What's funny is a day or so before the visit, I was telling myself how I wanted more buttoned short sleeved shirts & I found two at great prices. Both shirts were $10 a piece & there were other pieces I went back & forth on that averaged around $8-15. I look forward to coming back more often because I enjoyed a lot of selections that weren't in my size, which made me on the hunt for more of the inventory whenever it's updated. Shelby, the owner, was super nice. She was also telling us about a special they were having with certain discounts on jackets & sweaters. She had asked me if I wanted my receipt in the bag. Before I purchased, I asked her if I could exchange due to some of the items were my daughter's and I was not sure they would fit her. She said yes as long as I exchanged from the same area. I left, brought them home and looked at the receipt, and it was not itemized. I tried to figure out the tax but it did not add up to 159.01. My daughter tried on the clothes and some did not fit so I returned today to exchange them. I picked out the items to exchange. I said by the way can I get an itemised receipt for yesterday? She said no and that she did not have time to do it. I said it would not take to long, we can itemise and figure out the tax. She was getting belligerent, and said I don't have time for this! I said it would only take 5 minutes, and she said I want you leave this store now! I think now I was ripped off, and all I want an itemised receipt. my purchase was 41.00, 41.00, 39.00, 50% off for 12.47 and 40% off for 13.17 as it will state on the register. I believe this is not good customer service and this is not right. I told her that I wanted to speak to a manager because this was unbelievable to me, she said she was the manager and my sister is the owner. I believe this is very bad customer service, and I feel violated.
