The building was a former Ford auto plant, which gave them plenty of room to work with. The mall opened in 1994. It's primarily an outlet mall, but they have lots of other retailers as well. They have a Dick's Sporting Goods, they have a Home Depot across the parking lot , for clothes, they have Marshalls, Kohl's, Burlington, Old Navy and lots of others. They even have a furniture store They have stores ranging from bargain to luxury . They have restaurants ranging from Dave and Buster's, to Burger King to Popeyes to Jollibee, as well as food and snacks in all different. Nationalities. If you can't find something to eat here, you are not hungry. They have a movie theater with 20 screens, other play places, and . They even have a "cattery.". With roughly 200 stores, if you can't find what you are looking for here, you aren't looking hard enough. Of course, the stores do change from time to time. This is what was there when I was there..... The mall is in a giant circle, so it makes it very hard to get lost. Just keep walking, and you will come back to the door that you came in. The place can get busy, especially during the holidays. I was there on a Sunday, with a lot of people there, but again the size made the crowds much more manageable. It is neighbored to I-880 highway and I think that it is the best spot for drivers to stop by somewhere at a big shopping place. There are a few hotel resorts, which makes it very convenient for hotel customers to roam around the area. I recommend going to Big Al's since it's a good nightlife place to go to. They also have popular fast food places like Taco Bell and In-N-Out. Plenty of nice restaurants to dine at a nice, huge shopping area!

Imagine that there are a lot of businesses renting and many customers shopping but Seasons management cannot provide a decent, clean and new toilet / restrooms. Used toilet paper & trash are everywhere. Can you not check it? It's very disgusting! Please renovate and clean it!!! PS: Next time, I will take photos and show them here.

It's a much lower key place than Milpitas Center. Hong Kong Cantonese Top Cafe is still in business if you want fast cafe foods. Not sure if Thai restaurant has gone out of business or not. They never have the lights on again. Vietnamese Pho place is still operating. Very quiet though. Browse around! Love the patio tables/chairs. Plenty of spots under the sun outside. People come over here for takeouts and dim sums most of the time. Empty retail spaces inside. Looks pretty dead these days. There are still very beautiful views if you take the time to look around. It's a very good plaza, but I wished that they would add more businesses here. Place looks a bit lonely. Maybe it's the fengshui for years. Not many restaurant businesses seem to last around here. When doing the police report, the officer said smash and grabs were becoming increasingly popular in this parking lot because of how close is to the airport and freeways and robbers were targeting people from the airport with luggage. There weren't witnesses nor any video recording so police can't do a thing. While all things taken are replaceable, it's an ugly feeling and hope this post can help make some awareness. Whoever owns this shopping center should invest in camera surveillance to help in situations like this especially if this place is getting known for smash and grabs. Be safe out there.
