Worst service I've ever received. I was the only person in the store browsing for something to buy. I walked in, browsed the entire store, stopped by the item I wanted, and waited for someone to help me. I was never greeted when walking inside. After a couple of minutes of waiting, two ladies walk in the door and two sales associates rush to them to greet them and ask them how they are doing and how they can help them. I had to literally shout out "can someone please come and help me?" So nasty, so rude. Those ladies should do better. read more

I came to pick up my Necklace today and noticed the sign next to the door that said you are at full capacity so I stood outside. About 3mins later a woman walked into the store (while I was clearly standing next to the sign, making a total of 5) so I followed and an employee told me they are at capacity and can only have 6 customers at a time and asked that I step back outside. I did as I was told. A couple minutes later another woman walked into the store (making it 6 total inside the store) and no one told her to step outside. About 7-10mins later a customer leaves the store (making it 5) and I walk in to be helped. If you are going to keep this sign outside your store, it would be smart to have someone keeping track how many people are actually in the store. I don't want to bring the racial card into this but I am Asian and all the customers were white. I'm sure the staff was not trying to make it seem like it was about race, but when two people ENTER after I was asked to WAIT OUTSIDE, and they're not treated in the same manner, it's either extremely unprofessional and rude or racist.. either way, I'm not sure I'll ever be back read more

I volunteer for a nonprofit called the Oklahoma hemophilia Foundation. A few years ago I found out about Kendra gives back. You can partner with a local Kendra Scott store and 20% of your people that come in and buy things comes back to you. Last year we made over $900 and this year we made over 800. Whitney was so great organizing the event and all of the ladies in the store were so patient and wonderful. It was a madhouse! But a fun madhouse. They had champagne and Christmas sweets for my guests and were never too busy to help them. it was my birthday month so I got to pick out a half price item. I think that is just so neat. I got a beautiful silver filigree bracelet as a gift for my aunt. I will go here again and again. They have gorgeous story at affordable prices. How I adore all things Kendra Scott! I first became a fan back in 2010 when there was just one boutique in Austin. I would drive there from Houston because I loved the aesthetic of the jewelry. Flash forward to now and I am over the moon that the company has grown so much and opened a store within walking distance of my house. God is so good, right? The store and its staff are both wonderful. Kelsey, the store manager, might be the sweetest person on this planet. No concern is too small for her. I had a private Color Bar party one Friday night when two of my dearest friends from out-of-town were in for a visit, and the KS girls working were lovely. They were not pushy but very helpful in offering suggestions and letting us take our time when making our pieces. We each walked out of there with a pair of earrings and maybe a ring or two. It was such a fun night! Love this addition to Utica Square and seeing more KS around town! It makes this Texas girl's heart quite happy. read more

Kendra Scott has such great jewelry, very pretty and always quality. The store at Utica is very small, but the staff is great! They always remember me ( I know...back to my obsession). In fact, I told them my name after I got married and the girl said "I thought your name was..."....very customer service driven! During one sale, I found some earrings online. They did not have them in store in Tulsa, but the kind saleswomen called another store and got me the earrings. So great! Today I visited the Kendra Scott store at Utica Square for the first time. I was prepared for a line, however I was looking forward to my shopping executive. It was very difficult to shop as the line to the resister blocked one entire wall. Those customers wouldn't move for fear of losing their place line. I made my selections and then I got in the check out line. By the time I reached the check out counter. I had spent 45 minutes standing in lines. At the check out counter, I realized I didn't have my wallet. The associate told me the merchandise would be held until I return. I offered to call back with a credit card number. I was informed that I would have to come back and wait in line again, potentially another 45 minutes or more to pay for the items. My time like everyone elses is valuable especially this time of year. Needless to say, I didn't go back to Kendra Scott store. The Perfect Touch and Vincent Anthony Jewlers received my business. I had a great experience at these locally owned stores. I fully understand that the loss of my $250 sale will not hurt Kendra Scott. However, I have lost count of how many people I have about this shopping experience. My recommendation, if you must have Kendra Scott go online or plan ahead and shop in the summer. read more

Love Kendra Scott. Love the designs and fun new things they are continuing to release. I also love their community involvement. They have great customer service, i have had a couple things break and if they can't fix it, they have just given me a new one, which is so nice! Only downside is they dont accept returns for a refund, only for store credit, just a heads up! read more

Had a super annoying experience here today. I was shopping with my mom at this store for the first time, and was thoroughly disappointed by the experience. Right when you walk in, you're approached by a hoard of sales girls who hover behind you as you browse and interject with info about the merchandise. Fine - I get it. It's a store and they want to make a sale. My mom picked out a necklace, and a sales girl went into the back to get us one in a package. When she returned, she put it behind the counter, said someone would ring us up, and went back into the back of the store. We then waited and waited, and no one came to check us out. There were two employees standing behind the counter (one was checking out another customer, one was very occupied doing something else but I couldn't tell you what), and 5-6 employees around the rest of the store. After waiting some more, my mom was ready to leave without making a purchase. I went up to the front to two sales women chatting with each other and asked if one of them could please check us out - one looked at the other and said "oh yeah I guess I can do it." Are sales floor employees not supposed to work the register? If so, who is?? She then started to ring us up on an iPhone (isn't the point of having a mobile register that all employees can use it anywhere in the store??), which took quite a bit more time (she couldn't get the iPhone to read the card). It was such an unnecessarily stressful process, and I know I won't be shopping there again. All of the employees were perfectly nice, it was just so irritating to stand at the register and wait while 5 women walked around and chatted. read more

First off, I totally did not know there was a Kendra Scott store here in Tulsa! I'm so happy we have one now! Second off, I am so pleased with the customer service that I received here. I really wish I could give more than 5 stars! I came in last minute, looking for the Calvin ring in Drusy Black in a size 8. The young lady who helped me (I wish I could remember her name!) was so incredibly helpful. Long story short, they did not have the ring in stock (in the Tulsa store) but she called around to other Kendra Scott stores in the US and found me the ring- in my size! She put me on the phone with the other lady at the Kendra Scott store (in Arizona, I believe) and I ordered my ring over the phone. All of the store associates were so incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. They were very experienced and knew, hands down, what they were talking about. I will absolutely, one-hundred percent, be back to this store. Thank you again, so much, for all of your help and kindness. PLEASE give these fantastic ladies a raise! read more
