I met the most amazing and helpful employee. Her name is Cathy and she was working in the pharmacy area. I couldn't find what I was looking for. I didn't even have the name of the OTC medicine right. She figured out what I was looking for but we couldn't find it at first. She told me I could do some other shopping and she'd have it for me when I came back. She did. She had 3 different types for me to choose from. This helpful and personable employee made Walmart great again....at least for me.

if u want to b.s. @ work, don't do it while I'm waiting on u to help me, and go where I can't take a pic of u sucking at ur job.

So Walmart has this little doorbell camera that's an absolute POS. The video quality is pretty good but the thing that really made it junk is when I tried to go back and review the video from my porch I couldn't do it! You have to have a subscription of some kind. Nowhere in the packaging or anything does it say a word about that. I have the EUFY brand cameras and a few other products from that company and they are awesome and you don't need any sort of subscription to make it work, it just does. You can have a subscription where they can monitor your cameras and what not and send help if you need it in that sort of thing but you don't have to. As soon as I realized that it was a POS I started looking around, trying to figure out what the deal was, and I should've known, it's some sort of cheap Chinese crap. Bummer. I'm going to send the roomie to get the EUFY brand doorbell camera!

I bought 2 new tires on Walmart.com and had this Tire Center install them. It took 2 1/2 hours and when I got into the sunlight, I saw the tires were dirty and worn. I immediately called the Manager who told me Walmart's insurance will not allow them to sell used tires. I then called and left messages for the overall Super Center Manager all week. Saturday I was told they actually have no Manager! I also noticed the day after my install that my car had been driven an additional 120 miles from when I brought it in. So their Tech took my convertible on a joyride while I waited in their lobby! So now I am stuck with high mileage on my vehicle, extra wear and tear and 2 used tires. This is all extremely unethical and unacceptable. I've been calling their headquarters in Arkansas trying to get some resolution. Do not entrust your vehicle to this store!!

I find that Walmart Markets or Walmart Super Stores historically discriminate against individuals with disabilities. While checking out an employee stop by the register I was at. She interrupted and started having a conversation about the cashier's sneakers. Then all my groceries were not put in my cart. I called the location the same night and was told to return to the store the next day. While speaking with several Walmart employees at the customer service desk and an assistant manager. All of them continuously said, "the customer left her groceries." I continued to tell each Walmart employee they had ableism and attempted to have co-worker solidarity. When their co-workers/employee was not doing her job while on company time. The cashier stopped ringing up my items to have a conversation with another employee about her sneakers. About two weeks later I needed to return an item. I asked the employee, Billy if he could scan my credit card and put the money back on the card. He started telling me Walmart's return policy. The return has to go back on the card the item was purchased with or a store gift card. I told him I was tired of Walmart discriminating against dIsabled individuals. I walk with a cane. I told Billy, when I approached the counter I plainly asked if he could scan credit card and put the money back on the card. Moreover the item was purchased with a credit card as I clearly said when I approached the counter. There is not option to get a CASH refund when the item was purchased with a CREDIT CARD. I asked to speak to a manager, Shawn came over and was very rude and arrogant. He was just as clueless as Billy. Billy scanned my credit card because Shawn was too lazy to assist. Then Billy said, "our system has no purchase history on this credit card for the last 90 days." I left the store with the item. The item had been changed to a lower price. I went back to the same location however called a head a few days later. I spoke with an alleged manager name Erin. She just made excuses for Walmart's computer system. I went to the store with the original receipt and received my refund. This is not only discrimination but a type of fraud that Walmart is doing. Those receipts fade very quickly. I had one print out and it looked like I had the receipt for six months. I went to the customer service desk. Then I was told a manager has to come to the front just to re-print a receipt.

It took a lot of tries to get the right price but thank you so much

Today they had amazing sales on large fall candles, the shelf said they were 3$ but they kept ringing up as 7$ at the self checkout. I didn't catch her name but the sweet woman Watching the self check out took time to come over and help me, even though overriding the price turned out to be an aggravating task, She did what it took to get me a great price!! Thank you so much!

I went to pick up my weekly grocery haul at 1:30 this morning & they were CLOSED I guess between 12:00 & 6:00 a.m. they didn't peddle enough stuff. SMH....that's the best time to go, otherwise it's like going to the fair...people slowly moving around back n forth and stopping in the walkways so no one can get by.... PS I am a former employee for whatever that's worth

Always busy with just a few cashiers lol never fails.

December 31, around 9:30-9:35 p.m., I visited Reasor's at 2429 E. 15th St., Tulsa, OK 74104, and had one of the most upsetting and unprofessional retail experiences I have ever encountered. I went directly to the checkout counter, paid for my item, and completed my purchase like any other customer. Shortly after, I realized there was a transaction issue and calmly requested a refund so the transaction could be corrected. What should have been a routine customer-service matter quickly escalated into something completely inappropriate. Instead of assisting me, I was accused of stealing, without any verification or investigation. No one checked my receipt. No one reviewed the register. No attempt was made to confirm whether I had, in fact, paid for the item. The accusation came from the security guard, but what was most concerning was the lack of leadership that followed. The manager failed to step in, failed to question the accusation, and failed to independently review the facts. Management allowed a serious claim to stand without evidence and did nothing to de-escalate the situation or protect a paying customer. This was not only unprofessional--it was humiliating. As a business owner myself, I understand that mistakes happen, but accusing a customer of theft without proof is never acceptable. Customer service should be based on facts, fairness, and respect. None of those standards was upheld during this interaction. The entire experience was degrading, unnecessary, and avoidable. I left feeling disrespected and wrongfully treated. I will not return to this location and cannot recommend it to others unless Reasor's makes great improvements in staff training, management accountability, and how customer disputes are handled. And I hadn't received an apology from the Manager. Hopefully, this gets his attention.

I hate writing bad reviews. . . Reading my review from 2023…read morewould make me feel bad but 1) there were so many other 1* reviews and 2) my review was completely accurate & remembering that experience made me angry all over again. So to my visit a few days ago: I was majorly impressed. This store, even the PARKING LOT, has been completely renovated. Beautiful wide plank flooring. So many products. Everything on my shopping list was readily available. I don't think diapers, for instance, should be in the middle of "food". 4* for the product placement. Aisles seem nonsensical. To address comments from others in their reviews, regarding the *current* atmosphere. . . .yes, Walmart is often cheaper. And being the HUGE company they are, they have access to a nonstop variety of resources, so sometimes they'll have products more available. But in acquiring those lower prices, consider the possibility of lower quality (produce). Personnel is something business have to deal with. Managers need to keep in mind you can always go elsewhere. And, Ryan (see his review), who was abused by an employee this year! should have gone straight to the manager. The complaints on prices/coupons/ads, etc. It's maddening, and appears to be structured against the consumer. LOL. My recommendation is have a plan and know the rules. Sorry, it may be a little time consuming but it gets easier through repetition. And know (this reality makes utterly no sense to me) the "sales" vary from store to store. This was pointed out to me at the 15th St store a few years back. I was looking for a particular awesome sale item, like 10 limes for $1. A manager came to the disagreement, looked at the ad, and said, "That's only at the store out on 21st". Who knew? That's why you have to choose *your* store online. (If this has changed, I'm unaware). Another tip: shop as soon as possible when ads change, I thought. They run out of product FAST. Hubby took our shopping list on a Wednesday when ads are new. He got absolutely nothing that was advertised. They told him a shipment would be in the next day. I went on Friday and got it all. So I say shop early and still feel validity in that. Hope my experience helps somewhat.

I was a little hesitant about the kale pesto but should NOT have been. This dish was delicious--great garlic flavor. Would order again. The burger looked amazing and while The Hubs said it was good, he also said it needed some more spice. They had a couple of rotating beers from Heirloom--a Mexican Lager and an Italian Pilsner. I had the Water Lily cocktail, their take on an Aviation. Order it just because it's beautiful (and refreshing). The photo does not depict the deep color of it. I asked what other gin based cocktails they had on their menu. They didn't but the server/bartender offered to make me a Bee's Knees for the second round. It was delicious!
