Imagine that there are a lot of businesses renting and many customers shopping but Seasons management cannot provide a decent, clean and new toilet / restrooms. Used toilet paper & trash are everywhere. Can you not check it? It's very disgusting! Please renovate and clean it!!! PS: Next time, I will take photos and show them here.

It is located in a convenient location with a big parking , pretty closed to 880 high way exit . I enjoy to go there on weekdays and avoid weekends. It is extreme joy to find a parking on a Saturday afternoon even the parking lot is huge . Some of it favorite places to visit are Hui Lau Shan mango dessert , Hong Kong style BBQ duck and pork restaurant called Ocean Pearl . It has very good lunch combo and the food quality are excellent. It is neighbored to I-880 highway and I think that it is the best spot for drivers to stop by somewhere at a big shopping place. There are a few hotel resorts, which makes it very convenient for hotel customers to roam around the area. I recommend going to Big Al's since it's a good nightlife place to go to. They also have popular fast food places like Taco Bell and In-N-Out. Plenty of nice restaurants to dine at a nice, huge shopping area!

Koi Palace for dim sum or a very good Chinese group meal always stands out. KTV/Asian karaoke upstairs second floor next to Koi Palace. Smaller mom and pap restaurants downstairs. Some food places have shorter business hours. Pandemic hit them hard here. Still, lots of free public parking spaces. I always go to the busy 85 Degrees Bakery hot spot behind the building/back side of plaza for tiger milk boba tea, coffee, cakes, and pastries. Sweet spot. It's a much lower key place than Milpitas Center. Hong Kong Cantonese Top Cafe is still in business if you want fast cafe foods. Not sure if Thai restaurant has gone out of business or not. They never have the lights on again. Vietnamese Pho place is still operating. Very quiet though. Browse around! Love the patio tables/chairs. Plenty of spots under the sun outside. People come over here for takeouts and dim sums most of the time. Empty retail spaces inside. Looks pretty dead these days. There are still very beautiful views if you take the time to look around. It's a very good plaza, but I wished that they would add more businesses here. Place looks a bit lonely. Maybe it's the fengshui for years. Not many restaurant businesses seem to last around here.
