Walmart Supercenter in Milpitas is super convenient! They have a full grocery store section and a bakery. I came here to order a cake, and the prices were really affordable. The bakery is easy to plan ahead for too--you can check out their website to see photos of cakes, cupcakes, flavors, and styles before ordering. The cake was great, and I'll definitely order from the bakery again.

Wow! I was thoroughly impressed! I had to go to the Autocenter section of Walmart, and I found practically all of the common items I would need for basic maintenance of my vehicle! It was very neatly organized with lots of name brands to browse. I was also impressed by ther tire ordering system fully on-line! Check it out.

This Walmart Supercenter is the one I've come to shop at any time I need something at Walmart like auto accessories, apparel, stationary supplies, sporting equipment, groceries, self care products, etc. The parking lot is spacious. The checkout is so easy and quick - either by cashiers or self checkout.

Shoe rack for non slip shoes
Emile T.

Hurriedly, I went to look for non-slip shoes for an affordable price. Walmart has affordable shoes, but their rack was not organized by size and I couldn't find my size. I asked for a style in my size, but an associate could not find it. Would not recommend for finding good looking non-slip shoes in a size 12.5 in a hurry. Would recommend if looking for fugly non-slip shoes in sizes 6-9.

Quality/Quantity - Review based on the return my wife did today. Our Reno Walmart gave my daughter a hard time with a return, so since we were in the South Bay this week, we stopped by and had NO problems at all! Atmosphere - Consistent. Plenty of mall parking. Current departments - Pharmacy, auto care, vision center, wireless services, garden center, photo center, bakery, deli, grocery, liquor, etc. Service - 5 stars for GREAT customer service. Price - Inexpensive. Best prices, I never compare/check prices as they are the low cost leader. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1969, as the world's largest company by revenue (2022), $648+ billion sales (2024); 50+ stores in Nevada and 309+ stores in California (2022). 1962 Walmart Discount City. 1969 Walmart Inc. 1970 Walmart Stores Inc.

No cashiers. It's a mess in there, long lines and long wait times because it's so inefficient.

"Bu-Bu-But our staff will help you!" I replied, "Yeah, that's 5 MORE MINUTES I have to WAIT to shop here. I already have to WAIT 5-10 minutes to buy hard liquor. Why don't you just go back to the days BEFORE supermarkets were a thing - Don't even let customers in the store! This supermarket is located inside the Park Victoria Plaza in Milpitas, California. It seems like this is a Vietamese run and owned supermarket, with a select few staff who also speak Chinese, as well. This is a very older supermarket in a smallish shopping center, but also has plenty of parking spaces. The inside is very old, and could really use a remodel to make it more modern, but for a supermarket, it does the job. The cleanliness isn't quite there compared to a 99 Ranch Market or other chain supermarket, but thus one seems like a single location, non chain. The prices here are pretty reasonable, especially for the fruits, not sure how they are able to compete with other stores and offer fruits are relatively low low prices. Oranges are $0.49 LB! These is the cheapest I've seen, even previously, they've offered them at $0.39 LB too. Again, not sure how they can sell them so cheap! We also really like the Fried Tofu they sell here for $4.99, the only supermarket that sells this kind. It's large sized, fried square tofu puffs. We get this every visit we come here. They sell alot too! The customer service here is really non-existent, meaning there is basically none, unless you speak their language, which is vietnamese. They automatically start talking to you in vietnamese, not much english with the cashiers, although they do understand basic english. Plenty of parking in the lot, so no worries there and they also have plenty of shopping carts for customers to use. However, I wish they would provide some shopping cart corrals for the parking lot, so customers have a place to return it after use. Overall, just a 3 star. Basic supermarket, nothing spectacular.

Not many markets do this or in comparison to multiple markets I've gone to in the Bay Area. Additionally, they also clean and fry your fish for you! Just get a ticket and wait for like less than 15 mins (depending on if there's a long line of customers). This location is pretty decent or a hit-or-miss. May not have everything you're looking for, but for me their fish selection is a must. They also have a decent selection of staple vegetables and fruits like bok choy, bananas and yams. I'm taking one star off for the mislabeling or maybe I did buy the wrong fish (when I took the fish home, I saw a different name marked on the sticker). This isolated incident isn't going to keep me from coming back. And when I do, I'm always headed straight to the fish aisle. Overall, I definitely recommend everyone to check out Lion's Supermarket!

Alright peeps let's see who is on the chopping block todayyyy!!!…read more Alright Smart & Final come on down!!!! Alright let's dive right into this review since this had to be said. Alright so for everyone wanting to know yes they have so much parking spots and yes they do have handicap parking spots available as well. The front of the building is kept neat and away from garbage on the floor so kuddos to you guys for always cleaning up. As we go inside the aisles are labels so you know where to go and stuff to find your item. The place inside was very neat and organized. Not going to lie I've gone to other smart and finals and they don't look anything like this one so I was excited to walk in here and see how organize it was. Well today I was here because I was grabbing some stuff. So the experience was great while shopping found everything I needed and more. The down fall was the cashier experience I had. Not going to lie if I thought that the service at Walmart in Martinez was bad wait till you read what happen to me with this cashier. So i decided to get two boxes of wine since again I had to grab some stuff for an order I was working on. This cashier made my expertise go from wow to dam you really should not be talking to people that way. So I show her the ID of the customer on my phone like we all do when we have an order for liquor and she then decided to rudely say no I need to see yours so I look at my wife and ask her to give her my ID to what she says if your the one buying the liquor it should be your I then looked at her and said yes it is she just has my id. She then looks at my wife and says where's the ID I need an ID my wife gives her my ID then I ask her do you need to scan this "the customers membership number or something in my phone" to what she replied rudely I'll do that when I'm done give me a minute. So I waited till she was done scanning my items to show her the bar codes she then says why did you tell me you had the bar codes I could have scan them in the beginning. Mind you she just had said to wait till she was done. I then had another order with me she then rudely says well how many orders is it to I respond just two. She started grabbing the items mind you I had 3 items that where bigger quantities so I did not put them In the belt due to them being heavy. So when she grab the water I told her I have 8 of them to she rudely said can you wait till I ask you how many you have before you tell me how many you have. With a voice that sounded like she was annoyed of doing her job. I was just trying to help her before she just input one. This kind of service made me not want to shop here for any of my ordered which messed up with my money. As she started to grab the other items that had a big quantity I stayed quiet and waited to tell her the amount she never asked if I had more of that same item so I waited till she was done to tell her to she yelled and said why didn't I tell her sooner about the multiple quantity in that item. It was like dam if I do dam if I don't. Sorry smart and final but people like this should not be working at your company. Us as customers we come to shop at your store righter for self or for others but still we come to shop here. I was not expecting ti get yelled at or belittled by this cashier with a bad attitude. Now for the moment of truth is this place Dendinger approved!!!! Unfortunately NO!!! This place is not Dendinger approved. Believe when I say I have had my bad shares with customer service experience but this really topped it off. This cashier not only made me never want to come back to this store she also made me lose on money due to me not accepting anymore orders from smart and final due to the fear of not being able to shop in another smart and final. I hope someone from that place does see this review and talk to this lady about proper customer service.

Review for H Mart H…read moreMart is one of my favorite Korean grocery stores--ever. I remember when they first opened locations in the Bay Area in places like San Francisco and San Jose, and I would gladly make the trek just to shop there. I've never been disappointed. The stores are always clean, organized, and full of incredible food options. What really makes H Mart special, though, is that it's more than just a grocery store--it's an experience. Inside this massive market, you'll find a bakery, authentic Korean food stalls, and restaurant-quality meals being made fresh. It's honestly amazing to walk into a grocery store and have access to food that tastes like it came straight from a restaurant kitchen. Because I travel frequently for work across the Southeast--covering a pretty large region--I'm always on the lookout for an H Mart whenever I'm near one. I've been lucky to have access to locations like Cary, North Carolina, and the one in Buford outside Atlanta, which serves a large and vibrant Asian community. Whenever I'm within a reasonable driving distance--usually within about 10 miles--I make a point to stop in and enjoy a delicious, authentic Korean meal that's made to order and very reasonably priced. I've brought friends and colleagues with me, and they've all been blown away by the food stalls. My personal go-to: * LA galbi (Korean short ribs)--if it's on the menu, I'm ordering it * All the little banchan side dishes--I absolutely love them * Fresh seafood options, including live crab and fish that can be cleaned and prepared for you * A stop at the bakery for dessert--think croissant donuts, almond pastries, or a beautiful layered crepe cake Some locations--even the ones I visited years ago on the West Coast--would steam or fry seafood for you right there, which makes dinner incredibly convenient. Another thing I appreciate is the cleanliness. This store truly rivals places like Whole Foods in terms of organization and quality, even while handling live seafood. The parking lots are typically spacious, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. I also love browsing the aisles for specialty ingredients you can't find everywhere. For example, they carry my favorite laksa noodles, which remind me of a Malaysian dish I fell in love with while visiting a friend in Mauritius. It's always fun to discover unique items like that. The staff--both in the grocery store and at the food stalls--are friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. Bottom line: If you're anywhere near Cary, North Carolina--or even the Buford, Georgia area--do yourself a favor and make a beeline to H Mart. As a lifelong foodie, I truly believe: Life is too short not to eat well.

My parents purchased a large quantity of ribeye sukiyaki beef from H Mart. The meat looked bright…read morered and appeared fresh when we opened the package, with no noticeable odor at first. However, as soon as we started cooking it, it became immediately clear that the meat had gone bad. The smell was extremely strong and unpleasant--so much so that it filled the entire house and lingered even after we threw everything away. We paid about $40 for the product and had to discard the entire batch. It was purchased just one day prior and stored in the refrigerator right away, so this was very unexpected. What's especially concerning is that I was about to serve this to my child. That makes this experience not just disappointing, but alarming from a food safety standpoint.
