This is the saddest little Saks I have ever seen. I was really excited to stop here as we passed through as I love Saks. I understand they are going through financial turmoil at the moment, and maybe this store is a reflection of it at the moment. I hope it hasn't always been this way, and I also hope it gets the lipstick it needs. The store was dated, the selections were minimal, and a lot of the floor just sat empty or cordoned off. They didn't have any back stock and the sizes and inventory on the floor were very limited. The positive I found was the fragrance department. The had some great selections and the staff were all very nice. read more

I was here a few months ago and it was amazing. Went back last week and they are going out of business. I am heart hurt.

All of the sales people have been delightfully pleasant. My wife and I really like to shop at Saks in Utica Square. Someone in another review said that it was a small store, but it's not going to be as big as the large city stores. Also, we heard that Saks in Utica Square is closing and we are saddened about that. read more

It's hard to give a review maybe the staff are still in a state of shock. Must staff either didn't speak Or tried watching customer as they looked for selections , closely was a business decision I hope they bring top tier items to Utica square other then thst the thrill is " Gone" read more

While it is very nice to have a Saks Fifth Avenue in Oklahoma, I often forget about this Saks because it is so small. This location just seems bare. Associates are hit and miss here in the departments. Some will look at you with a happy smile and greet you others will give you the up and down nod like the famous scene from the movie "Pretty Woman". I really wish I enjoyed this spot more but due to the tiny size and limited options they have here its just hard to give it a higher rating. read more

I love having a Saks in Tulsa, being from out West. It's small in comparison, but still, it's Saks! What I don't like is the male sales floor person who is ALWAYS on his phone, EVERY TIME HE AND I ARE THERE AT THE SAME TIME! I reported him to corporate a year ago, but he hasn't changed a bit. read more

Wow wow wow. They really don't want business. Their sales associates go to great lengths to make sure one is uncomfortable. We practically ran out of here. They made my niece cry. Wow. read more

I want to give a 5 star review but I just can't. I showed up at Saks today with gift cards in hand ready to buy the shoes I've had my eyes on for months: Corkswoon wedges by Stuart Weitzman. I first checked online to make sure they were available in store (the Internet told me this was the case) and then sauntered into the shoe salon asking to try them on. The saleswoman, whom I'm sure is lovely, told me no, I was not correct, they did not have those shoes. I told her that I, in fact, looked this up before I arrived at which point she told me I must have looked up a different store (considering the website makes you type in a zip code, I'm pretty sure I wasn't the incompetent technology fool she made me out to be). There was no checking in the stockroom, no asking if I wanted to try on something similar, just "We don't have those, sorry." and walked away. So I bought myself a pair of jeans instead. Not the ones I wanted though. Those weren't in stock either. I have to say, the selection of items to choose from is rather limited here. I'll save myself the hassle and order online from now on. I mean, first world white girl problem at its finest, right? Maybe. Probably. I only shop here once a year. Rich girl I am not. read more

I lived in Tulsa for two years after living the the Bay Area for most of my life and Utica Square was the only thing there that reminded me of San Jose. Upscale. Fancy. Exclusive. That would be the description I would give it and the jewel of Utica is Saks Fifth Avenue. I personally loved driving over here to walk around and eye shop. It brought me back to home. Plus, this staff is Oklahoma nice. If you don't know what that means, it can only be described as sugarysweet. No place in the world has nicer people than Oklahoma, they would give you the shirts off of their backs if you needed it. I loved them, at least more than the city. And Saks has the best of the best. If you are in Tulsa, go here, walk around, peruse the merchandise and take advantage of the luxury. It's like being in heaven. read more

High quality very expensive merchandise. For those who have lots of disposable income, or don't want to be around poor people, this is the place to go. I have purchased a few things here, but worry about them getting spoiled and am afraid to use them. Lots of parking south of the store. read more

Love Saks. Hate showering before I go shopping. Hello saks.com.

I love shopping Off 5th when I'm traveling, it's more in my price range, but I do get my Kiehls at Saks in my current home town of Tulsa. I always enjoy entering Saks because the staff is very attentive, every one of them. I had a little extra time during my last visit to Saks and I did a little "window shopping" upstairs in the wear department. I was promptly greeted by a new sales associate named Joshua Miller Morrison. I let him know that I was just looking, but Joshua stuck with me. He asked me a few questions regarding my interests and style and showed me some items that were in my budget. I did not leave with a purchase, but I did leave with the intent to come back to the wear department to secure my next "must-have" purchase. read more

I've recently moved from OK to Texas, and miss this Saks quite a bit. It is a reasonable size, lots of great designers, and very friendly salespeople. As an example, I once bought some clothes that went on sale the next week. The salesperson credited my account for the difference, and mailed me the new reciept. Only in Oklahoma, I suppose, but only at this Saks for sure. It is pricey, but you can find some great bargains. read more

I'm torn here. I love Saks but this location has such a narrow selection. I I recently rushed in a few minutes before closing to grab a giftcard and apologized to the staff members who helped me. Everyone was very happy to help me even though it was closing time and the girl who rang me up told me I should hangout longer and look around rather than rushing me out. Just that simple offer made me feel very welcomed. read more

An excellent department store to go gift shopping for women's perfume. The beauty department is sizable for women and moderate for men. Men's grooming section is great for finding high-end shaving and facial brands like Kiehl's and The Art of Shaving. Always will go out of my way to visit and browse this store when traveling home to Coffeyville and shopping/dining in Tulsa. read more

I've never purchased designer jeans in tulsa until i did at saks. First of all it's the most "reasonably" priced compared to the boutiques around tulsa. It is close to where i live, and everyone is quite friendly there. The only gripe i have about going to sak's is that it is located in utica square which is a little too upscale for my taste but does have a few stores that you can't find anywhere else. Not to mention they had a great sale on Lacoste shrits which made great gifts for my brother. read more

Staff is always friendly and helpful but not constantly in your face. The Kiehl's counter is understaffed and I usually have to wait for someone to notice me or go find someone to help me buy something - but that's just in the make-up department. read more

The clothes at Saks look good. I buy pants, shirts, shorts, and jackets here. It is not the cheapest clothing store in town but the quality is good. read more

My daughter-in-law is a frequent Saks shopper and usually speaks up when a wrong needs to be righted. However, yesterday she was rudely cut off by an employee in the formal wear department and the exchange had her near tears. She is a plus size, found a dress she wanted to try on and asked an employee to set up a dressing room for her. The employee pointed to the dressing area and informed her "the dressing rooms are over there." Then, she asked my DIL, "What exactly are you looking for?" My DIL held the dress up and said, "This is exactly what I'm looking for." The clerk told my DIL, "Well, I can tell you that we sell out of the small sizes and the very large sizes very quickly so it's doubtful that we will have anything for you." The clerk offered no assistance beyond that. My DIL put the dress back without trying it on and left, very shaken. Since when does any size woman need a clerk to be rude? read more

Great costumer service (when they think your going to buy). Love purchasing my David Yurman's here, the guy who works the counter is so nice and helpful! read more

the staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. the only downfall is the selection of menswear. compared to any other saks fifth avenue location I've visited, the men have a whole floor -- sometimes two. the brands in these other locations have dior, givenchy, saint laurent, tom ford, kenzo, comme des garçons, etc. this location basically only has burberry, michael kors, and diesel with a selection of suits. so that being said, I'll stick to traveling to bigger cities to shop for the brands I want. read more
