Cons: I came in with a return. New item with tags. However, my husband threw away the online order slip that came with the pants. I had emails and the online order confirmation from the Lululemon website. However, they needed a specific email with a bar code? They left me with the impression that they weren't going to do the return? Which would have been so unfair because we ordered, received, and returned the pants all within the same week? In the end, the manager agreed to let the cashier return the pants. They weren't exactly nice about it. This is not an atypical Lululemon experience. For the most part, I am usually able to complete returns or buy whatever I need; however, they're usually not very nice. Parking is always such a pain. Amazing quality, lovely young man at the Fitting Room's named Chase, such an amazing person, kind, and knowledgeable! Every time i've come here it's phenomenal, but this one particular lady at the register made all of her customers feel.. sort of ashamed. I get all my leggings in a size 10, because thats just me, i'm not overweight or anything but there are different sizes for a reason. I like to be modest and not get anything that's uncomfortable or shows a lot of things, thats just me! I get my leggings in a size ten, and she straight up told me "there's no way you wear a size 10, i'm a size 5." I'm about a whole foot taller than her, but i played it off and said "thats just what fits me." And she continued to lecture me about how "they aren't jeans, not everyday wear," so I told her, "they're just for sports." And then proceeded to tell me "these aren't for sports." So i just shrugged and said that was fine because I can still wear them off court. This made me very uncomfortable because whenever a customer buys something, you shouldn't say anything but tell them about how to wash and dry, which she did, but was very rude about it. I've seen 2 men that I always see and they never fail to make my experience great, but this blonde older lady really sucked the life out of me during my shopping experience. read more

I will always be a LULULEMON fan. Although they did not have the bag in stock that I wanted, the people working at this store are so friendly and offered to order it for me. My daughter found some biker shorts she wanted. Prices are high but good quality. Their leggings are my favorite item. I always end up choosing my lulu leggings over all others. read more

As an Oklahoma native but now a resident of another state, I stopped by this Lulu to make a return of several colors in super crop vest. I order almost exclusively online, so am pretty familiar with the in person return process - atleast at my local stores outside of OK. I had already repurchased one of the colors in a smaller size, but the other color had yet to be restocked. First, the line to checkout/return was quite long, but this is somewhat understandable with how busy the store was the evening I went. When it was finally my turn, the educator helping seemed quite unenthusiastic and unfriendly to assist me. I believe she was a manager. Again, this is understandable as I imagine she was under quite a bit of stress with the current busyness of the store. I asked if they had the item I was returning in stock (in the color I had not yet been able to repurchase) and she looked me up and down (I was wearing the other color of the super cropped vest - the color that I had been able to reorder online in my size) and said "we have some, but not *that* cropped" in a very condescending tone. It was a quite disappointing to feel shamed about wearing a product by the manager of a store that produces said product...it's too bad that they are the only Lululemon in Tulsa, I wouldn't go back willingly. fortunately, I live states away so it is very unlikely I will ever have to go back into that specific store. read more

The Lulu store on Brookside is one of my favorite places to shop! They always have really great stuff on the clearance rack, but they also are always stocked on my favorite leggings and running shorts! The ladies who work there are so sweet and helpful, anytime that I have a question, they have an answer! The new location is gorgeous as well! Super cute scrunchies and I always have to get one of their headbands or two whenever I drop in! read more

Horrible customer service. The woman behind the counter was rude to the point it upset my grandchild. Another customer offered to speak to the manager with me because of how she treated me. Unfortunately we did not have time to wait for the manager. I called her ( Alex) later and asked for a call back but she never returned my call. read more

Went in at 5:45pm, was greeted by a lady near the front door. (Aka, she asked if we saw the sign on the door that they close at 6pm) Got halfway into the store when the cashier yelled from the front of the store (everyone in the front & in line turned around to stare) & asked if one of us had a mask & informed us they were by the door. She got a mask, we started to browse quickly (as they closed at 6pm, when the cashier left the front to come ask us if we knew they closed at 6pm & then also let us know that the registers closed at 5:50pm. Since it was now 5:48pm, we promptly left. We'd planned on spending as much as we could as quickly as we could but were not given the opportunity. Felt extremely unwanted & uncomfortable. As someone in the service industry, I'm flabbergasted at the treatment. Shop online & avoid being talked down to. read more

The best athletic store on Brookside. Prices are high but the quality of products are 2nd to none!! High quality everything! I just got a yoga mat from Lulu. $100 well spent. All the girls that work there are really nice and & helpful!! read more

Great selection!!!! There was a lot to choose from at this location and in plenty of sizes. The sales staff were attentive and friendly. A little generous with their compliments though - but how can I complain about someone saying I look great in a pair of pleated shorts? Great location. Parking in the back or on the street and it's in a very cool part of Tulsa, (yes there is such a thing!), with nearby shops, bars, & restaurants - all easily within walking distance. read more

This place is great if you want to pay 90$ for a workout shirt to roll around on your yoga mat in. I have gone into this store twice and both times no one offered any help. I stood by the register to ask a question about their yoga mats and waited while the clerk chatted with her friend. I have worked in customer service all of my life and realize the fine line between chatting with a customer or blatantly ignoring your customers to "hang out" with your friends on the clock. I won't be popping my head in this store again. The clerk never turned to help or acknowledge my presence. They lost out on a sale because I was prepared to buy a mat and towel. read more

The staff here are lovely. They have always been incredibly kind and knowledgeable about the brand. I have a three-year-old brother who I have to bring most of the time. The staff greet and joke around with him every time. My ONLY complaint is that they are often low on popular sizes (6,8,10) but they have limited space so that's expected. Overall super cool, non-judgmental staff and great products. I love this store! read more
