Omg! My husband and I fell in love with this store! I love the style and design! Jessica is so helpful! We brought in our measurements and some pictures abs she helped us pick the right sizes of each piece that we needed. She created a design of the layout on her computer of the pieces along with our home layout. The only thing I'm sad about is that some of our order will take longer to be delivered bc it is back ordered. Part of the reason is because each piece is handcrafted (watch their video about it from their website-pretty cool!) and it is all solid materials- wood pieces are very heavy! We plan on keeping the pieces for many many many years! Great quality! They also have anything you can think of for finishing touches for your home such as light fixtures, curtains, decor, and hardware. read more

The employees showed me and my Girlfriend no attention. there was about 3-4 employees helping one older couple in their 50s to 60s ( I noticed they didn't even buy anything ) I assume since we are young they expected us not to have any money. however I heard about this store through a partner of mine and showed up to shop. I noticed some stuff I liked and would love to have in my new place, but since the customer service was horrible I chose not to buy anything. I will not be recommending this store. It is an experience being rich at 24, not the first time this has happened to me. read more

This place has what appears to be nice furniture and fashionable home decorating items. Everything is the stressed look, which is trendy and expensive. I did notice it isn't practical furniture, if you are less than average height. All the chairs and couches are very long and the beds are very tall. If you want your house to look like a picture in a magazine, this is the place to look. read more

Talk about LAZY. Trying to order $8000 worth of furniture and could not even get the clerk to get up from his chair to measure the depth of a cabinet on their show room floor to confirm the sizing. I love this place, not simply the location but the company as a whole. I have ordered several pieces from RH, including a large sofa and chair, and I have never been disappointed with the quality and workmanship. RH is not a store for bargain hunters. If you aren't prepared to pay for exceptionally high quality pieces, stick to Target and Sears. read more

Several employees were behind the counter but no one greeted when we came in, spoke to us while we were there (10 minutes or so), nor thanked us when we left. Went to buy three Alpaca throws as Christmas gifts. The store did not have any in stock. I ordered them online along with three messaged gift tags. They arrived in plastic and the "gift" tags were written on the order sheet. No boxes for the throws and charged $65.00 shipping. I will never order anything from Restoration Hardware again as a gift. Expect this from Walmart not you guys. Very disappointed and embarrassed that my gift arrived to my friends house so shabby. read more

Went a few weeks ago with my boyfriend. Walked around for about 20-30 minutes and got greeted by exactly 1 person and they even had the attitude like they didn't want to help us, they were just asking because it's their job. Everyone else ignored us. They had a very snobby attitude and looked at us like we weren't good enough to shop there. After reading other reviews, I will never buy anything from here based off quality and attitudes of employees. read more

Been in here a few times. Generally the staff has been friendly to me. The furniture is beautiful but it seems about 90% of the reviews I have read online say the furniture is not high quality and shipment takes forever and can be a real nightmare. It seems they get a lot of orders wrong and they use a 3rd rate shipper and have a lot of issues with furniture being damaged on arrival. I'm very leery to purchase anything from them...With as many negative things online about RH I think Their CEO needs to address the problems and get this company's act together. Their look is great but seems like its only great on the surface. As far as their prices....They are so over priced its laughable. What they sell is NOT worth their prices. read more

I've purchased dining room chairs and a headboard/footboard and side table here. The service in store was good. I'm pleased with the quality of the furniture after about one year of use and it is beautiful in my home. The shipping company left a lot to be desired, especially in comparison to Pottery Barn. They were late and seemed to be unaware that white glove delivery includes assembly and set up. However, they did complete it so all was well in the end. Shipping charges are outrageous unless you are making a purchase of a large number of items. I'd love to purchase one of their chandeliers now for that dining room, but refuse to pay $329 to send it to me. Since they won't ship to store, they will be losing my business for this purchase. read more

Went in a few times. There is no doubt that their things are beautiful, but I feel that once they realize you are working within a budget they instantly become less helpful. At other times I felt like the staff was more concerned with hanging out with each other than helping me find options that would work within my budget. RH- Nightmare at the Square December 2015 we placed an order. Sofa, lamps, dining room chairs, fabric to reupholster a few wing backs, curtains. Today is April 3rd and the ordered is still not completely filled. And those items I did receive have required additional work from upholsters due to very poor craftsmanship. BEWARE when the sales associate tells you it's a custom order. Translation: it's made cheaply in China and takes months to arrive. IF it's not lost or you get a Dear Valued Costumer email giving you a new ship date that's completely bogus. This has happened to me 3 times. And these poor sales associate working so hard to carry on the name of Restoration Hardware. Which by the way due to nationwide horrible reviews, service, quality and the stock tanking, they now call themselves RH. The store is alluring. The quality is despicable. Delivery, a nightmare. *Ask a sales rep to take a slipcover off a dining chair. Grade School Shop 101!! But be kind to the sales associate, they have to know it's a crap shoot making promises. Take the time to read RH reviews nationwide. You'll save yourself a ton of heartburn, bogus emails and an accountant to decipher an RH invoice. 5 months later I'm still waiting for my fabric! If I hadn't other pieces in this same fabric I would have moved on a long time ago. PS. There's no white glove delivery! And those aggravated looks when you have items returned due to damages (because you will) are just another example of the RH Experience. read more
