While out shopping for Christmas gifts, The Wife and I found ourselves on Brookside, and then in Urban Outfitters. A couple other couple places we went into in the area didn't have what I was looking for, but Urban Outfitters saved the day. After looking around for a few minutes, I spied exactly what I was looking for. The very friendly cashier rung me up and wished me a Merry Christmas. The store itself is a lot larger than it appears from the street. Lots of clothing and fashions that I will never in my lifetime wear... because I'm your basic jeans and t-shirt kinda guy. But UO surely saved the day for me and my quest for the perfect gift. read more

Urban Outfitters has always been a cool store. Such a hipster vibe known for on-trend fashions, accessories & quirky home-decor items. A wide variety of clothing at all price ranges. Today the clearance rack was take an additional 40% off already marked down clothes. I can't believe I didn't find anything! I was disappointed in that. But I will say they had a lot of clearance items to choose from. The ones I liked were just super small. Probably why they are the only remaining sizes left of their kind lol. What a fun store UO is. I haven't shopped for clothing here since I was in my 20s (gosh that makes me feel and sound old), but I love their fun items such as goofy socks, inappropriate (and awesome) greeting cards, funny books and other such gems. The Tulsa location is the coolest of all of the UO stores I've been to and I'll tell you why - it's not the biggest and their selection while good wasn't the best (size limits how much they can have obviously) but the store itself, the use of the space they have and the raw, true-to-Tulsa feel in the store great, it's clean while still being somewhat gritty and it is bright. I love the unfinished original walls, the use of unfinished wood and the general layout of the store. The staff is super upbeat and helpful. They are always there when you need them but not in your face when you want to explore alone. They are also very diverse - as one would expect at UO. The selection of letterpress cards here is amazing. I laughed my butt off reading them. Those along with killer pint glasses and other fun "things and stuff" you're sure to have a good time poking around. I did end up getting a few cards here, they are hard to resist and a rather pithy shirt I found - but there really is something for nearly everyone here no matter what your style. From fun to fresh to stylish bags and socks you're sure to have a good time poping into one of Tulsa's newest additions. read more

wanted to charge me $5 more than the original price for an item on the sale rack! I found a t-shirt on the sale rack with no sale tag and I hadn't seen the shirt anywhere else, so I went up the check-out to ask if it was on sale and what the price would be and after looking through the computer the saleswoman told me that the price is $35 dollars, $5 more than the $30 tag originally on the shirt. I mentioned that the shirt has a $30 price tag and both employees were very stand-off ish and refused to acknowledge the price posted and would not help. horrible customer service. read more

Urban Outfitters has so many neat and eclectic clothing items it's unbelievable. I recommend checking out their book selection also. Their book selection gives me life! Q. How did I feel when I left? The fact that Tulsa has an Urban Outfitters now is really exciting. Now that their products are so readily available, I think the novelty of shopping there will fade for me personally. Nevertheless, this location has all of the little trendy knickknacks that you would expect from UO. Their women's apparel section is HUGE, while the men's section is reserved to a few rounders and shelves at the front of the store. I was naturally a bit disappointed because I'm a male, but my girlfriend's eyes were wide with excitement at all of the options for the ladies. Maybe as the store (hopefully) grows in popularity, they'll add more clothing for men. Until then, I'll swing by if I'm in the area but I can't see myself making a special trip for this location. read more

The worker that was trying to help us was so belittling and rude when one of our cards was not working. Spoke to us as if we were poor and that it was our fault. Another worker came to help and was quite nice to the point where it made the other worker seem really rude and dismissive. read more

The clothes here offer a style that is very hard to find: always very on trend and ahead of the game. The store is always very clean and the staff is always very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this store for those that love to keep up with what's hot! read more

Beautiful set-up like any Urban Outfitters store. Pros: (1) Location. Finally Tulsa has a UO store, and it's in an excellent area along Brookside. (2) Female clothing and shoe selection is pretty good given size of store. Cons: (1) Men's clothing selection is bad. They have devoted maybe 1/6 of the store to male shirts, shoes, and accessories, while almost 1/2 the store is designated for female apparel. As a guy, this makes this particular store a poor choice for browsing new styles. (2) Sales section is small, and like the regular clothing selection, is dominated by female options. (3) Prices are still a bit high. I absolutely love UO's options, but it's a bit much unless you catch a sale. $30 for a small candle; $8-12 for a single pair of socks. $45 for a generic wide-brim hat. $40 for a shirt that says "Love me meow." You get the drift. Until they expand the men's options, I probably won't be back. read more

I recently visited my grandma for the holidays and where i live and she lives they don't have a urban outfitters. Today we decided to drive two hours to tulsa from oklahoma to go shopping here and other shops. When I walked in no body asked me anything or asked if i needed help. As i started walking more into the store i see messed up shelves that had piles of clothes on top of them and clothes all over the floor. There were about 5 people working there all of them just on there phone one of them even just standing there looking at me look threw the piles of clothes. Such a waste of time mind you my family and i came thirty minutes after they opened. Disgusting get better workers. read more

Rude staff. No one greets you, asks if you need help nothing. The customer is an inconvenience to the employees.

Smaller than most Urban Outfitters, so I am disappointed. Also, I think perhaps I am too old to shop here now. read more
