I was introduced to Francesca's back in Houston by the mothership location (the first store that…read moreopened) so I was thrilled to find one here in Tulsa! Their regular prices are a bit expensive but I rather buy something here instead of a store that has 100 pieces of the same item. I usually take advantage of their 30% and final sale racks. I can always find something I love without fail. I'm obsessed with their summer dresses. Even though I've bought way too many with the same cut/style (it compliments my body AND is comfy), they still look quite different because of the trendy colors/patterns. Their maxi dresses are great too. I've been able to find some cute shirts that are work AND happy hour appropriate as you can pair them with black slacks and funky jewelry. They also have small/fun gifts here so if you're looking for a cute something for a girlfriend, make sure to check out those items. The ladies who work here are always super nice and helpful. The only thing I'm not a fan of is their dressing rooms. While they aesthetically look awesome, with those long curtains and huge loops, NOT very practical since there's no way to fully close them. Anyone (especially kids) can just pull open the drapes and expose you to the world (yes, first-hand experience). So... needless to say, I always dread trying stuff on here due to the lack of privacy but I have to since some of their sizes run small every once in a while... Regardless, I always get tons of compliments on the stuff I wear from here and it will continue to be my go-to boutique.

I had emails and the online order confirmation from the Lululemon website. However, they needed a specific email with a bar code? They left me with the impression that they weren't going to do the return? Which would have been so unfair because we ordered, received, and returned the pants all within the same week? In the end, the manager agreed to let the cashier return the pants. They weren't exactly nice about it. This is not an atypical Lululemon experience. For the most part, I am usually able to complete returns or buy whatever I need; however, they're usually not very nice. Parking is always such a pain. Pros: store is very clean and well lit.

They now carry shampoo, makeup, hair color, and other drug store type products in a section near the bathrooms. And I believe you can use the BB&B coupons on those items, but i'm not 100% sure. The store is clean, but always crowded on the weekends. The check out lanes can get a little backed up, but they go decently fast. They even have a wrapping station now for customer use. I think it's a little odd they have you do it yourself (imagine someone who doesn't gift wrap trying to wrap something on a table in front of everyone), but if it's not busy I guess it's ok. I am a seasoned gift wrapper and I felt incredibly rushed when people started lining up behind me. A worker at that station would have been very helpful. Overall, great store and some of the pricier items are easier to handle with those amazing coupons they offer!

The girl went to ring me up & I was so excited when I left the store. I didn't realize that she didn't apply the 25% off & remember I just told her I had the coupon. She didn't physically take it from me, she rang it up on her side. That's what I thought anyways. I didn't get the discount & the girl conveniently doesn't remember. Mind you there were just 2 castles in the store. How could she forget my 25% off coupon?

She had asked me if I wanted my receipt in the bag. Before I purchased, I asked her if I could exchange due to some of the items were my daughter's and I was not sure they would fit her. She said yes as long as I exchanged from the same area. I left, brought them home and looked at the receipt, and it was not itemized. I tried to figure out the tax but it did not add up to 159.01. My daughter tried on the clothes and some did not fit so I returned today to exchange them. I picked out the items to exchange. I said by the way can I get an itemised receipt for yesterday? She said no and that she did not have time to do it. I said it would not take to long, we can itemise and figure out the tax. She was getting belligerent, and said I don't have time for this! I said it would only take 5 minutes, and she said I want you leave this store now! I think now I was ripped off, and all I want an itemised receipt. my purchase was 41.00, 41.00, 39.00, 50% off for 12.47 and 40% off for 13.17 as it will state on the register. I believe this is not good customer service and this is not right. I told her that I wanted to speak to a manager because this was unbelievable to me, she said she was the manager and my sister is the owner. I believe this is very bad customer service, and I feel violated.
