I went into kohls ON RIVERSIDE and kindly asked for help. the female I asked was pleasant and asked me to follow her to a register. I explained my situation and she said there is absolutely nothing she can do to help me. that's fine. I understand. I can't do every procedure in the book at my job either. Sometimes I need assistance. I asked her if she was a manager and if not, if she could get one for me. She radioed for one. A person named Shawna came up front. I explained the problem I was having and she also told me there's absolutely nothing they can do to help me. I explained to her that I was in earlier and a sales associate instructed me to go home and get a screenshot off the device I was using when my problem started and if I bring it back the store will price match their online price. so I left and drove home and drove back to Kohl's and now being told that there is absolutely nothing they can do. She said I have to have a "sku" in order for her to help me even though I had a screenshot of an item with a full description AND picture from their website at kohls.com. She would not look at it. She just instantly shut me down and said she cannot help me. When I asked her who could... she told me that I can take my little attitude and go out the door and pointed at it. She instigated an argument with me by telling me that she would not be "yelled at or talked to like this"... Keep in mind I was using the exact same tone and the exact same level that she was using. She chose to be extremely flippant and dismissive. when I asked her for a way to file a complaint, she laughed in a condescending way, and then she ripped a piece of paper off of a register and wrote down a phone number. She tossed it on the counter and walked away. I called the number three times each time it told me that it was not a working number. I brought this to her attention and she told me that I needed to "dial it correctly". I told her to dial it. So she spent the next 10 minutes on the phone calling different numbers, looking up different numbers, writing down different numbers, and then comes back to me and says in a condescending tone, "all you had to do was hold and the recording told you the proper number to call as it has changed". I asked for her supervisor's name and she told me he would be in tomorrow and that she couldn't care less if I reported her or not. The female that I approached in the beginning, who started out being kind to me... Quickly turned into Shawnas cheerleader. As I was walking away, I heard her say "WOW" really loud. This store employee AND Shawna the MANAGER refused to assist me. Shawna refused to even look at the screenshot of the item that I had saved so that I could purchase it. Shawna told me there is "no way for her to look for an item in her store without a SKU number". Shawna held up her phone and clicked her fingernail on the screen and said "do you see this little box... It says SKU.... That's what I have to have In order to look up anything.". I've managed retail for years. I know that's a lie. I asked her at one point what it was about me that made her so quick to judge so determined not to assist me. she didn't answer that question. Shawna, I just want you to know... I will be filing a formal complaint. I just wanted to put something down in a review so that anyone that goes into your store will understand... Don't ask Shawna for customer service... She's not having it. I've never had. Someone in a store so many times in such a short amount of time over and over THREATEN ME and POINT at the front door... when I was doing absolutely nothing other than asking for help. How dare a store manager yell in the presence of other customers that I can go out the door point at it and continue to threaten me that I needed to leave when I'm simply asking for help. I asked if they had cameras, but no one responded. I pulled out my phone halfway through and recorded the last half. when I asked Shauna for her manager's name, she told me she couldn't care less if I called them because they won't do anything about it. This is the khols I always shop. I tried it the other khols on E Market. The selection there isn't as good. Yes Riversides Khols is in constant remodeling of clothing and other items. Kohl's - Department Stores Near Me - TULSA, Oklahoma

My review isn't really about this specific store but of Kohls company in general. I have had issues logging into their website to check balance and to pay bill. So i have to call customer service everytime and pay over the phone. When I finally call to fix the issues they tell me that my only option to fix the issue is to delete my charge account then i can reapply for an account in 5 business days. My account is not delinquent and i have over $800 in available credit that i could go use right now with no issue. So why is the only solution to delete the whole account and reapply??? I've never heard of a store say something like that. I think this company is on its last leg. When i asked if the had any department that specially delt with technical issues they said no. Again so crazy. They are probably right behind Sears and JCPenney and will be obsolete in the very near future. read more

Huge selection of cloths, most for women, but children's and men's do have a good choice. There is always have a huge selection of clearance items in a wide variety of sizes. They have good sales and have discount coupons. Sonoma and Chaps brands have cute cloths, but don't hold up in the dryer. Apartment 9, Croft and Barrow, Lee, Gloria Vanderbilt, Levi, Nike and Tek Gear all hold up well. There is a housewares, shoes, jewlery section, but I don't look there much. They can have good prices on Fiesta. My favorite clothing store and if you shop carefully, can really get a lot of merchandise cheap. There aren't many employees to help you, except at the checkout. One of my all-time favorite stores to shop for clothes. They always send you coupons for discounts and special pricing throughout the year. Where else can you buy quality name brand clothing for such good prices. Their clearance racks are always something to look out for; good bargains. The store is always clean, they always have multiple sizes in almost everything & never once have I had a rude interaction with any of the employees. Never. Sometimes they will even apply an extra discount for you at the checkout counter, which had happened for me. Exchanges are always simple and easy as well. Never a hassle for me. read more

Today, I went to Kohl's. The experience was less fun than it should have been. Let me repeat -- The experience was worse than any other department store outing, which is already less enjoyable than trying to pass a pine cone through ones digestive tract. I entered, believing a certain garment to be in the activewear department. I was unable to locate said garment in the hellish clothes-circus they call a store. I relocated to the underwear department. Imagine, if you will, a department designed solely for the sale of used underpants. That is how it smelled. Still, I was not able to locate the brand of shirt I needed. I flagged a worker. At least, I think it was a worker. She was wearing a walkie-talkie, but she also had a half-smoked cigarette tucked behind her ear. "Dem shirts be up in the, uh uh, activewear department, yo." She informed me. She led me back to the twisted hellscape of activewear, informed me that they "sell Adidas, Reebok, and Tek Gear." Then, she vanished. Possibly, to finish her cigarette. I found my garment. $14 each. It's a steal. $14 for a t-shirt. "You masters of commerce! You fooled another sucker!" I shook my fist at the fluorescent lighting. Once I found my way out of there, I danced to the register. I was happy, because I was finally leaving. Only one thing in the way -- a middle-aged woman with coupons. Drat! I thought I'd never make it out alive... read more

This Kohl's store is one of the best stores in Tulsa. They have an outstanding customer service department that will take back anything you've purchased including online orders. You can always find what you are looking for at Kohl's. read more

This is the 2nd and last time I will be disgusted with this store! The manager, Paxton, is the worst manager I have dealt with in charge of a retail store. He is condescending, smug and should not be in the customer service field. My family and I will never be back there. If you go, plan to be ripped off and treated like a price of garbage. This is my favorite Kohl's store. Their selection is fantastic and they willingly contact other stores to see if they have any item that I need in another color or size! You can't beat their longtime employees. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about everything the store carries and their policies. The coupons, sales, and Kohl's cash just keep coming and coming. I've heard some Kohl's stores might be closing. It would be a shame for this store to close, because it would be a big loss to the community it serves. Customer service employees are patient and pleasant. It's a breeze to make a return; however if you don't have your receipt the return credit is often lower than what you paid. They have all Kohl's charge purchases on file, but I advise you to keep your receipts. read more

I shop here frequently, but I usually regret coming in to this store. It's a complete mess - clothes all mixed up, so sometimes you'll pick up something that's on a rack with a sale sign, only to get it to the checkout and find out it's not on sale. Clearance racks are not organized in any way, so you just have to dig through and try to find something in your size...this wouldn't be so bad, except that MANY MANY times when I find something in my size that looks nice, it either doesn't have a tag at all, or it has a tag but is not marked clearance. Again, things are just put on racks at random it seems and never cleaned up. Then, once you find the things you want to purchase, you have to go through the ordeal of checking out. If you can find an open register (and that's a big IF - I was there recently at 8pm and they had closed all the registers, even though they don't close until 10pm), just pray that the people in front of you don't want to apply for a Kohl's charge card. The cashiers push them on everybody (I've been asked 3 times in the same transaction if I wanted to apply for it) and if you say yes, get ready for a 20 minute application process. This ties up the entire checkout line and leaves everyone behind them scrambling to find another open register. Overall, it just seems like more trouble than it's worth to shop here. read more
