While I am a young 21 year old I still had questions regarding the entire process. I am of the understanding that I am paying for the Drs expertise not Debbie's, the care coordinator. I left my consult not educated but confused because of the lack of information that was given to me, I had so many more questions. It seemed as if the dr was asking me all the questions and I was giving him all the answers when it should have been the other way around.The dr would present an issue about my breasts currently but would not address how he would go about fixing it. I left my preoperative appointment having paid the surgery in full and still had so much doubt because of this office's inability to explain any information thoroughly. The next day I went in once again to see if it was possible to change not my size but my profile. As soon as I walked in the Debbie seemed bothered that I showed up saying "your back again ? " followed by a sigh of frustration. The way she acted with me after I had put my money down is no way to treat a patient. I was made to feel like any worries I had was in her words "overthinking" when first off this is not a cheap procedure, and it is not something to take lightly. At this point I was so frustrated and over this office I asked for my money back. Not even 24 hours after my preoperative appointment and payment of my surgery could they manage to keep me happy enough to get me to my surgery date which was less than 2 weeks away. I explained myself multiple times, but she still pushed another brand and then suggested taking me to someone else instead of actually helping. The staff did not feel friendly or engaged, and the experience came off as lazy and dismissive. I was visiting from out of town and was honestly surprised by how unwelcoming the environment felt. The entire experience was uncomfortable, and I walked out without buying anything. I'd rather drive to my usual Ulta location in Los Angeles, where customer service is consistently better.

As soon as Jess pulled into a designated pickup spot, she checked in and we waited. 10min went by, one person came up after us and parked in the other spot. The person was greeted by what appeared to be someone in charge of the store, proceeded to come out and sign some papers for them. A few more minutes went by, then they proceeded to go back into the store. No greeting, no check in with us. Nothing. Jess decided to call the store and see what was happening. She spoke with an associate and they said the would be with her in a moment. All together when they finally came out, it was about 15min for a pickup order. The same girl who happened to bring out her order, was the same girl we saw looking in our direction multiple times before leaving the counter 15min later to bring our stuff to us. Her name was Asia. This experience is always the same, it's frustrating and annoying as something so simple as placing a curbside pickup order, seems to be such a hassle for them. The customer service and the sense of urgency needs to better. It seems more convenient for them for you to just go inside, cause you're gonna get ignored any other way than having it shipped. That really shouldn't be the only way to shop here. Retrain your employees to Do Better. When's the new Ulta opening up in town? Truly hope they get a better crew at the new one.

The past several months have been real bad. Many times my meds have been out of stock and taken up to 5 days to get them. My doctor not pleased at all. There have been other issues as well. I'm 100% disabled veteran so it's hard fpr me to get out and bout. I've called regarding issues several times and told them I'd been on hold an hour. Their reply? "Sorry we are busy and have no help"? Maybe the pharmacy manager needs a wake up call. Maybe they are overloaded do to Ride Aid closure and the additional business? If so they nee to hire additional staffing heard pretty much the same thing from many friends. It used to be great, not now. Having to wait days for ones meds can be detrimental to ones health. I'm not into pharmacy shopping every month. Neither is my doctor.

From the beginning, I expected a professional, diligent approach -- especially since my original implant surgery with another surgeon left my breasts with a clean, symmetrical finish and a well-done outline around the nipple area. In contrast, this experience felt careless. After the explant, I noticed that the nipples were not closed out with any attention to detail. The stitching was uneven and poorly done, and it seems like the surgeon completely ignored the original clean outline left by my previous doctor -- something that should have been very simple to follow. Now I'm left with deformed nipples and scars that look rushed and unprofessional. What's worse is the energy at my final post-op appointment. When he unwrapped the bandages, he looked at me and said, "This is what you wanted," in a very condescending and dismissive tone. That interaction made me feel like my choice to remove my implants was not respected -- like I was being punished for it. This has been physically and emotionally upsetting. I trusted this doctor to handle my body with care and respect, and I did not receive that. I strongly urge others to research thoroughly and ensure they're choosing a surgeon who not only has skill, but also compassion. I hope you DO NOT go to Dr. Lechtman for implant removal surgery. I should have been a lot more careful and considered the mistake he made 9 months ago to another client of his - please read her review as well.
