I bought a TV here and it came broken so I went to return it. Apparently the customer service area for returns closes at 8 which is 3 hours before the store actually closes. There is no signage anywhere stating this and after carrying a giant tv down my stairs, in my car, and here they refused to return it because it was passed 8 (it was only 8:10) and they were still servicing people in line. We were rudely waved off and told "we aren't returning anything anymore" without any other word. There needs to be signage or something on your Google/Apple Maps stating this before customers come all the way here 3 hours before you close. If I can avoid coming here ever again I will. read more

I asked that employee if he could find the person who does fishing licenses so I can get a fishing license. Dude walked around asked several people that work there that have no idea how to do the fishing license process And said the only guy they know that knows how to do. It is at lunch. Came here for order pickup (online ordering, contactless pickup) on a suggestion from a friend who does the same thing at the Walmart near her house. I put in my order online and it was scheduled to be available two days later. The day that my order was supposed to be available, I got an email saying that high demand made it necessary to delay my pickup date / time (not a big deal; I understood). When I received the email that my order was ready, I waited about 2 hours before heading over. When I got to the pickup area of the parking lot, all spots were filled. I was able to pull into a spot just as someone was coming out - - I was thinking that I was lucky to have gotten the spot. Unfortunately, this store does not recognize when you are AT the store so you aren't able to put in your parking space number. The number listed in the parking spaces for you to call and get a hold of someone in the pickup area goes unanswered when you call and the messages are full so you have no way to let anyone know that you have arrived. When you call the main store line, no one answers so you are (again) unable to notify anyone that you have arrived. After a few minutes, I saw a Walmart employee going to each car that was parked the pickup area (contactless???) - he was taking names to see who was there. I got out of my car to give him my information and ask what the wait time was. I was told that they were prioritizing "delivery" based on who had arrived first. (???? He was going car to car taking names... HE didn't know who had arrived first - how was he going to prioritize orders? This guy also did not have a mask on that covered his nose... I'm pretty sure that the guy qualified to run the contactless delivery should be qualified to wear a mask correctly) At about the 20 minute mark of us waiting, someone else came out, and again went door to door to see who was in the parking / pickup area. I asked her how much longer she thought it might be before orders started coming out and she told me that she had no idea... She told me that some people had been waiting more than 30 or 40 minutes for their orders and people kept LEAVING so they didn't want to bring out orders if people weren't there anymore! (oh-my-goodness... she actually said that) During the 25 minutes that I waited in the parking lot, I think THREE orders came out. When I left, there were eight of us still parked in the lot and I think at least four of the cars were there before me. I didn't know how much longer I wanted to wait (considering having my kids in the Walmart parking lot at 730pm didn't feel like the best use of mine or my kids' time). I left. I couldn't call the store because the Customer Service option is un-manned so you can't speak to anyone. I did find the 1-800-WALMART number online after I got home. However, they also did not care about this whole situation. They cancelled my order and told me the hold would be removed from my credit card in approximately 5 days and that was it. Really? I wish that there was an easy way to get this information to Walmart corporate, but I am guessing that they would care about as much as the 1-800 number. So.... I re-ordered all those same items from Instacart and they are coming to my house (via truly contactless delivery) tomorrow morning. Sorry Walmart - your ridiculous idea of customer service and contactless delivery / pick-up just made me a definite and permanent Instacart shopper. I would give it less than one start of I could but since it's not possible I'd rather leave this than keep that one star. First off, there's a global pandemic going on therefore I feel it's the job of corporate to teach the employees how facial coverings work, under your nose is not effective for them or us. In the fifteen minutes I was there, I counted 8 employees wearing it incorrectly and not once was I greeted, asked if I needed help or even so much as received a smile from anyone. The way I see it as a frontline essential worker myself is it's my responsibility to look into the eyes of every customer who I walk past either to see if they look lost, to decide if they may need help and offer it and lastly to be aware that Covid is more scary to some than others and I want them to feel safe and will do anything to ensure they feel that way. Here's the bottom line, it doesn't matter what you feel or believe about the Corona virus pandemic while you're at work. The minute you enter your place of employment ESP if you are working with the general public, you MUST put your opinions aside and show care, concern and empathy towards your customers and follow the cdc guidelines with zero attitude or annoyance...otherwise find another job away from the public because there are thousands of ppl who would love to be employed and would be happy to put a mask on, smile and offer their service. read more

I went in to see if this staple business could give me a change of lesser bills for my $100 note. I was told by Customer Service that they cannot until I make a purchase. I went for some olive oil and was assured by register 18 that upon my purchase I would be able to make change. I swiped my card with the direction of the cashier and after I got my receipt was told, "that's interesting" in a condescending tone where he then re-informed me that since the drawer did not open Customer Service should be able to help. I returned to Customer Service and after waiting for at least 10 minutes am then told by the same man that told me I needed a purchase to get change, "oh no, because you used your card you did not get to make change." He should have told me this in the beginning so that I would not have spent so much time looking for something to buy only to be refused what I originally came in for. I went through self-checkout and got cash back. However I needed change, so I walk over to a cashier to ask for change and was advised to go to customer service to receive my change. And of course after waiting in a long line at customer service, an associate by the name of Darrell rudely advised me that he also is unable to give me change. Fantastic service from 2 employees. " Super Mario 2 Edgar" was stocking his items and stopped when I asked him to help me find an item I was looking for. He was very polite, and on the way saw a little old lady reaching for a can on a top shelf and he stopped real quick to grab it with her and exchange pleasantries. That was awesome Also cashier( I hope I am not butchering her name) Laquita was very warm and polite as well. This was the best service I ever received at Walmart. If I could give no stars I would! Management here has got to be lacking big time , as per usual! Walmart used to be a great community option for shopping these days I'm not sure if the employees get paid to work or walk around and look cute... Went in to pick up a few painting supplies , and some spray paint , hit the button once , got nothing , hit it again , then again , and still again , not one employee helped me while walking past and starring mins you I asked 4 employees on Separate occasions that I needed assistance apparently no one has keys to department lockups anymore , you gotta hope for a real miracle to get someone that does , (maybe you should fix that Walmart!) anyway I was told time and time again no one had a key or they'd make a call finally after sitting there waiting for 45 minutes someone decided they'd do their job... and the called one of the cart employees to come and get the spray paint for me , truly frustrating and unacceptable behavior on Walmart employees part , all those employees that passed me by and you mean to tell me you decide that pulling the hard worker from out side in 90° weather was the answer ? Positives: This is a big, clean Walmart. Shelves are fully stocked and no items are sloppily stacked in the middle of aisle ways as they are at other stores. Parking is easy to find. Prices are lower than many grocery stores too. I love how the lines aren't super long or slow. The negatives: Store set up is kind of strange. I have to ask where things are located. Walmart doesn't carry some grocery items that find in stores. There's ALWAYS someone outside the door selling or asking you to donate or sign something. The produce isn't the best. Veggies are wilted and prices are more expensive for the poor quality. read more

I usually do not come to this Walmart because of the horrible customer experience. I took my chances and I should have learned from before, customer service still horrible. One thing is everything is locked. My husband needed deodorant so we went to the personal hygiene section. The deodorant was locked up and the employee was already there getting an item for another customer. My husband asked him for the deodorant and he refused and said he'd come back to help us because there was somebody before us. We respect this and waited our turn. My husband stood waiting and I proceeded to the mens clothes to look around. I went back to look for my husband and he was still waiting so we looked around the pharmacy area and found the employee helping someone else. My husband confronted the employee and told him, "I see how it is, we've been waiting over there" the employee responded "well if you needed help you should have pressed the button." WTH . He told us he'd be back to help us and even so we did press the button for help. My husband asked him for his name and he said his name was Lynn, my husband told him he was going to make a complaint, then he puffed up in front of my husband and said,"you want to add more to it if you want". . We talked to a manager named Sofia and she was amazing and awesome. She listened to our complaint and was very courteous. read more

Worst Products and Service I was setting up a new apartment and took an Uber over to get some kitchen essentials Bought a "Lifetime" Imasu Wok and an Imasu large pot - like $60 and $30 - the lid to the pot is held upside down to the large pot by packaging so I don't see it's damaged and doesn't fit the pot because there's no way to see that the way they packaged it. Wok already shows rust - not 'Lifetime" Uber home- can't the pot use it to cook as it ruins rice and other dishes without a lid that can close. Call to ask for a refund - nope! Not unless I pay for a $40 Uber back and forth. Out $90 + $40 for original Uber = $130 for things I can't use. Walmart stop selling shitty China crap for good money when it's so easily damaged in store and the packaging hides the damage. read more

I finally directed my call to the pharmacy to ask if they new they answer to my general question and before I could ask it, they transferred me to the operator who of course doesn't pick up the phone. No sanitizing wipes for shopping carts at the entrance of the store. I pressed a button and waited a long time to get into a medication case, I wanted to look at the active ingredient in the name brand, as well as generic brand. I was never acknowledged by the employee with the keys to the case, nor was an apology made for my excessive wait time. I brought this to the attention of the woman with the keys, and asked for the managers name, she said the information was on my receipt. I reminded her several times that I am the customer, I should not be rushed after waiting a long time just to check an active ingredient on a medication to see if I can pay less for the generic. I went in to Walmart yesterday to purchase a bike. We kept waiting and waiting pushing the call button for assistants and even going over to the cosmetic department to call for assistants. There were 2 other customers waiting and they left. After calling over 10 times and asking the nice cosmetics lady to call maybe we would get help if we played with the balls, someone would see us on the cameras, I told my grandson he could even use one of the little bikes as a scooter and ride around the store. Nope didn't help! Finally an employee told us that "the guy with the key was at lunch and had it on him". By then, we had waited over an hour. I had enough! I talked with the store manager and basicly was told "the guy forgot to leave the key" and your wasted time was not her problem. I can't believe they only have one key and the manager could care less about customer service. She should leave and take her attitude with her because she sure can't run a store read more

My anxiety was so bad here. Everywhere I turned there was an employee in my way, Also a salesman for spectrum internet stopping my cart with his hands not letting me go passed him until he gave his speech. People with social anxiety don't come here lol. I'm from LA so I typically go to the Burbank Walmart (which is a 5 star) but here I was so on edge. I was trying to get oil for my car but that is also locked up. When did we start locking up auto items?? So dumb and even tho there was tons of employees not one noticed me. I deliver for uber eats and I often get deliveries for cubside pick up from here. Everytime, without fail, I wait at LEAST 20 minutes for the order, and that is if it is not busy. Today I went to pick up an order from there, I was there for over an hour before I had to cancel the order and have a whole hour of my time wasted by these incompetent workers. They were bringing orders to cars that got there 30 minutes after me. There were other cars that had been there for a long time as well that got skipped over. This happens all the time and they never fix it. In fact they just added more spaces for the curbside pickup. Today is was so busy, there were 2 cars coming in for every order that was getting picked up. I swear they bring out like 1 order every 5 minutes. Never come here for cubside pickup, it is a waste of time, would give 0 stars if I could. read more

I have many things to say about this store, all of which have been overshadowed by the absolute disdain I experienced from Jennifer, the front end coach on the night shift, who has demonstrated repugnance of any type of leadership skills which would be needed to fulfill her role. She is unkind, disrespectful, and RUDE not only to customers, but to employees. When an employee who was helping me asked her to assistance, the tone of her voice and the way she spoke to him was so disrespectful that I was embarrassed for her and the lack of professionalism she exhibited in front of a group of customers in the self checkout section. This is not my first interaction with her, but I'm so hopeful that this will be the last interaction. Her callous attitude and behavior towards customers and employees is a deterrent and has caused me to avoid this store in the past. After this interaction I'm feeling avoidant of shopping here once again. The behavior displayed and dialogue with others is quite crass. Highly recommend more training. There's a sprouts down the street from this location and a food for less right next to my house. This store isn't the only option. read more

DO NOT USE THIS AUTO CENTER. I bought a pair of NEW tires for my truck and they gave it to me with dangerously low tire pressure. The vehicle swayed on the freeway. I confirmed it was too low with a gauge and returned and asked them to add air. They where argumentative, told me to do it myself, and ultimately refused. I had to wait 45 minutes for a manager STEWART who explained there are varying factors to get proper air pressure in the tires that I just paid over $300. Well I'd like to know which factor is it that says you only put 30psi in a truck tire that requires 60psi. That's the WORST tire purchase and MOST DANGEROUS tire service experience i ever had. I called Walmart to inquire about tires . After being put on hold for 30 minutes I hung up and called again . This time I refused to be put on hold and was finally able to get a quote for new tires . I then drove and left my car at Walmart . The Walmart personnel said it would be an hour and a half . After 2 hours they finally called and left a message saying they couldn't install the new tires because my lugs were too hot and expanded. I thought that explanation sounded weird so I called back to find out more. When I called the representative told me the car was actually ready ,that they were able to install the tires in spite of the "hot tire lugs" . After hanging up the phone, I proceeded to the get dropped off at the store where I saw my car and the old tires still on my vehicle !! At this point , I can see there was obvious screw up . The rep said that he got my car confused with with another one and that they couldn't put new tires on my car. Walmart apparently can not remove lugs that have been in the sun because they expand !!?? I was able to remove the lugs myself by the way, so I'm not sure why their staff couldn't figure out how to remove mine specially since they have supposed mechanics on staff . Can barely put the 1* up. But there are no other choices. This store was a class act five star when it opened. Then one day, a few years after they opened, they let go of a good number of people that were full-time. Hired part time for much less money, and many of the reasons to work there, like pay increases, assistance with healthcare, disappeared. Those people were so dedicated to the store and it made it feel great when you walked in. Following this, came extremely poor management, and many workers who "have a job" have no desire to assist or help customers whatsoever. Not that they are not nice, they will just tell you "that's not my department", "I don't know you'll have to ask somebody else", and my favorite, "I think...". At least those ones are polite enough to tell me that they're thinking and not just pointing as if it were true to wherever they're directing you. Although nice, it does not help when you're looking for something, and it does not help when you're waiting for someone to address a concern or help you with opening items that are locked in cabinets or what have you. The store is notorious for that. When you have management that doesn't respond to calls or to concerns, this tells you as much as you need to know about shopping at the store. Where I used to do a good 70% of my shopping at this Walmart, I now do less than 2%. In fact there's only two items I ever buy there if and when I need to which is about once a month if that. But I just found out for a dollar more I can order them through the Costco Pharmacy, so that's what I'm going to do. It beats going to Walmart where they have not ordered the item or they stopped carrying it but don't know that they've stopped caring it until you make about a dozen phone calls. Taking all of my business elsewhere from now on. Don't need the Walmart and do not need to be dealing with the ineptness of the inconsiderate management in the store. The manager at this location in particular, should Be replaced. All of his other management team and likely the main management at this store, should be trained or retrained (although very hard to imagine any of them having ever having been trained. But the lead manager or whatever they call that person at the very top of this management chain, should be seriously looked at as to this persons ability to do the job. Unless, it is my guess, Walmart just simply doesn't care about their staff which is exactly what I feel. At one time they were really into their staff, but that has seemed almost nonexistent after Sam Walton died. At least that's what I've noticed over the past 30+ years. Hello just wanted to write this review in regards to some Diapers which I had no receipt since It was gifted for my baby shower I didn't want money in exchange just to switch brand and Sophia was really rude and said they can't do that I looked up on line which does not say they can't be returned of course if the item was opened then no return but she then tried showing something saying that it's not allowed which was in writing not even typed professional.
