I had to bring my young kids in with me (ages 5 and 8) and honestly was dreading that prospect. I told the kids to keep their hands behind their backs, entered the store and passed off my watch to get it serviced. We began looking at the "pretty rings" and a lovely lady came out from the back room and asked the kids what their birth stone was. I expected her to point at an item that had their stones on them. No, sir. One by one, she handed my 5 and 7 year old $3,000-$5,000+ pieces of jewelry so they could see their stones and their mom's. She continued to show them opals and turquoise. Anything that they wanted to see, she showed them. She treated my kids better that other jewelry stores have treated me when I was shopping for my wife's engagement ring and wedding band. I was there for a watch battery; maybe a $20 purchase on the high end (they didn't even charge me because their computer was allegedly down) and we were treated like the governor. Their customer service is second to none. I don't often buy jewelry but I will definitely come back the next time that I am looking for an anniversary or birthday gift.
