This Reasor's is SO nice! It's a huge location with a Starbucks inside! I stopped by for some Super Bowl ingredients, and if you have a rewards account, you definitely save money. The selection is so vast too. My favorite section is the front where all of the cheeses and pre made items are. Staff in the deli were very friendly too. The bakery is also fantastic for your local grocery store bakery. It's beautiful inside too with very unique signage. I do think it's a bit pricey compared to other grocery stores. Even tho the store is well stocked, well staffed, freight not cluttering the floor, they could have thought out the bathrooms a little better. The women's I assume is ok, but when you enter the men's bathroom, at the end is a janitorial type closet. When you're standing at the urinal using it, you can see staff going into the closet plain as day. The new Reasor's off Aspen in Broken Arrow is amazing! Got the double bomb burger & fries. One of the best burgers I've ever had. Fries were basic but for $2, hard to complain. They also have an outdoor area to sit, kids playground, live music, etc... lots of fans to keep it comfortable even on the hottest days. My kiddo had a blast on the playground. This racer location is very nice. It is big and spacious and has an area for the kids to play however, when will management understand that gluten-free and dairy free options are important and are in a greater demand. The staff at the store is rude. Needs work with their social skills and helping customers find what they need we checked out and the clerk never looked up was rude and he looked like he hated his job will not shop here again. read more

I'm a Walmart regular, so I'm used to the bare minimum when it comes to grocery shopping. I was truly impressed when I ran into Reasor's yesterday for a few items (Walmart's stock is rough these days). Firstly I was pleased with the floral selection; lots of arrangements, house plants, and seasonal goodies like mums and pumpkins. They also had a decent array of refrigerated beers. My favorite finds were the delicious sushi I happened to come across (on sale on Wednesday;)) and the frozen Chloe oat milk salted caramel bars: if you haven't tried these, go get yourself a box!! I am so ready for the new Reasor's location for south BA so I can finally ditch walmart. read more

I pre-ordered a cookie cake at the bakery, I showed the young gentleman a few designs I was interested in on my phone. I inquired about the price of a 14 in cookie cake, I was quoted $19.49. I came by to pick it up, and it wasnt what I was expecting. But accepted the item (because im in a hurry and dont have anything else) and paid for my items. Once I got home, I realized I was charged $28.49 for the cookie cake. So I called and spoke to Brody at the bakery and asked him why such a large price difference. He asked me if I requested a design, shocked (because I confirmed on Tuesday the detials of my entire order) I said I had requested a video game remote. His response was "we upcharge $9 for any design " I informed him I wasnt happy with the product I got or the suprise upcharge. The employees at this store are so incompetent. I did the curbside checkout for the first time. When I got the email that my order was ready I went to the store. I parked in the space and called the number on the sign. No one would answer the first three times. Finally a woman answered and said to drive under the canopy and it would be right out. After sitting there for 15 minutes I called the number multiple times and no one would answer. Finally I went into the store because I was tired of waiting. The lady at the self checkout said it is really busy and all the curbside employees have gone home. No apologies or anything. She finally got an employee to bring it to my car another 5 minutes later. What if I was disabled and couldn't walk into the store. This kind of defeats the purpose of curbside delivery. read more

I'm a bit disappointed in this location. Normally, this location has really good produce. But lately, things don't seem to be as fresh. Today, I purchased cucumbers. When I got home, they were brown and soggy inside so I had to toss them. I also noticed that all the produce was really wet. I'm not sure what's going on with that, but it's making the produce really soggy. While in store, I wanted some romaine lettuce but all of the bags were expired yet still on the shelf. They expired in May, so it's not like it's within a day or so. Even the sushi had a Best By date of today. That's cutting it a bit close for me. I'm pregnant and don't want to take a chance eating old, out of date food. I don't think I will be purchasing any of the "fresh" products for awhile. I'll stick to Sprouts for that. read more

I like Reasor's because they have hard to find products, but sometimes the regular products become hard to find in this store. Every Reasor's is set up different, and some locations have freezers on both sides of the store, so you could be wandering around for 10 minutes trying to find one item. If you are lost, and see a worker, please ask for help...don't try to find stuff yourself because it probably won't happen. I was very impressed with the bakery at this location a few months ago. I was searching for a specific type of cake on a Saturday evening about 8:30pm - my Dad was coming up from Texas and wanted a cake for his girlfriend's birthday from Merritt's, but they were closed for the night and closed the next day. He had decided on this cake after Merritt's had closed. Thankfully the bakery staff at Reasor's came to the rescue and even though they were out of this specific cake, they offered to make a fresh one the next morning and have it ready for pick up decently early. Great customer service, and the cake was delicious! They have a good selection of produce, and a huge dairy section. And self check out is a breeze if you can follow screen/voice prompts. =) Just don't use one if you have a lot of coupons. read more

New to Oklahoma, shopping at this Broken Arrow location. I casually shopped the deals, the bakery, the butcher. They had a sale on Italian whole peeled tomatoes, was on sale plus if you get 5 items (different) you get an extra $5 off( didn't get the deal but still on sale)I went to checkout and was signing up for their club card. The tomatoes rang up $7.59. I ask does that get taken off at total? The girl said yes. It didn't. She called a young male manager with blue eyes and he was really bothered by me asking about the price. I showed him the advertisement and he said, quote " I don't even know what this is!" I said it's canned tomatoes " He said VERY RUDELY, I know was it is! I was shocked, he just said he didn't know! I said WOW 3xs , even looked at the cashier , who looked like a deer in headlights. I said " Did you really just say that to me?" The you name said "what??" Rudely. I let go of my cart , leaving all my groceries and said thank you and walked out. I will be calling Weights and Measures. *To customers-Weights and Measures regulate stores to make sure you are getting the price that is in the shelf, sale or not. I've been waiting to write this review until Reasor's at 71st and Lynn Lane gets his remodel done, but I can't wait! It is SO AWESOME already! If you haven't been by, you need to stop in. They are still working on the outside and a small portion of the insides, but what they have completed is A1. First, the produce department is top notch. Everything you can think of and it's all very fresh. The new salad bar is outstanding. You can create your own salad with all kinds of goodies from kale and spinach to julienne zucchini and grated carrots. In addition to veggies, there is a fruit bar, an olive bar, a cheese bar, as well as freshly prepared sandwiches, salads, and roast chicken (with no seasoning, BBQ, or cracked pepper). That's just one small part of the new look. Next, the selection of healthy products is even better than before, including bulk items. They even have bulk treats for Oreo, my dog! Peanut butter, pumpkin, and more! All kinds of choices at this store. Of course, the meat department has always been one of my favorites. Now, they have added more choices including ready-to-pop-in-the-oven choices for easy fixings. I'm going to add some photos so you can take a peek at the new interior. I've been going to this Reasor's for almost 14 years, since moving to Broken Arrow. I can't rave enough about their meat and produce. Since they render a lot of the meat there, I can get bones that I use for making bone broth. I can't get that at Walmart. And their "That Big Meat Sale" they have bi-annually is wonderful. We can fill up the deep freeze for less! Their produce section is wonderful as well. They have a big selection of fresh fruits and veggies. The produce I've bought in the past at WM is either bruised, or is rotten after just a few days. I really don't have a problem with this at Reasor's. They may be a bit more expensive than WM, but it's worth not having a spoiled fruit/veggie bin right after buying it. read more

The man at the meat counter is very unfriendly. My husband took a package of hamburgers up to him and asked if he could put the California garlic seasoning on them. The guy at the counter was very grumpy and acted like it was the biggest inconvenience for him to do his job. This isn't the only instance that he has not been friendly. I'm legit afraid to go up and ask for anything because he acts like he shouldn't be bothered. I don't think a customer should ever feel afraid to go up and ask for any type of service. read more

So here's the story. We have bought Cakes from Reasors before and we have loved every single one. After today I will never again buy a single item nor walk through those doors again and I can only hope someone understand how upset this has made me. My brother is leaving for Army basic Training this week and tonight we are having a small going away party. I went to Reasors and order a custom cake. It is very simple idea. Any bakery could do it I thought. They asked for me to print out the picture I showed the lady on my phone. So I added the stop to list of errands that day and went to Walgreens across the street to print the picture. First: the lady asked if they could draw it since they did not have the army star listed in the system as one of their print outs. I agreed and said they could do whatever was easiest for them. Second: we discussed how I wanted the green/brown piping on the border and black icing for the FOUR words that needed to be written on the cake. Super easy. No big deal. Enter today. Andrew goes and picks up the cake. Below I provided the picture they requested and the next picture is the cake that we received. Not only is the icing in blue, it is the worst writing I have ever seen on a cake and for two? The best part. The US Army is backwards. No it is not a trick of the picture. The star and its label is backwards. On my brothers cake for his last good bye and send off to the military. Now Reasors, the best part is that you refused to do anything. NOTHING. Not a sorry. Not even offering to fix it, because your excuse? Everyone is leaving in less than 30 minutes and it'll take at least another day to be fixed plus it appeared that you personally saw it as not your problem. So I just want to speak to the baker that did this and the manager that Andrew spoke to and ask why you decided it was okay to create and leave the cake like this. I've never been so upset and disappointed in my life. So I am posting this on Google, on Twitter, On Facebook and on any thing I see under the name Reasors, because this is ridiculous and the worst customer service I personally have received. We ordered a cake for my dad's 60th birthday party and it was a disaster!!! The sloppiest cake I have very gotten or even seen. We were asked to provide a picture, which we did, and it honestly looked like a child had just went crazy. We had specified that we wanted buttercream icing and received a cake covered in the whipped cream topping. It was uneven and overall just a mess. We will not be ordering cakes from Reasor's again and will make sure to tell our family and friends to go elsewhere. read more

I think it's funny how people go to Reasor's for the service when it's actually not good at all. Yesterday was literally the last time I'll ever go. I have never been treated so rudely by a butcher, I asked for enough of a boneless prime rib roast to feed five people, I didn't really care how much it would be, I wanted to serve it for Christmas Eve but he kept asking me if I was sure, that I knew that that was the price per pound, that I knew I wanted that one, etc. I'm a grown woman and I can read and do math. The man next to me buying the more expensive filets didn't get the third degree so why me? I was really upset. And stop asking me if plastic is okay. Not really, I only pay insane Reasor's prices for the service, the rude butcher, the selection, and the fact that they'll put my stuff in paper bags that I can reuse. read more

What a wonderful store! While no store in the surrounding area has it all (buy veggie dogs from Target and low carb pita bread and imitation sugar free honey from Walmart), this is the closest I can find to perfection. It's not a huge place but it's always clean, with many employees staffed to offer help or to ensure the checking lanes move along at a good pace. The aisles are wide enough for two carts to pass and the online shopping and discount petrol card are bonuses. I appreciate the family owned businesses, Reasor's in particular. and, we make a special drive every week or two to support it. read more

Honestly I'm very disappointed with this store. I really liked it at first, but it's just an inconvenient place to shop honestly. I started using their online ordering and it's a mess. Our order was over an hour late today and there were SIX things they didn't have. Six. I can understand one or two but it was so much that I couldn't make dinner this week without those things, so we went to Walmart down the street and they had everything we needed. I'll probably be switching to Walmart after today because even though it's not as "friendly" as Reasor's at least they have what I need. read more

Favorite place to shop!! This Reasor's in particular I absolutely love. The employees are all very friendly, well acquainted with the store and the products available. I had one guy drop everything he was doing to walk me to the product! The product selection is rather diverse for a normal size grocery store, deli meat a lot more fresh than Wal-Mart, also has an increasing organic produce section. They have a bulk produce area, with raw nuts, granola, rice, etc as well as a grinder to make your own peanut and almond butter. Just moved from OKC and have to say that Reasor's is a special surprise for me and my wife. Produce is the freshest ive experienced and the fresh Salmon we bought was the best ive ever purchased in a grocery store. The staff is courteous, attentive, and seem to really care about how well they do their work. You can tell their choices in the products they atock is well thought out and they are managed well from top to bottom. I thought the scoring system they had for nutrition was very informative too. read more

Great regionally owned grocery store! They have good prices, good service, and I love grocery shopping here. In Broken Arrow, this is the only grocery store besides Wal-Mart, and let's face it, grocery shopping at Wal-Mart can be a time consuming drag. Reasor's is always clean and they run good specials on items that I buy regularly. They recently started a Reasor's Rewards program where you get a discount on gas at their gas stations for spending $ on groceries. read more

Could this place get any better?! I mean seriously, I love the environment there and the people. The best part about the store though is the workers. I can get help any where I go in there and everyone is so nice and sincere about it. Especially one guy in particular. This young, handsome, and might I say, very attractive (watch out ladies) flashy cashier in particular, his name is Josh. Josh is so nice and ALWAYS does things right.
