Imagine that there are a lot of businesses renting and many customers shopping but Seasons management cannot provide a decent, clean and new toilet / restrooms. Used toilet paper & trash are everywhere. Can you not check it? It's very disgusting! Please renovate and clean it!!! PS: Next time, I will take photos and show them here.

I always go to the busy 85 Degrees Bakery hot spot behind the building/back side of plaza for tiger milk boba tea, coffee, cakes, and pastries. Sweet spot. It's a much lower key place than Milpitas Center. Hong Kong Cantonese Top Cafe is still in business if you want fast cafe foods. Not sure if Thai restaurant has gone out of business or not. They never have the lights on again. Vietnamese Pho place is still operating. Very quiet though. Browse around! Love the patio tables/chairs. Plenty of spots under the sun outside. People come over here for takeouts and dim sums most of the time. Empty retail spaces inside. Looks pretty dead these days. There are still very beautiful views if you take the time to look around. It's a very good plaza, but I wished that they would add more businesses here. Place looks a bit lonely. Maybe it's the fengshui for years. Not many restaurant businesses seem to last around here. When doing the police report, the officer said smash and grabs were becoming increasingly popular in this parking lot because of how close is to the airport and freeways and robbers were targeting people from the airport with luggage. There weren't witnesses nor any video recording so police can't do a thing. While all things taken are replaceable, it's an ugly feeling and hope this post can help make some awareness. Whoever owns this shopping center should invest in camera surveillance to help in situations like this especially if this place is getting known for smash and grabs. Be safe out there.
