About half the time I receive the full 10 minutes, and the other half it feels closer to 6 to 8 minutes. I realize that may sound minor, but when something is specifically advertised, I expect it to be consistent. It is less about the time itself and more about the expectation that is set. Overall, I still return because my experiences here have been better than other places I have tried in the area. With a little more consistency, this would easily be a higher rating.

Once I was briefly separated from my daughter, the technician approached her privately and tried to recruit her into what can only be described as a pyramid scheme. My daughter is a beautiful, innocent young woman, and she was completely unprepared to handle that kind of pressure. As a parent, I felt deeply uncomfortable -- the situation had undertones that were not only predatory but alarmingly close to what I would associate with grooming or trafficking tactics. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and dangerous. Needless to say, we will *not* be returning, and I strongly urge others -- especially those bringing young women -- to exercise extreme caution. If management is unaware of this behavior, I hope this serves as a wake-up call. And if they *are* aware, then this place has no business operating.
