Visited the store on 2/12, travelling from Flagstaff AZ to Lodi CA. I was excited to find this store on our route to Lodi. I was specifically looking for a wallet for my vintage Coach shoulder bag. I finally found one! I stood in line, there was one person in front of me and one person at the register. Unfortunately there was only 1 associate working the register. I found this odd as there were a handful of associates working on the floor and the store was not busy. Finally an associate came up to the register and helped the person in front of me. The other customer was having an item wrapped, the reason for the long wait. Then when the associate was done ringing the person up that was in front of me, she looked at me then left and went back to the front entrance to talk to the security guard that was stationed there. So I continued to wait, while someone is having their item wrapped and wondering why the associate did not help me. There wasn't anyone behind me. I should have just left but I had been waiting for 6 months to make this special purchase. Finally a different associate came to the register and checked me out. She asked if anyone helped me-told her "No" as this was the truth. I have shopped at the Coach Outlet store numerous times in Ontario, CA and have received outstanding customer service at that location. This was the most disappointing experience ever. I felt the associate that rang up the customer standing in line front of me was just too busy conversing with the security guard. I did respond on 2/24 to their email, letting them know when to call me but I have yet to receive that call. read more

The Service was terrible. I went to buy a purse for my wife. Nobody helped me at all. The staff wouldn't even look at me. I had to use my own calculator to figure out the purse prices. It was sad. I went to coach this afternoon, looking for a wallet for a birthday gift. As soon as I walked in, there was an associate at the door and she did not greet me or acknowledge me at all. I walked around the store for about 20 minutes, looking at different wallets and nobody came to help me during the time that I was there. Instead I noticed many associates were just staring at people and standing around. When I went to go check out, they asked me if I had been helped and I said no. Do better, your job is to help people. If not, don't work in customer service. read more

Update: 06/12/2020 My fam and I just happened to stop by her after the gift a grad event for my niece and was shocked that it was open. So we waited outside until given the red flag to enter. Today was their first day open since the pandemic closed the stores. The sales associate, Amanda, was super helpful, attentive, and she such a pleasure to work with. She took her time with us as it always takes me forever to find a bag because I'm not trying to return anything in the future. Over the San Diego stores, I love shopping here because of the staff, Amanda, and others!!! My niece was looking for a compact wallet and then she got a small cross body bag. I was able to get a nice leather camera bag that is so supple and another red cross body bag. I wanted to add a red bag to my collection ;) My mother walked in instantly found a bag that she liked and then my sister ended up getting a wallet. We had such a good experience and I felt safe in the store. The staff's are in their mask and so were we. Hand sanitizer is readily available upon walking in and can be used when in the store. They also limit the amount of customers inside the store. Again, to the Amanda and the Coach team, thank you very much for such a pleasant shopping experience. Update 02/10/2020: we always have a good experience here and the staffs are always friendly which makes the experience the best. They know many customers by name!!!! Always a sale and they stand behind their products! Typically it's a one year warranty but their wallets last longer. I have purses and small leather goods as are over 10 years old and still look great if not new. Of course I get some credit for caring for them but I don't baby my items and they can withstand Tulare's summer heat and the rain. Initial review: I really like this outlet and stop by to browse every time I'm in town. It's large, always clean and staffs are mostly friendly all the times and knowledgeable. Something new is a security guard at the door. Hubba hubba and he speaks, nice and a personable fellow but don't get it twisted he's still doing his job!!!! I like the new items but not a fan of Elvis on a bag and stuff like that. Louis Vuittion has stuff like that and I don't get it at whatever price it is. I like some logo stuffs but nothing over the top. That's just me. But I took pics of a lotta neat things. Love their jackets with mixed patterns ... it gives me a Gucci vibe and just as cute as a higher end item. Good job coach. This location always has a sale going but as the associates when is the best sale and take your chances and wait or just buy what you like now because it won't be there in a few weeks. This place gets bus loads of tourist and I believe the limit is one can buy up to 4 bags at a time. That's 3 too many for me on one trip. You know I always come here but not for the experience because it's usually lacking to be honest. The only coach store I've ever had a consistent experience in is always the outlet in Arroyo Grande. I come to Tulare's when I know what I want and don't expect any decent help from the staff here. So if you expect to be helped don't be disappointed, it's not their forte. read more

I am a huge fan of designer bags and I usually buy an expensive purse about every 6 months to treat myself or gifted one. However, My assistant and I decided to stop buy Coach in the Tulare Outlets for our break. At the time I came in was their summer sale online and in the store where everything was about 50% or close to it. We were greeted by a sales associate who were telling us the sales around the store. We thanked her and did our thing. When I go purse shopping I am big on quality materials especially if I'm dropping a lot of $$$$ on a purse. I felt like a lot of the materials here felt so cheap as I want a sturdy purse. However, their prices are hard to beat especially while on sale. I tried a few purses on and purchased the floral purse as I fell in love with it. It was gorgeous and it was the perfect materials for a good purse. They also have Coach Disney Purses as well. If they don't have the purse you want in stock at the store they will order it. Overall, I loved my purse I got and enjoyed the shopping experience with my assistant. I highly recommend Coach as you won't be disappointed on the selections and they always have deals. I recommend to sign up to receive their emails. I am planning on going to Gilroy and trying out their Coach store so I am excited and a huge fan of Coach. If you haven't gone in it is a must try at least at one of outlets to try. read more

This Coach Outlet deserves 10+ stars! Upon arriving I had called to check on their hours and the person I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. Once we arrived, we were greeted with smiles from everyone in all directions. Marie was fantastic and very attentive. She checked on us often to make sure we were doing ok and didn't have any questions. I came in only expecting to make one purchase but I left the store with 5 items. Thought I would swing by after work for a late birthday gift, a small black mini Charlie back pack. I called and spoke with Summer who was kind enough to hold the last black one for me. I will always be a Coach girl, it is a guilty pleasure. I try to buy at the Outlets as I love the deals. This store was clean and well appointed. Looked like all the other Coach stores except I found the selection a little bit sparse. Maybe they had a very busy weekend. Some staff members friendlier than others. Back right wall was 75% off bags so of course I bought one. I think it was the cheapest one but my favorite for the day. Hubby had to get himself a new wallet. I ordered a bag from the Coach Outlet website, but it was fulfilled and packaged by this store in Tulare. I just had to say, the staff did an absolutely lovely and careful job with the packaging! The box was sturdy and large, and the bag was wrapped so elegantly with tissue paper and a sticker. Normally outlet bags are just tossed in a box when shipped from a store, but this location takes pride in their products. Thank you so much! Upon walking inside, I was surprised to see only one other patron besides my family inside the store. In all the other Coach Outlets we have frequented, there has been plenty of people browsing and shopping inside. It was a nice change from the chaotic stores. There were 3 employees on the sales floor. 2 of them assisted the girls at different times. They were helpful and friendly. 70% off sections are my wife's favorite areas of the shop. Was there just today, store manager Summer is completely disrespectful. Because of how I came dressed she automatically profiled me and decided to discriminate me. I have shopped at coach for longer than she has worked there and she made it point to ensure to tell me that she has worked there for 10+ years. I would think with her years of experience that she would be the last person to discriminate against someone for their sexuality and how they came dressed. You would think that in 2022 someone in her position would understand and know how to be considerate of others. I left the store in tears because of how she made me feel and how she just looked down on me. read more

I love the coach products and will continue to buy them but recently I stopped in to check with a manager on a local donation I was asking for a charity in Tulare. I had to come back two more times only to be told I had to go through corporate office. I don't know if I got the runaround because I was it I was asking for a donation or management truly is blindsided by corporate as to what their policies are. I wasn't impressed by that attitude. I visited coach this morning and there were no employees besides a girl on the phone and a girl at the register, who was amazing by the way especially given the fact that there was no one else on the floor. All managers seemed to be absent from the store and seemed to put all the responsibility on this one employee. I understand businesses get busy, as an employee of the restaurant industry, but leaving 2 employees to fend for themselves with a line is poor management. I expect more out of Coach management, especially the store manager. Be better to your employees and us customers will feel the atmosphere change. As it is, the management here feels like they don't care about the customers, leaving the customer representatives to deal with the angry customers. Be better management. read more

You know you would think after spending close to $300 on two wallets that we're supposed to be gifts, I'd get a little bit better wrapping let alone service. This potentially has been one of the worst experiences of shopping I've ever had. What seemed to be management there was outrageous, I mean seriously! Most Coach outlet stores are brimming to the rim with people, their merchandise and shelves in complete disarray, and the staff so frazzled with running around and helping different customer that it's hard to get any attention. This store was clean and orderly, and although there was still a good crowd of people, the reps were able to help me with all my questions and even made a few suggestions. the best part is that the lines was super short - i was in and out in 15 minutes! read more
