Dr Steven's is an AMAZING plastic surgeon. All of his staff are amazing. I did a breast augmentation that was done BEAUTIFULLY and the whole staff was amazing. I have very small spidery veins so IV's are quite the challenge on me. The nurses handled it very well and were SUPER patient while they search for a possible place to put it. I was worried they wouldn't be able to find anything and the surgery would be canceled but they were amazing and it was painless because they cared about my discomfort level while poking me and made me comfortable. I wish all places would give me that amazing gas mask while poking all around me lol. For the first time ever getting an iv was painless for me. Also after I got Kybella with Dr Steven's for the fat under my chin that is unfortunately genetic and no amount of dieting and exercise got rid of it and Dr Steven's did an amazing job. I am SO happy with the results. He also didn't try to over sell me, we only did what was needed and no more, I totally trust him and he is very honest. I was even willing to go another round but he didn't think I needed it. Kendall is also absolutely amazing. I went in to see her about my aging skin and the hyperpigmentation from past pregnancies and she has lead me every step of the way with the ZO line. My skin a little over a year later looks flawless!! I get complemented all the time on my skin and I always recommend they see her at Dr Steven's office. I have tried probably every product under the sun before this and didn't know I was capable of having these results and this good of of skin. Also I have gotten a lot of Botox in my life and Dr Steven's is the absolute best in the administration of it. The way he places it I have NEVER had as good of results then when he does it. I have been to two other medical spas before him and he blows them out of the water. I will always have him do my Botox. His prices are very fair especially with the results that he gives. They also don't up charge on their ZO line products like I have experienced other medical spas doing with their products they carry. They are also VERY generous and reward their faithful patients. This is a long overdue review. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Stevens and his staff. When I was looking into having a breast augmentation everyone was so inviting and friendly and didn't make me feel uncomfortable about the procedure which I really appreciated since it is something kinda personal. Kendall was super nice as well as all of the ladies at the front desk. I also really appreciated them moving my surgery date MONTHS closer as soon as someone cancelled. I don't know if this is too much detail, but the day of the surgery they also try to make you feel comfortable. They provide a warm blanket for you and put the IV in your arm before you go to the surgery room so when you are actually in the surgery room you already have the IV in and go straight to sleep without having to wait and feel nervous. I am now 10 days post-op a breast reduction/lift and felt it was important to leave a review detailing my experience. I decided to disclose my specific procedure because I could find no reviews by other patients who had the same surgery; which would have been helpful to me when doing my own research. Dr. Stevens was recommended by a friend who had multiple procedures under his care and was consistently happy with her results. Just a little background on me - I am a mother of two, who spent a solid two years of my life breastfeeding. Fortunately, I also have medical background that was helpful during this process. Surgery is a big decision and I consider myself to be a person with exceptionally high standards, which is why I researched everything in depth beforehand. After educating myself as best I could about the procedure and reading reviews online, I took the plunge and made an appointment with Kendel, the physician liaison. I met with Dr. Stevens thereafter and was pleasantly surprised by his honesty and down-to-earth nature. I was planning to wait until I was at least 6 months post-op to write a review but I'm already so in love with my breast augmentation at only 4 months. Dr. Stevens did an amazing job and honestly I was so impressed with the staff there and at the surgery center. This was my first surgery ever so going in I was pretty nervous about everything but the girls were all so sweet and informative. The day of surgery I couldn't believe how comfortable they made me feel I was put in a separate room with a warm blanket while they put my I.V in, they gave me a nausea patch just in case I woke up sick since I didn't know how I'd react to the anesthesia, they came in and checked on me every time they walked by before taking me to the operating room, I woke up to the sweetest nurse that made sure I was okay she held my hand and even put my ring back on for me and waited until I was ready to leave before getting me up so I never felt rushed out. I am currently 2 weeks post op and have had an AMAZING experience from the time I called the office to schedule my consultation all the way through. I will share my entire experience because I was also interested to read details about others' experience. I had originally planned on going to a plastic surgeon in Fresno who I was recommended to and was talking to my nail tech about it. She mentioned Dr. Stevens because she knew some girls who had a breast augmentation by him and she showed me pictures of the girls and they looked great. I immediately went on his website and saw a special for saline implants which I wanted. I was weary seeing the price because it was $1,300 cheaper than what I was quoted at the office in Fresno but reading all of his credentials (which are immaculate) I felt that a consultation wouldn't hurt and I was willing to spend the money to find the right surgeon for me whether I would end up choosing him or not. I called in late June/early July of this year for the consultation and originally spoke with McKenzie who was very nice and professional and let me know I could get a consultation in late August with their coordinator Kendel and I would be able to schedule with Dr. Stevens for a consult with him after that being with COVID going on they were booked out a ways. I called back the next week and asked if I could just go straight to doing the consult with Dr. Stevens as I was very eager and interested to see him and didn't want to have to drive to Visalia twice (I live 45 minutes away). I was then able to speak with Kendel and she did an over the phone consult with me and moved up my consultation with Dr. Stevens to the end of July. I went to my consultation and was in and out in a timely manner and I felt all of my questions and concerns were address thoroughly by Kendel and Dr. Stevens. Dr. Stevens had GREAT bedside manner and I felt he genuinely cared for me as a patient and did not push me in any way to schedule my surgery with him and more importantly pick a certain implant. After my consultation I was so confident in him and his staff I cancelled my other consultation with the surgeon in Fresno and scheduled my surgery date. I had my pre op appointment on 9/2/20 which was with Kendel and she again was soo kind and genuine answering any questions that I had and went in detail about the steps of my procedure and any additional things I had to do with COVID. I was also in and out in a timely manner at this appointment which was my second time at the office. 9/14/20 was my surgery day and my check in time was at 9 AM. I was taken back pre op within 30 minutes of the check in time by one of the nurses and she was so sweet and went over what they would be doing to prep me step by step. After that I met the anesthesiologist who was also very nice and calming. I wasn't too nervous at all but they made me feel so comfortable I felt more excited than anything by the time I went in the the operating room. Dr. Stevens also came in to touch base with me prior to the surgery and again had great bedside manner and I could not have been more happy with how smoothly it went. I was out of surgery and back in the car the drive back home just before 12. I spent a total of 3 hours at the facility that day and it could not have gone any better. Dr. Stevens and the nurse checked up on my after I woke up and I was given some pain medicine of course and the drive home was a breeze. The first 3 days at home were a little rough but nothing I couldn't handle just more so discomfort. I even called about something that I was concerned about during the week around 9 PM and got connected with Dr. Stevens IMMEDIATELY and he addressed my concern letting me know it was completely normal but I was extremely appreciative at his concern for what was going on and calmed me down. I don't know many Dr.'s that take a call from a patient directly that late with such a positive attitude and it made me feel like his #1 priority. Overall I would give my experience with Dr. Stevens and his staff 10 stars if I could. I am also SOOO in love with my results and although I was a little nervous that they would be a little big for my body at first, the way they are healing is PERFECT for my body and EXACTLY what I was looking for. I am so grateful I was recommended to him and would refer anyone looking to get a breast augmentation done with him. Dr Stevens did my breast implants in June of 1998 or 99? It's been a long time. I have been so incredibly happy with my results. He did my incision in my armpit, and the scars are virtually impossible to see. Anyone that has seen them in the last 17 years is amazed by how natural they look and even more amazed I have no scars. I also went from a B to a medium-full C. I'm so glad I didn't go larger. There was a period of time in my twenties I thought maybe I should have gotten them a tiny bit bigger like a D but now that I'm 40 I'm so glad that I didn't. They are perfect size for exercise and my body looks well proportioned. It's funny because I was just now thinking maybe I should do them again at my 20 year mark but I'm not sure if it's necessary. They are still perfect and I've never had any problems. I live in Southern California and just was thinking about how happy I have been with my results so I looked up Dr Stevens on Yelp out of curiosity to see if he was still at the same location. I booked an appointment for 2:45pm and was not seen until 2 hours later. I asked the nurse about it and she admitted to me that it's really common "and sometimes patients will wait for 3 hours to see him". I was going to walk out after 45min, I think they noticed so then they took me to the back and sat me down.... just to make me wait another hour in the back. And when the doctor finally saw me after making me wait 2 hours, he was really really rude , as if he doesn't care about what his patients think of him. No wonder the front desk ladies were so frazzled and rushing to give me the clipboard when I checked in , they probably knew I'd be waiting forever. It's just unacceptable making patients wait 2+ hours on a regular basis , I've seen other Visalia plastic surgeons in the past and have never experienced that wait time before. I hope he fixes his attitude and scheduling problems. I thought waiting 2 hours was bad , but his bedside manner was definitely worse. I wouldn't feel right giving him my money, I'm glad I went elsewhere in the past and will go elsewhere in the future. read more

I wake up and look at them every morning and before I go to bed and at least a few times throughout the day haha! But really the whole office staff is amazing very professional and very kind. In 2000 I had Blepharoplasty "Eye Lift" As of today they still look GREAT. In September 2019 I decided to have a Brachioplasty "Arm Lift" 1st stage consist of Liposuction reduce fat and skin under the Arms. May 2020 2nd stage - Remove fat, Liposuction, tighten and remove skin down to the elbow on both arms. I am a small petite person but I developed extra fat and saggy arms. When I went in I had one A and one B size breast. All I wanted was for them to be the same size and they understood that was my reason for going in and having this done. Unfortunately when it was all said and done I'm still lopsided. I was told it was going to be an additional $1,000 to fix after I had already paid $7,900. I was sick to my stomach. I went in to talk to Kendal about it. Before taking my shirt off I wanted her to see with my shirt on. She did notice one was bigger. When I showed her with my shirt off she told me it was bigger because it was "shaped differently" I then asked isn't that what he does? Is fixes that? She explained that he's "a plastic surgeon not a magician" I then reminded her this was the reason I came in. She then says "let's just say, you're a work in progress" I was devastated and shocked that she would even tell a patient this......I then asked if they would be ok if I did a review with before and after pictures she says to me again "like I said, you're a work in progress" I got in my car and cried. Terrible terrible. I did get a little of a refund back because he didn't perform the lift because my skin was too tight on the smaller side. I wish I would have known before I went to him. He has a hard time fixing lopsided breast. I have heard this multiple times about him (after having mine done) but I have heard he does a great job if you go in with them already having the same size. I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Stevens and his team! I suffered a dog bite to my upper lip, and the ER doctor recommended that I be stitched up by a plastic surgeon. We were recommended over to Dr. Stevens office and he saw me right away. After seeing my injury I was just hoping to be stitched up in a way so as to avoid a really ugly scar. On the day that they removed my scab I was blown away: My lip looks so much better than I ever expected it would...it looks almost the same as before my injury, and its not done healing yet! Kendal and the staff there were so kind and supportive. Finally, I want to say thank you all again for ensuring that my care was very affordable...I don't know what I would have done without your help and support! If folks need help with a very visible injury, or want to avoid bad scarring, I highly recommend Dr. Stevens office, both for the amazing results, and because they're good people who truly care about their patients. 5 out of 5 stars!!! read more

A few months before my wedding one of my breast implants had popped from a previous surgery with a different doctor. I was already unhappy with my breast augmentation with that dr so going back to them to have my implant fixed wasn't an option. I chose Dr. Stevens to do my B/A in January 2016 after seeing his work on a handful of friends and family, that some, even after 10+ years still looked amazing.
