Small outlet mall that allows you to easily walk to most of the stores. A few are on the other side which is odd. There's a movie theater in the middle which should've been on the other side so all the stores could be together. It also takes a lot of the parking and makes it challenging but there's additional parking toward the back behind Gap and Rack Room Shoes. They have all the big brands...Nike, Van's, Michael Kors, Coach, Kate Spade and great deals, so we were happy!! read more

2 Stars because its great that there is an outlet mall in Central Valley. But thats about it. It's probably the worse Outlet Mall I've been to. If the city of Tulare and county isnt backing it to make it better, they should up and leave and go to Fresno. This outlet is one of the few main things to even visit Tulare, and it should really put more effort to attract all of central california to shop here. But in it's state which hasnt changed in what seems like forever, it just isnt worth it. Anyone who thinks its current state is nice and walkable hasnt got out of Tulare county in a while. So its nice that an outlet exists in CenCal, but it sucks compared to basically all other outlets--which doesnt help the already negative reputation when it comes to Central California. This grouping of outlet shops has a similar feel to the ones in Gilroy, but the center is not as large. Getting to them off the freeway is confusing; a lot of twists and turns to reach the ultimate destination. On a Sunday afternoon the place was very busy with a full parking lot. We did catch a spot near the stores I wanted to visit, which was lucky. Dear Hubby was planning to nap in the car while I power shopped, but he ended up strolling the property, too. I visited the Carter's shop for a baby gift, then on to Bath and Body Works, and finally LOFT Outlet. In each store the staff was welcoming and helpful. The center was well attended, overall, clean, and everyone seemed to be in good spirits. There's a multiplex movie theater as one of the anchors, which may add to tight parking challenges. A version of Bravo Farms is there, offering dining options, as well as merchandise for sale. Looked like a cute garden patio area there out front in nice weather. It took a little while to leave, as we had to queue up to leave the parking lot. Did I mention it was well-attended? Yep. read more

I came to the Tulare Outlets around September/October 2019 with my assistant after we dropped off two minors at a residence. We decided since we are here we can do some shopping during our lunch so we explored the stores the Outlets had to offer. I went to Coach and two other stores. I only bought something from Coach. The center was very clean and we found parking easily. I wish this outlet had more food places as it had none so that was a bummer. Other than that we both had a pleasant shopping experience and I am looking forward to coming back soon. read more

A good outlet option if you're passing through the area. The outlets can be a bit tough to find as they look like they are right off the fwy, but you have to navigate a bit to get to the actual shops. The complex itself is on the smaller side so you can get through the whole place in a couple hours at most if you walked the whole thing. If driving and stopping only at selected shops, easily under an hr unless you browse slowly. Decent mix of retailers, though prices were not that great. Though not sure if that is more a function of the current environment or just a change overall with more merchandise being made specifically for outlets and then offering discounts from higher prices to make you feel as if you're getting a deal when you're really just getting an ok sales price. So just be mindful of pricing to know if you're really getting a great deal. read more

Main attractions for the locals- movie theater Main attractions for tourist- Coach Food wise can't ever go wrong with Bravo Farms which is to the right of the movies theaters then grab some ice cream at Baskin-Robbins to the left of the theaters. If you're in the Central Valley and hoping to get some outlet shopping done, you've come to the wrong place. If you want a decent selection of outlets, travel to Gilroy or Camarillo. That being said, you might still find some deals if you decide to stop by and see what the preferred outlets in Tulare are all about. And if you don't find anything, they have a huge movie theater in the center which is an outlet center first I believe. This center has stores like Nike, Eddie Bauer, Polo Ralph Lauren, Dress Barn, and Gap. Sadly, no purse outlet stores like Coach or Dooney and Burke. If you're hungry, you can eat at Subway, Auntie Anne's Pretzels, and Togo's and get dessert at Baskin Robbins or Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. Bravo Farms, from Traver 10 minutes out, just opened a full service restaurant complete with wine and cheese tasting that is not to be missed. We spent the most amount of time at the Kitchen Collection store where I wanted the Salad Shooter and Sandwich Maker. Right now, I'm pretty convinced those two tools will make my life a whole heck of a lot easier. I can make a sandwich and a salad for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The sandwich maker also makes omelets and french toast. They were both around $20 but what did I get instead? The as-seen-on-TV windshield wiper power tool gizmo thing that cleans the insides of your car windows with a sham wow and is attached to a long handle. I'm an as-seen-on-TV junkie and it was only $10 and worked like a miracle in the parking lot once we got the packaging off and figured it out. But I will be back for the salad shooter and sandwich maker and other random crap you find at this kitchen stores that you probably don't need but they sound good at the time, like a ham holder. read more

The Tulare Outlet Center is your average outlet center. It's located right off the 99 Freeway in the small town of Tulare, CA. I think that acquiring this outlet center was a triumph for this small town. I grew up there, so I know. This outlet center is rather large and it's sidewalks are lined with most of the usual suspects; Gap, Nike, Coach, Sunglass Hut, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Banana Republic, etc, etc, etc... All in all, I'd say that there's at least 50 stores and food options available. The Galaxy 10 Theatre is also located here. Parking is plentiful, but maneuvering around the lot during the heavy shopping seasons can pose a bit of a challenge. There is easily accessible street parking. For those of you coming in from out of town to do some shopping, there are plenty of clean and affordable lodging options within walking distance. 94/100 read more

Not enough parking for an average weekend much less to accommodate large families of holiday shoppers! I needed to exchange/return something at Gap Factory, and had to drive in a big circle to get into the shopping center only to see that there was nowhere to park. I ended up parking in the hotel parking behind the Gap. If you are wanting to shop on this side of the center, you can avoid driving in a big circle and just go through one of the two hotels parking lots. This outlet center has not grown much in the twenty years since it's opening, nonetheless it attracts hoards of large families. I will continue to avoid this outlet in the future if at all possible. read more

I consider this outlet just average. Limited stores & not much for a deal. The only store I found interesting was Converse offering a "buy 1 get & second pair 50% off". One of the staff named Nick was super considerate. He tirelessly introduced us to more products they have in store. He also directed us to another branch of their where we could possibly get better deals. Other than that I would prefer going to Tejon Outlets even if it's one & a half hours drive more. read more

The outlets in Tulare are pretty large. Here are some tips to navigate: -Gap Outlet! The outlets may be massive and you may already know what Gap has to offer, but they have great prices here. Something for everyone on your list! -Gymboree. Great discounts on CUTE clothes! -I've never visited the movie theatre, however, this may be a great option for dual parents. I hear they have comfy chairs and serve alcohol -Bravo Farms! Yum!! Their sandwich's, salads and cute little store are a great place to stop for a bite to eat. -Vans. Ugh. I dread even writing this place. It is grossly busy and condensed, but, they have a large selection of shoes for a decent deal. -O'Neil. We constistantly find great deals on sandals and clothes at this place. I find better deals here than Tilly's or Pac Sun. Stay Away From: -Nike. Although it seems like you want to go in, the selection is bleak and the discounts are not very deep. -Carters. Again, it seems like a great idea when you see signs for 60% off, but the clothes are just meh. Check out Gymboree instead. -Justice. Here we go again. In theory, Justice sounds like a great place because this tween store is widely popular amongst all little girls but expensive. However, this store doesn't carry as many cute clothes as in their catalog and their sales are never very good at the outlet. read more

I'm from Southern California and while there are some good stores here I wouldn't consider them true outlets. I see it more as an outdoor strip mall. You are not going to find the outlet pricing here that you would expect. The only store I would say that perhaps has discounts comparable to other outlet stores would be the Coach store and maybe Bath and Bodyworks. It is nice to get out a stroll around on a nice day. I also really enjoy coming here and eating at Bravo Farms. They have also upgraded the movie theater to luxury theaters. Can we say watching s movie in a recliner while enjoying a beer? Yes! Just don't come here expecting to save a lot of money, because that isn't going to happen. read more

This outlets doesn't have the same type of bargains that you would find at say the outlets in Gilroy or the ones by Palm Springs. My main reason for my rating is their parking lot is horrible. I was also pissed as there was an offer for a free gift on yelp if you spent at least $150 but the outlet offices are closed on the weekend. Love this place. A major stop for me when driving HWY99 between Bakersfield and Fresno. Besides shopping or sightseeing, you can relax, stretch and walk around from a long drive. They have a movie theater, if you are planning to stay a bit longer. Fast-foods and restaurants are a plenty around the outlet center. Been here many times when Fresno was my home. They have decent stores for the average consumers. Shops like Calvin Klein, Nike, Pac Sun, Gap, Banana Republic, Polo, Tommy and etc. If you are someone or a city person who happened to stop or drive by and planning on shopping for a high class marketed store.. then you do not need to shop outlet stores. I recommend Broadway Plaza in Walnut Creek or Victoria Gardens in RC and perhaps Rodeo Drive in BH and write a review about it. Parking is a plenty on weekdays. Main parking in the middle fills up quickly. But plenty of spaces on the side/back of the stores. Restrooms are clean. Access from HWY99 to the outlet is a bit confusing. From the south there are two exits Prosperity Ave/Hillman St and one past that is Cartmill Avenue. Just follow the signs to the outlet. Coming from the north are two exits M Street/Cartmill Avenue and just a mile farther is Prosperity Ave/Blackstone Street. read more

Great place if you are looking for good deals on Baby clothes. They haves Carter's and a Osh Kosh Bgosh store both with a wide selection and plenty of deals. Some of the stores have 75% off(shoes bass outlet clothing) if that's not a good deal I don't know what is. They do have an excellent restaurant, Bravo Farms. Their tri tip sandwich is delicious. Its your typical outlet with the basic shopping necessities. There were stores like Aeropostale, Gap, Levi's, Nike etc. Although they had a variety of stores, there were a lot of empty spaces. The parking lot was empty when we pulled in and the stores weren't filled with people. We found my bf a dress shirt, tie and a belt from Calvin Klein. There is also a movie theater. Not much selection when it comes time to eat. I think I saw a subway and Auntie Anne's pretzels. Good thing there are food places to eat nearby. The little girl working at Aeropostale went out of her way to yell at me about not trying things on even over my clothes. She repeated herself over and over again. I would have understood if she would've told me nicely, but as I was trying to take the shirt off the top of my shirt she continued reprimanding me. I finally snapped and told her I didn't know the rules, and she aggressively told me to look at the signs on the dressing room stalls. I said, "that's why I'm not trying things on in there." Then I said,"Aren't you supposed to be trained in giving good customer service?" And she answered, "Aren't you supposed to be trained in the coronavirus?" So I decided that I would leave almost $300 in merchandise, and she said, "yeah just leave it there... now all your germs are all over that clothes.!" And she followed my daughter and I to the door still arguing. I even recorded her as she kept talking. At the end I snapped and flipped her off. My bad. She angered me mire than anybody has done in ages, and I am a pretty patient person, especially when I'm shopping. read more

We enjoy stopping here whenever we pass by on the 99 Freeway. It's not as busy as other outlet centers, and the prices are reasonable at most of the shops. I was visiting family in California over thanksgiving weekend... and well my best friend and i decided to just stay away and go shopping... First Stop being the Tulare outlet Mall... it opened up at 12:01..... the prices were crazy good... O'Neill had a 40% off everything in the store!!! and i had a little special coupon book just for that weekend and it also had a $5 off purchase coupon too!! i was so excited.. i got my new backpack for school for $14!! i went down to this shoe outlet place (cant remember the name) but i got some new balance tennies... orig $60 for $44!! and then an additional 10% off... ye haw., OK when its not black Friday.. lol they have alot of "skater" stores.. quicksilver, O'Neill, PAC SUN and so on... i love RUE 21! it has the most adorable clothes and accessories for cheap... they always have great deals going on... the Nike outlet store is HUGE and well organized! i like it!! and the movie theatre in the outlet is nice and has quit a few screens... and there is a new boot barn as well.... there are also stores like GAP, Eddie Bauer and a jewelry store i believe.... When I'm free and in the mood to shop I love coming to the Tulare outlets once they open. They aren't too busy and I love the open air walking from store to store. They have amazing deals all year round. I was invited to come shopping Thanksgiving night. I was hesitant to come because of the madness surrounding "Black Friday," but I'm glad I went. The outlets were not too busy, but it could've been the open air? Three stores were a hot mess though, Nike, Tommy Hilfiger, and the Levi's store. My favorite Express had 50% off everything which is an awesome deal; they had some other great deals, such as 3 men's dress shirts for 69$ what a steal. Sunglasses Hat was offering up to 50% as well which was nice. I recommend these outlets to anyone wanting to shop till they drop! read more

I seem to always make a pit stop here to stretch my legs when going from Central Cal to SoCal. Parking here is always a hassle so good luck with that. There seems to be more space towards the Calvin Klein section of the outlets versus in front of the theater or the Nike store. Seems to be less open parking spaces in the most popular area. These particular outlets have a good range of shopping stores but still seem a bit on the smaller size compared to like Gilroy. You will find stores such as Coach, Bath and Body, Banana Republic, Nike, Aeropostale, Gap, Gymboree, Loft, Zumies, Zales, Tommy Hilfiger, Kitchen Collection, Dress Barn, Petsense (this is where I adopted my fur baby!), PacSun, Van's, Tillys, Rue21, and even a Sunglass Hut. Prices aren't the cheapest I've seen at outlets and the stores don't always have the sizes you need. My usual stops are the Gap, Petsense and of course the Nike store. Lucky for me or unlucky, depending on how you see it, I usually walk out empty handed. As far as food goes, these outlets have very few food joints. There is a Togos, Subway, a Baskin Robbins for those hot days and Auntie Anne's. You have better lucky going across the street from the outlets and hit up Taco Bell, Sonics and even a Starbucks over there. read more
