Great little grocery store. Local, good selection, and the staff is always friendly. Great fried chicken in the deli too!

This place has been going downhill quick, mostly due to it's "associates". This location is packed…read morewith self checkout machines. It also has two "normal" checkout lines. I prefer normal cashier driven checkout, because I do not want any issues with, "you didn't scam this"; or security. Make prices lower if you want me to be your cashier. You can't have it both ways. The normal cashier checkout line is not normally manned. There is a sign saying the line is Open, and to unload your purchases; someone will be out to assist you shortly. I unloaded my cart, and watched 6 "associates" wander past the register without saying a word over a 10 minute period. The young lady who finally came out of the office to ring me up had actually walked by me at the register twice. She was surly and mumbled/talked to herself the whole time. She ignored my greeting when she arrived and while she checked me out, her demeanor and body language let me know I was imposing upon her somehow. Add that to floors that have fresh/wet stains from dropped produce/food. Poorly stacked/stocked shelves and it becomes apparent that there is a lack of ownership or pride in this location. Sorry to see this.

I always love to get my meat from here, a lot of frozen food, and snacks and cheeses. This has saved my bank. Stop in and enjoy your experience.

This adventure takes us to Homeland on S.York after my husband got off work last night. This is…read morewhat I consider the forgotten Homeland. I am glad my husband thought to go to it last night though. It was one of the most quite and calm grocery stores we have been to in a very long time. On our way in, we saw a red wasp trying to walk in, lol(it looked like he had a hard day). But we were there to see what this location was like, since we had not been in it, and to check out the pricing. Like I said before, I am glad he thought to go in. We really enjoyed the calmness. We did not feel like we were being rushed through, like at some other grocers, we have gone to. The cashier we had at checkout was very nice, she made our experience in checkout very smooth. It made for a great experience overall. We did manage to pick up a little dinner selection yesterday evening on our trip(After running an errand, we came home and had a couple pulled pork sandwiches from the deli that we picked up,after adding some extra sauce and a little reheat, they were just yummy. They were part of the fresh made daily selection they had).We will definitely be back, for this hidden gem in our very own town.

Overall the store is nice and in no way feels old or outdated. I have grocery shopped here several…read moretimes. Unfortunately, they don't always have the items I'm shopping for. I do believe it could be a supply issue due to the economy trying to catch back up. The items here are also a little overpriced compared to other stores like Reasor's and Walmart. One thing I do want to point out is that Homeland has really good sushi. Their sushi is made daily every morning and is always really good. That's impressive because many places have no idea how to make good sushi.

I was visiting for a few days and stopped into this grocery store. I am not from Tulsa, but no…read morecustomer--local or visiting--should ever be treated this way. People deserve better. December 31, around 9:30-9:35 p.m., I visited Reasor's at 2429 E. 15th St., Tulsa, OK 74104, and had one of the most upsetting and unprofessional retail experiences I have ever encountered. I went directly to the checkout counter, paid for my item, and completed my purchase like any other customer. Shortly after, I realized there was a transaction issue and calmly requested a refund so the transaction could be corrected. What should have been a routine customer-service matter quickly escalated into something completely inappropriate. Instead of assisting me, I was accused of stealing, without any verification or investigation. No one checked my receipt. No one reviewed the register. No attempt was made to confirm whether I had, in fact, paid for the item. The accusation came from the security guard, but what was most concerning was the lack of leadership that followed. The manager failed to step in, failed to question the accusation, and failed to independently review the facts. Management allowed a serious claim to stand without evidence and did nothing to de-escalate the situation or protect a paying customer. This was not only unprofessional--it was humiliating. As a business owner myself, I understand that mistakes happen, but accusing a customer of theft without proof is never acceptable. Customer service should be based on facts, fairness, and respect. None of those standards was upheld during this interaction. The entire experience was degrading, unnecessary, and avoidable. I left feeling disrespected and wrongfully treated. I will not return to this location and cannot recommend it to others unless Reasor's makes great improvements in staff training, management accountability, and how customer disputes are handled. And I hadn't received an apology from the Manager. Hopefully, this gets his attention.

I hate writing bad reviews. . . Reading my review from 2023…read morewould make me feel bad but 1) there were so many other 1* reviews and 2) my review was completely accurate & remembering that experience made me angry all over again. So to my visit a few days ago: I was majorly impressed. This store, even the PARKING LOT, has been completely renovated. Beautiful wide plank flooring. So many products. Everything on my shopping list was readily available. I don't think diapers, for instance, should be in the middle of "food". 4* for the product placement. Aisles seem nonsensical. To address comments from others in their reviews, regarding the *current* atmosphere. . . .yes, Walmart is often cheaper. And being the HUGE company they are, they have access to a nonstop variety of resources, so sometimes they'll have products more available. But in acquiring those lower prices, consider the possibility of lower quality (produce). Personnel is something business have to deal with. Managers need to keep in mind you can always go elsewhere. And, Ryan (see his review), who was abused by an employee this year! should have gone straight to the manager. The complaints on prices/coupons/ads, etc. It's maddening, and appears to be structured against the consumer. LOL. My recommendation is have a plan and know the rules. Sorry, it may be a little time consuming but it gets easier through repetition. And know (this reality makes utterly no sense to me) the "sales" vary from store to store. This was pointed out to me at the 15th St store a few years back. I was looking for a particular awesome sale item, like 10 limes for $1. A manager came to the disagreement, looked at the ad, and said, "That's only at the store out on 21st". Who knew? That's why you have to choose *your* store online. (If this has changed, I'm unaware). Another tip: shop as soon as possible when ads change, I thought. They run out of product FAST. Hubby took our shopping list on a Wednesday when ads are new. He got absolutely nothing that was advertised. They told him a shipment would be in the next day. I went on Friday and got it all. So I say shop early and still feel validity in that. Hope my experience helps somewhat.
