he said "okay, it says we have one". I said "I need three, so all you have is one?" "No, (he said impatiently) no, it says we have 10." I said "okay, thank you, but you said you had one". Then I said "I need three, and I'm handicapped and there are no handicapped carts on this side of store. So will you please walk in and get three for me, and you put them in my car for me?" He said "No I can't. I can't leave my post here." I said "okay I understand, will you please call customer service and ask them if they can send someone to come and help me?" He said "No, I can't do that." I asked an older couple walking into that door if they would look to see where they are for me, and they couldn't find them. When they asked him where they were, he pointed to a stand with pack of seeds in it. They told him I wanted the plants. He said "well all we have seeds." OH MY GOD, ALL OF THAT FOR NOTHING!

    The prices are really great at this store, but the customer service is spotty at best. Some of the…read moreemployees are not well trained, and most are downright sour faced and unfriendly. No eye contact, no smile, and no greeting when you first enter the store is pretty standard there. One young man tried to put a dried flower bouquet in a bag head first and then was putting large items on top of them, before I stopped him. I had to explain to him that those items would crush the flowers, and he just gave me a strange look, and walked away. Also, I had handed him four or five of my own bags, yet he was packing one bag so heavy I wouldn't have been able to lift it. I'm small and 73 years old so you'd think that someone would automatically consider that, but no. When I tried to explain that to him, he just seemed to be confused so someone else came up and rescued me from him. I believe in giving everybody a chance at a job, but don't put somebody at the front who has no people skills or common sense at all. One new employee sold me a piece of furniture from a center aisle clearance area without telling me that I could not return it because it was not their policy to allow returns of anything that was on clearance. Had they told me that I would've gone home and measured my room before buying it, but there had been no sign there stating that and no one had told me that. When I came back with it because it was too big for my room they absolutely refused to refund my money even though I had been shopping there for months, decorating two different houses as well as my own, and had spent a lot, lot, lot of money there. The man who had sold it to me only two days earlier looked me right in the eye and lied and said he hadn't sold it to me. Three other staff members standing by (why?) kept telling me it was their policy not to accept returns from furniture clearances, something which was NOT posted, even then. I don't have a problem with that policy. I have a problem with their being no sign stating that and no one told me that when I bought it. Unfortunately I couldn't find my receipt to prove who sold it to me, and even then he would still have lied, so I'm stuck with a $119 hassock that won't fit in my living room. One other thing is if you try to order something from them online and have it delivered, forget it because it'll cost nearly as much in delivery charges as the actual item you're ordering. It's too bad they can't hire better people because it's really a reasonable place to shop with a lot of merchandise to choose from at really good prices. PS: there are two women working there who are friendly and helpful and great at their job, and I consider myself lucky when I see them at the register when I go there. I wish I could remember your names, ladies because you have been terrific.

However these men at this location provide great attitudes perfectly helpful and clearly and politely spoke to all the customers that approach them .. They should be known for their perfect customer service talent ... They could teach or train on a large corporate level the talents and knowledge they display . I will only shop at this store because of the customer service that these employees provide
