service - though i checked out on a self-service station, the store still had three workers in the dual returns and checkout station. also, the self-checkout was efficient and features well-placed prompts. selection - the store has an ideal selection for my want of a thoroughly stocked department store within walking distance. further, while the store sells a wide-ranging variety of items, i like that the specialty home goods, fitness equipment, and toys i usually shop for at target are located near in center of the store, with the former category located near the front center of the store and the latter two categories near the back center. and the other items that are useful for one stop shopping, but usually not the reason i'd decide to shop at target are located on the perimeter. that said, regarding selection for the specific items i was shopping for tonight, the store features a varied selection of both filter replacements for water filters and kites. value - the store is reasonably priced for the quality and selection of items it has. specifically, the water filter i got has a good price, even in an individual pack, though more efficient value packs are available too. and the kite, which i bought as a medium on which to write a reflection about a book that a friend recommended to me, was cost efficient also and had two kinds of kite, with a plethora of character varieties on each. read more

I've only done a pickup here once, and it was before all of the Coronavirus stuff, but I figured it may be a useful thing to review about since I imagine lots more people are shifting to this type of shopping these days. The process is super easy. You just go online, add what you want to your cart, check out, and then wait for them to send a notification (I think you choose via email or text) that it's ready to pick up. I think it only takes a few hours, but maybe it depends on the order, and of course it could take longer right now if more people are doing this. You pay online, but if I remember they also swipe your card when you get there... probably just as a verification. I believe they charge $5, but then take it off in the next few days. That sounds kind of strange, so maybe I'm not remembering correctly, but I feel like that's what happened. I didn't really order any food, so I can't speak on how it is to get actual groceries this way. However, what I did order was all there and it was all correct. So based on that, I assume that anything you'd need to order would be the same. You do have to still go inside (though I wonder if they've changed this in light of the pandemic?) so it may not be totally zero contact... Still, it's probably better than actually shopping inside yourself, where you'd be in the store for much longer than going in to just grab your bags and swipe your card. So it's definitely a step forward in trying to limit exposure with others in an attempt to get things back to normal. Of course, despite it being a great option now in particular, pick up from Target is also good any time. I'd definitely do it again since it's so convenient and relatively fast! read more

This target has come a long way. It used to be very bare bones basic, but now they offer a grocery store and a Starbucks kiosk. The selection is fantastic. They not only keep a freshly stocked grocery, but their store has an excellent electronics department as well. read more

Definitely not customer service driven. At 4:35pm they only have 2 checkout lines open. Long lines including self check out. Management needs to step up their game and make sure lines are moving to avoid customers having to go o we to their competitors that have zero lines. That's a loss in profit that I don't think you would want to lose Target. Oh and the kicker here is... there are 2 not sure is managers or supervisors standing in the front just looking. read more

This is the Target I frequent most because it is the one closest to the casa. It is one of the most poorly stocked Targets I have ever been in and quite frankly the layout could do with some changes. This place is HORRIBLE about restocking its own Archer Farms brand as well as anything else they run out of. If they are not going to at least make the effort to restock their own brand then why sell food? The food section here is pretty pathetic. Reasors is right next door but that is still no reason to have a poorly setup and stocked food section. Also I want to declare their self check stations a massive failure. First, self check stations are a ripoff and a true sign of a ghetto operation. Think about it, the nicer stores don't have them, they are put in places where poor and lower middle class people shop. You wont find self check at Whole Foods or Fresh Market. Secondly the stupid things are always requiring assistance from a human anyway, so whats the point? And most important why I am I not getting a discount for doing my own bagging and checking? This Target could be much better but I don't think anyone there really cares. read more

I really hate this store. It's RIGHT by my house and very convenient. However, the bathroom is fuuuuuuuucked up. Just awful. The lighting, the cleanliness, the smell. Avoid at all costs. Groceries are literally rotten. The last 2 times I bought milk there, it was bad. I saw them selling raw chicken WAY out of date, too. This Target has a little bit of everything... but really - just a little bit. I go to a Target about once a month to purchase some basic groceries, household items and maybe a pair of socks. Since I am more on the shop-heavy side on these monthly trips I learned the hard way not to visit this location because I won't find everything I need and lack the variety offered at other locations. This Target is well-maintained and rather clean and has a Starbucks inside (which is always a perk!) Parking is abundant and it is a really easy location to travel to. read more

Love this Target, but I'm giving two stars based on the bathroom alone. I should actually give one star overall for this Target and the 71st Target bathrooms. This bathroom is ungodly gross. Every time I walk in I think it can't be any worse then the last time and it always is. The floors are disgusting. The toilets don't flush half of the time and I'm not even sure they ever clean the bathroom in general. Also, I've been to Targets in several other cities and they all have toilet seat covers and Tulsa Targets never have them-what is this and why are we excluded from sanitary seat covers? read more

While it is convenient to downtown Tulsa, I find that this Target tends to have long lines and less selection than the Target in South Tulsa and Tulsa Hills. I suggest using the Target App and verifying whether a particular grocery, clothing, or house-ware item is in stock before taking the time to drive to Target. That being said, I do really appreciate the friendly employees and the convenient location. read more

Stop in this target cause it was close to my job. They have a Starbucks inside the store... That's a plus!!! I had a Double Chocolate Chip Frapp. It was delicious and the staff was nice and friendly. They had a nice selection of apparel and a good sale going. My checkout was pretty fast and the customer service was good. The only down side was the bathroom was nasty. Even through it was checked off as just being clean a few mins or so before I walk in. I'll visit this location again but I probably won't use the bathroom. read more

One of the worst Target stores, but none of them are very good. They do not stock their shelves. Boost Nutritional Drink has been out of stock for the past 10 weeks. Just an empty shelf. Hey guys, don't bother including this item on Target Cartwheel for additional savings if you are not going to stock shelves at any store in Tulsa. This store has not had Market Pantry Fruit Punch Drink Mix for months. They just got Milk Bone MaroSnacks back on the shelves after many weeks. Also, they have a lack of checkers. On a recent Saturday afternoon, there was only one checker while customers stood in line. They seem to have plenty of "supervisors" monitoring the situation, but not one of them ever steps in to help out. Steer clear! read more

I go to this location because it's close to my house and I love Target. I'm really happy they added a grocery addition. I like the brands they carry and you can usually find an organic option. Unfortunately, the selection is pretty basic. Only 1 option for dryer sheets for example. I feel like this store has seriously deteriorated in the quality of employees they are now hiring. There's a few good ones but the kids that work there are seriously unprofessional and usually covered in piercings. Not that I have a problem with that at all but seems a bit weird they allow it at work. It's more of a professionalism and customer service issue for me and I dont think ive ever seen a manager on the floor supervising anyone. OMG I sound old. read more
