I rarely buy anything for myself but the sales staff, from the Mgr to the jeweler wanted to help me. NOT sell me but help me and I really appreciated their patience. I wasn't sure what I was looking for so we looked at almost everything in the store. What a blessing to find a great jeweler here in Tulsa. Brandon, Nate, Faith and Kindel do a great job meeting your needs. My wife went in to have one band made for her wedding ring. Kindel followed up with her until she came into the store. When she entered everyone was very accommodating. Kindel was busy so Brandon helped out. He explained step by step on what the process would be and how much it would cost. They even made a video of what the ring would look like. So after two weeks the ring was ready...leading up to it they called weekly to keep us updated. The band looked so great she went ahead an ordered a second band shortly after... They were also able to expand my gold wedding ring. Due to an injury to my hand I haven't been able to wear my ring for the last 15 years. Nate measured up my injured finger and suggested a band size that would fit perfectly. Picked up the ring last week and it does fit nicely. Everyone there is very helpful. We will be back! read more

I am so glad this jewelry store has opened up in south tulsa. I was treated poorly at Israel, so I decided to try J David. I am glad I did. From the very beginning the entire staff has REMEMBERED MY NAME. They acknowledge my two toddlers and never make me feel unwelcome because I have little ones with me. They make small talk with my little ones while I can browse/concentrate. They have water / coffee / candy and my personal favorite: beer. While you shop! Talk about taking the edge off while you're looking to spend a little on yourself. I have looked at wedding bands and been SO SO pleasently surprised by the prices for the product. I have been in the store MULTIPLE times and each time is the same as before. Once, the owner even visited with my husband and I for our entire visit. You would have never known he was the owner except that I happened to ask. He said we should pick what is beautiful in our own eyes and ignore what is on paper. I liked that. I have inhereted loads of costume jewelry from my grandmother and they WERE HAPPY to help me sort through the emotional and literal mess. Just got home with my beautiful new custom ring from J David and couldn't wait to sit down and write a review! My experience was everything I was NOT expecting from a jewelry store. Bree and Nate were genuinely friendly, with no pressure as they listened to exactly what I wanted...plus, they worked with my budget to design the perfect ring. I chose what I liked from 4-5 different settings and they crafted a beautiful custom setting combining all my favorite features. Then, they printed a 3D version of the ring for my final approval -- wow! I had never considered designing a custom ring for fear it would be too expensive.
