They always have the best scents and are always coming out with amazing new fragrances and products. I also love how they collab with various popular brands like Stranger things, Disney princess and so on. They have a great perks system as well and all they need is your phone number and an email and you could lock in some free items in no time! The candles and lotion body spray sets are also big hits for gift giving, or even for yourself as well, lol! Can't wait for the next sale!!!

I visited the store looking for a specific hand sanitizer holder and asked the first sales…read moreassociate I encountered, Katelin, if the item was in stock since it was not displayed. She told me it was not available. When I asked about restocking, she opened a drawer where I clearly saw a bag of the exact items. After I pointed this out, she immediately closed the drawer and stated she could not sell them, and told me to return another day. I felt this response was inconsistent, so I asked another associate, who confirmed the items were in stock and available for purchase. After verifying with a third associate, I was able to purchase the hand sanitizer holders, and there were multiple bags available. I am concerned about the initial refusal to sell an item that was clearly in stock, while other associates confirmed it could be sold. I appreciated the help from the other two associates, but believe this issue should be addressed to ensure consistent customer service.

One of my favorite stores, but not my all time favorite and I will tell you why…read more The clothes in Styles for Less are cute, fashionable and trendy. Despite all this, its very poorly made. The price is ok, but considering the quality, its a little too high. Yes, I do shop here and buy things, but I try them on and make sure I look very closely at the seams and hems of the clothing. Lots of times in the past I have bought such great looking tops from this store only to wash it or wear it and find threads poking out or hems starting to unravel. So I would recommed if you do see something you like from this store, (which happens often I dont blame you I get excited looking at the cute oufits on the mannequins when I walk by sometimes lol), you should try it on and really pay attention to the quality of the clothing. Because like the recipt says, you cant get your money back, only exchanges or store credit!

A few days later they call to confirm my contact info, ask for references (no idea why), and then tell me that actually, their delivery people don't work on the weekends or evenings (must be nice). I asked why the website let me schedule it, and they said it's some disconnect between corporate and the actual stores. Ok, that sucks, but I get it. I work during the week but was able to move some things for a Tuesday delivery. The person who called me says we're good to go. Monday afternoon I get a text and an email, saying they want to confirm my delivery on Wednesday. I call the store and they say that there's an all-staff meeting on Tuesday and they can't deliver then (...weird because they told me previously that all deliveries are done through a 3rd party company in Bakersfield?). That doesn't work for me, so I call and ask corporate if there's anything they can do and they say they'll look into it and call me in an hour. No call from corporate. No solution from the store. I end up just canceling it all -- too many changing details and no clear communication. I called the store and the nice gal on the phone helped get it all worked out -- I very much appreciated her help! For days after, I keep getting texts, asking me to confirm my delivery, even after I canceled everything. Sigh. Too disorganized when you're in the middle of a move. Do not recommend!

Dinuba/Reedley area are small towns where everyone knows everybody. The old store manager didn't seem like he had control over the associates. They would always be hanging out in the back or back of the store outside. He was also apparently having a secret relationship with one of the girl associates, I believe her name was Ruby while he had a family at home with another kid on the way. Everyone there knew. My buddies and I overheard a couple employees talking about it. They're going to do whatever they're gonna do but keep it out of the workplace. Glad they have decided to do a better job. Will continue being a customer as long as they are still the priority.
