While Bruce G Weber has been sold to a nationally recognized brand (you wouldn't know they own the stores they do.. but they aren't the typical "mall jewelers" people think of). They have allowed BGW to expand their offerings to the public which is fantastic, and for the review posted below about them having shoddy jewelry or wanting to sell it as they are doing "soo poorly" you have zero clue what you're talking about. As they are currently building out a larger/new store in a brand new development on Cherry Street (not because they can't afford Utica Square, but bec the bank they are attached to wanted/needed more space). Plus they are AD's (Authorized Dealers) for everyone from Rolex & Yurman, to brands BGW hasn't ever had or hasn't had in decades like Cartier, Corum, Audemars Piguet etc. they are good people and if I needed a piece they are 100% the first place I would go every single time. Also... as a word of advice for the person paying $400 for a battery change... that's just stupid, I get batteries changed by assorted watch shops for $15-$20 & gaskets don't need to be changed unless it's been more than 5 years.. read more

I recently visited the Rolex boutique in Chicago, and can unequivocally say that Diamond Cellar's showroom bested it in every metric: aesthetics, lighting, number of models displayed, and the staff's willingness to greet patrons (I wasn't shopping, just cruising through). Over the past year or so we've been dealing with Erin B. up there, and she goes above and beyond for her customers. I got my engagement ring as well as our wedding bands through her and we couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Wonderful personal attention! Had my diamond reset into a new band. They had so many options to choose from. Donna was so helpful picking out what looked best with my diamond and what my personal taste was. Then she helped us with my original band. We ended up putting a beautiful sapphire in it. Donna spent the time to search for the size, shape and color of sapphire we desired and found the perfect stone. Donna was so helpful and attentive.
