I didn't see anything that is too expensive in this section. Usually, the door greeter area is an affordable small items. However, there is another section which we looked at in the home wares area, your more select pieces of home Halloween and Fall stuffs. I made a video of the latter items. The school supplies section is being taken up before the fall and Halloween stock. I don't blame them. Be nice shoppers, this location is still a work in progress. They were remodeling too. Spencer on July 10, 2026, around 5:30 PM after a coworker told me they had wax warmers for only $3, and how good they smelled. Since I work just a couple of doors down, I walked over excited to check them out. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the moment I entered. Two white women and a child walked in just behind me. I was never greeted, acknowledged, or asked if I needed help. However, I could clearly hear the employees warmly greeting and interacting with the customers behind me and others who entered the store. After walking around the store twice trying to find the wax warmers, I finally had to call my coworker--the person who had recommended the store--to ask where they were located. She had to direct me to the exact spot over the phone, despite not even working there. When I found the wax warmers, I thanked her for helping me because no one in the store had offered any assistance. As a Black woman, the difference in how I was treated compared to the other customers left me feeling invisible and unwelcome. Whether intentional or not, customer service should be consistent for everyone. A simple greeting or "Can I help you find something?" would have completely changed my experience. as I got to the counter to make my purchase and the cashier asked me if I wanted to give my phone number then I communicated my disappointment in Customer Service as I was treated in the store today. To add to the irony, I ended up wasting my $3 because the wax warmers weren't even worth it. The ones from Walmart smell much better. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because every customer deserves to feel acknowledged and valued when they walk through the door. Please feel free to review your store footage as you can see that this is not a fake review. Treat all customers with dignity and respect no matter race, sex or gender.

Some things today, even at 50% off were outrageously priced but it was still fun to look at everything.
