The building was a former Ford auto plant, which gave them plenty of room to work with. The mall opened in 1994. It's primarily an outlet mall, but they have lots of other retailers as well. They have a Dick's Sporting Goods, they have a Home Depot across the parking lot , for clothes, they have Marshalls, Kohl's, Burlington, Old Navy and lots of others. They even have a furniture store They have stores ranging from bargain to luxury . They have restaurants ranging from Dave and Buster's, to Burger King to Popeyes to Jollibee, as well as food and snacks in all different. Nationalities. If you can't find something to eat here, you are not hungry. They have a movie theater with 20 screens, other play places, and . They even have a "cattery.". With roughly 200 stores, if you can't find what you are looking for here, you aren't looking hard enough. Of course, the stores do change from time to time. This is what was there when I was there..... The mall is in a giant circle, so it makes it very hard to get lost. Just keep walking, and you will come back to the door that you came in. The place can get busy, especially during the holidays. I was there on a Sunday, with a lot of people there, but again the size made the crowds much more manageable. Imagine that there are a lot of businesses renting and many customers shopping but Seasons management cannot provide a decent, clean and new toilet / restrooms. Used toilet paper & trash are everywhere. Can you not check it? It's very disgusting! Please renovate and clean it!!! PS: Next time, I will take photos and show them here.

It is located in a convenient location with a big parking , pretty closed to 880 high way exit . I enjoy to go there on weekdays and avoid weekends. It is extreme joy to find a parking on a Saturday afternoon even the parking lot is huge . Some of it favorite places to visit are Hui Lau Shan mango dessert , Hong Kong style BBQ duck and pork restaurant called Ocean Pearl . It has very good lunch combo and the food quality are excellent. I always go to the busy 85 Degrees Bakery hot spot behind the building/back side of plaza for tiger milk boba tea, coffee, cakes, and pastries. Sweet spot. It's a much lower key place than Milpitas Center. Hong Kong Cantonese Top Cafe is still in business if you want fast cafe foods. Not sure if Thai restaurant has gone out of business or not. They never have the lights on again. Vietnamese Pho place is still operating. Very quiet though. Browse around! Love the patio tables/chairs. Plenty of spots under the sun outside. People come over here for takeouts and dim sums most of the time. Empty retail spaces inside. Looks pretty dead these days. There are still very beautiful views if you take the time to look around.
